VoIP service is a transmission of voice data using SIP protocol on IP based network, The SIP protocol has many advantages such as providing IP based voice communication and multimedia service with cheap communication cost and so on. Therefore the SIP protocol spread out very quickly. But, SIP protocol exposes new forms of vulnerabilities on malicious attacks such as Message Flooding attack and protocol parsing attack. And it also suffers threats from many existing vulnerabilities like on IP based protocol. In this paper, we propose a new Virtual Proxy Server system in front of the existed Proxy Server for anomaly detection of SIP attack and stateful management of SIP session with enhanced security. Based on stateful virtual proxy server, out solution shows promising SIP Message Flooding attack verification and detection performance with minimized latency on SIP packet transmission.

Using Spradley's ethnographic method, the study was designed to describe and understand the factors contributing to the occupational socialization of librarians. Three in-depth interviews and one observation were conducted with each of the sixteen participants who have practiced for longer than 5 years in libraries and were selected by theoretical sampling. Eight factors emerged from the data: education in universities, social changes, work, human relationships, users, the library organizational climate, social perception, and striving to enhance the professional. 'Overcoming a lack of understanding about the profession' was the cultural theme for describing and integrating the factors contributing to the occupational socialization of librarians.

With the rapid growth of mobile services, the various charging methods for mobile data have emerged in the mobile service market. Among them, network operators have begun to provide the zero-rating without any extra charge for the data that use the specific mobile application & services. Zero-rating, the free mobile data services by the network operators provoked many platform operators to confront business opportunity and risk. Though the platform operators are in urgent need of the strategy planning that considers business environments, any research endeavors explaining zero-rating and platform does not exist. Moreover, the analyses of potential effects of zero-rating on the business acts of platform operators has not been performed. Therefore, the study aims to identify the potential business opportunity and risk to prepare the various strategic countermeasure in platform operators' shoes. The study might enable the researchers to properly understand zero-rating and platform, and be utilized as a reference in planning the business strategy of the platform operators.

Sea transportation has long been a vital component of the transport systems of the world. The great majority of imports and exports to and enlarge their national merchant marines. This effort is meant partly to arrest earlier trends of having their trade carried by ships from outside the region and partly to promote regional integration and improve the national balance of payments. However, sea transportation has been exposed to various types of threats on the high seas, in coastal waters and in port areas. Piracy is any robbery or other violent action, for private ends and without authorization by public authority, committed on the seas. Because piracy has been regarded as an offense against the law of nations, the public vessels of any state have been permitted to seize a pirate ship, to bring it into port, to try the crew(regardless of their nationality or domicile), and, if found guilty, to punish them and to confiscate the ship. Piracy has occurred in all stages of maritime history. The increased size of merchant vessels, the improved naval patrolling of most ocean highways, the regular administration of most islands and land areas of the world, and the general recognition by governments of piracy as an international offense resulted in a great decline in piracy in the 19th and 20th centuries. Piracy has, however, occurred in the 20th century, and the practice of hijacking ships has developed into a new form of piracy. The number of incidents of sea piracy against ships reported was 229 in 1997. Since 1991, 1,051 such acts have been reported. The purpose of this research is to examine the origin and development of the piracy to understand the current situation of such violence on the seas. In addition, what should be done by international community will be presented to prevent the piracy in the future.

Remodeling is an architectural activity that transforms the existing state of specific building which has been aged and clichedinto new state overcoming those aged and cliched state. Remodeling can be a means to increase building's physical lifecycle and also a countermeasure to cope with the changes in use that are from social demand, use and technical development. The performance evaluation on the remodeling tenement shall be done by understanding the performance and state of the building before and after remodeling and then it shall represent the improvement in performance objectively by comparing the differences before and after remodeling. In this aspect, we performed basic research to conduct performance evaluation on the remodeling tenement by comparing and analyzing the performance evaluation and performance certificate systems of Korea and Japan in order to suggest objective evaluation system on the change of tenement building before and after remodeling.

The incompetency and quasi-incompetency system regulated legal incompetence in the past is insufficient for protections of the adults with insufficient abilities of judgement, the criticism has been continued that the system is not efficiently respond to their rights and legal relationship formation. At last, the government introduces adult guardianship system through revising the civil law. At this point, just several months prior to the enforcement of adult guardianship system, we should be prepared to issues which may occur in the actual operation of the system. Japan has high similarities in social and culture matters with Korea and in the general operation of its adult guardianship system is similar to Korea's, Therefore, Korea should be prepared for the basis to implement the optimized system through in advance understanding the trend in Japan. The study reviews the trends of Japanese adult guardian's type, and draws suggestions for Korea by finding activity requirements and subjects focusing on the currently increasing corporation guardiancy.

As a part of NERI:;, Truck Shipment Safety Information is divided into Optimal Route Guidance system and Emergency Response system. This study which is for developing of Truck Shipment Incident Emergency Response System intends to prevent or early response damage caused by incidents through realtime monitoring about the position and the state of Hazard material transport truck. For this, we divide it into three scenarios; realtime monitoring, management of incidents, information provision to related organizations and present functional requirements and architecture coming with each scenario. As a result of the first step among total three steps, it would able to not only realtime management of trucks but also guide for auto-enforcement or management about illegal act like dumping scrapped material. It is now under examination about position of detection and technology of communication to application. From now on, it is expect to test in the range of Metropolitan after selecting appropriate technology.

Existing tools using in the standard e-learning contents authoring were used a method to provide users contents template produced in advance. In order to use resources of the template in a common web-based authoring tool, there is problem to overcome. If the resource of template is inserted within the contents on the authoring tool, the deformation of the template by the user's input that may occur during the edit process cannot be controlled. In this paper, we propose an effective maintenance method to prevent deformation of the resource of template inserted into any WYSIWYG-based HTML authoring tool by user's discretion. We added a template plug-in that can create the IMS-QTI standard resource in tynyMCE the web-based open source editor of representative examples. And the plug-in for tinyMCE was realized as a module of directly respond to the action of limited user input. So, in response to the action of user's input, the structure of the template can be sustained possibly.

The growing number of electronic financial transactions (e-banking) has entailed the rapid increase in security threats such as extortion and falsification of financial transaction data. Against such background, rigid security and countermeasures to hedge against such problems have risen as urgent tasks. Thus, this study aims to implement an improved case model by applying the Fraud Detection System (hereinafter, FDS) in a financial corporation 'A' using big data technique (e.g. the function to collect/store various types of typical/atypical financial transaction event data in real time regarding the external intrusion, outflow of internal data, and fraud financial transactions). As a result, There was reduction effect in terms of previous scenario detection target by minimizing false alarm via advanced scenario analysis. And further suggest the future direction of the enhanced FDS.

Today, the international community make every effort to suppress security crimes, to provide numerous institutional strategies and to prevent security crimes such as the terrorism and spy. Particularly, developed countries in the field of security are strengthening related legislation under new-security conditions. Things work a little differently about security crimes because the nation's benefit and protection of the law is the basis of individual benefit and protection of the law under investigation procedure of the security crimes. Therefore they have policy that permits major investigative agency under the arrest and detention procedure(e.g. security and communication monitoring ${\ldots}$). Criminal procedure's improvement and reinforcement are very important for events related security. But, The investigation procedure between criminal offense and security crimes makes no odds in the Korea. Continuance of such a national mood will accuse of not responding appropriately in preparation for new-security conditions recently. To revise with international best security legislation, We should institute a proper registration system in Korea's situation. This study have been discussing how to improve related legislation under new-security conditions through the cases analysis of the arrest and detention procedure in Korea.
