현재의 수동적인 대응형 침입탐지 시스템의 문제를 해결하기 위해서 연구되고 있는 침입탐지 시스템이 능동 대응형 침입탐지 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 능동 대응형 침입탐지 시스템을 설계 구현하기 위한 선행 연구로서 능동 대응을 위한 침입탐지 시스템의 요구사항을 7가지 구성요소로 고려하였고, 자동화 대응 실행 방법을 위해 프로토콜 접근과 스크립트 접근을 비교하였다. 또한 공격에 대한 능동 대응 방안으로 상호 협력적 구조와 NIDS와 ADS를 통합한 모델을 제시하였다.

Considering North Korea's strategy, North Korea's top hitting target in the event of a war is likely to be the main goal of the air force runway to neutralize the air force. As a countermeasure, there are emergency runway construction and runway emergency recovery operations. However, emergency runway construction is mainly intended for emergency landing and fueling and rearmament. The emergency runway restoration operation has also several limitations considering North Korea's threatening missile level, recovery time, and so on, so it cannot respond quickly to the North's runway bombing. In this study, we first describe the threat of North Korea's missiles and their air defense capabilities. Then the concept and limitations of the mobile runway, which is the next generation countermeasure, are presented.

Due to the ossification of current Internet, it is hard to accommodate new service requirements. One of the solutions to this problem is network virtualization. In this paper, we propose a heuristic virtual network embedding method for network virtualization. The proposed method checks whether the candidate substrate nodes in the substrate network have the possibility of satisfying virtual link requirements. It gives priority to the virtual nodes and the substrate nodes, and embeds the node with higher priority first. Also, the proposed method tries to cluster the mapped substrate nodes if possible. We evaluate the performance of the proposed method in terms of time complexity and virtual network acceptance rate.

본 연구는 현재까지 국제적으로 논의된 전자상거래 과세제도 및 조세지원제도를 살펴보고 그 문제점과 대응방안을 세목별로 제시하고 있다. 전자상거래와 관련된 조세문제를 세목별로 살펴보면 다음과 같다; 첫째, 부가가치세의 경우 소비지과세원칙의 수립, 재화와 서비스의 구분 문제, 과세방법의 문제 등이 있다. 둘째, 관세의 경우 디지털 재화에 관세를 부과할 것 인지의 여부에 대하여 논란이 되고 있다. 셋째, 소득세의 경우 고정사업장의 정의, 소득의 분류, 사업장간 소득의 배분, 거주지의 판정문제 등에 대하여 논란이 되고 있다. 이러한 조세문제에 대하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 대응방안을 제시하고 있다 ; 부가가치세의 경우 우리나라는 소비지국과세원칙을 주장할 필요가 있다. 관세의 경우 우리나라는 현재 무형재에 대해서는 관세를 부과하지 않고 있지만 세수를 증대시키기 위해 무형재에 대한 관세부과 방안도 고려해 볼 필요가 있다. 소득세의 경우 고정사업장의 정의나 원천지 과세원칙에 대해서는 OECD가 정의한 방안을 따르는 것이 바람직하다.

This paper describes not only the complexities of LNG business including shipping sector but also its own current environmental changes. Furthermore, system dynamics (VENSIM analysis) as a methodology is introduced to analyze the potential LNG shipping market in the future. As a result of the VENSIM analysis, potentiality of the spot LNG shipping market is systematically established in connection with embodiment of the spot LNG market. This paper suggests three methods, which are centered on newbuildings of ships, for the shippers to prepare for the spot LNG shipping market on the basis that maritime economics can make a direct contribution to the shippers' business decision-making.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present the direction of improvement of safety management by reviewing the current status of forest fire accidents that are becoming larger throughout the year and the problems of the response system. Method: Domestic and foreign literature survey and statistics of recent forest fire accidents by Statistics Korea investigated and analyzed the cause, number of damage, and suggested ways to improve forest fire safety management through domestic and foreign forest fire response systems. Result: Through the analysis of the causes of recent wildfires and overseas response cases, measures to improve the safety management of wildfires in terms of hardware, software, and humanware were derived. Conclusion: The plan to improve forest fire safety management was classified into three main categories and presented, and it should be embodied through further related research.

In this paper, we investigate the problems of existing solutions for intrusion detection and propose an agent network based on stationary and mobile agents on agent system to solve them. The proposed agent network can detect intrusions, collect their information and execute active responses against intruders by introducing various stationary and mobile agents. It will show a new approach of active responses against more intelligent and distributed intrusions.
