The procedure for the stress and displacement analysis of realistic viscoelastic materials by time domain boundary element method(BEM) has been discussed. The fundamental solutions and stress kernels have been obtained using the elastic-viscoelastic correspondence principle. The relaxation function is expanded in a sum of exponentials and the transformed fundamental solutions and stress kernels are inverted numerically into real time space. The proposed procedure requires a small computational effort and it is applicable in time domain boundary element analysis of realistic viscoelastic problems. Numerical results of example problem show the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method.

In general, IC chip circuit which is operating a cryptographic computation tends to radiate stronger electromagnetic signal to the outside. By using a power detecter such as a loop antenna near cryptographic device, the encryption key can be identified by probing a electromagnetic signal. To implement a method against non-invasive type attack, multi dielectric slab structure on IC chip to suppress radiated electromagnetic signal was introduced. Multiple dielectric slab was implemented by suitably configured to have the Bragg reflection characteristics, and then the reflection response was computed and verified its effectiveness. As a result, the thickness of the dielectric coating was 2mm and the reflection response characteristics for the vertical incidence was achieved to be 91% level.

We propose a novel framework for controlling various and complex models using primitive model. To control original model, first we correspond original model to simplified primitive model that contains original model. After doing deformable simulation with primitive model, we compute original model by inversion of result. Since existing method can only control one type formed models, our method - which can control all difference formed models by only one primitive model - has contribution. In conclusion, we show results that efficiently and intuitionally control the various deformable models by using one example primitive model.

After the Cold War, international terrorism and related issues have been the most urgent problems. However, Korea hasn't recognized this seriousness due to relatively slight damage. Yet the interest about the international maritime terrorism and related issues is increasing as the maritime terrorism issues emerged. This is because Korea is located next to three oceans and majority of international trades depend largely on international maritime transportation due to its scarce natural resources. Therefore this study has the purpose that it reviews the advanced researches and documents, analyzes the priority about response system against international maritime terrorism, suggests the practical solutions. For these purposes, it conducted Delphi technique to international maritime terrorism experts with response system factors selected among the advanced researches and documents. As the result of analysis, this study figured out that legal and institutional countermeasures are needed as international measures, strategic countermeasures are needed as domestic measures to set up the response system against international maritime terrorism. Synthetically, for the efficient and practical counteract against international maritime terrorism, the response institute against international maritime terrorism and the awareness of relevant experts are preferentially necessary.

Since cellular automata(CA) is superior to LFSR in randomness, it is applied as an alternative of LFSR in various fields. However, constructing CA corresponding to a given polynomial is more difficult than LFSR. Cattell et al. and Cho et al. showed that irreducible polynomials are CA-polynomials. And Cho et al. and Sabater et al. gave a synthesis method of 90/150 CA corresponding to the power of an irreducible polynomial, which is applicable as a shrinking generator. Swan characterizes the parity of the number of irreducible factors of a trinomial over the finite field GF(2). These polynomials are of practical importance when implementing finite field extensions. In this paper, we show that the trinomial $x^{2^n-1}+X+1$ ($n{\geq}2$) are CA-polynomials. Also the trinomial $x^{2^a(2^n-1)}+x^{2^a}+1$ ($n{\geq}2$, $a{\geq}0$) are CA-polynomials.

This paper suggests the significant strategies and their priority to deal with space transportation market trends. First, market trends related with technical improvement and change in demand are analyzed by the literature research. The three key trends are obtained: 'Increasing Demand of High-Performance Launch Vehicles', 'Rising of Low-Price Launch Vehicles', and 'Rising of Dual/Multi-Launch'. And then, strategies for developing the launch vehicle industry in Korea are selected from several studies about commercialization of Korean launch vehicle. The strategies are evaluated by the experts through pairwise comparison matrix and the criteria for this process is how significantly does the strategy effect on the launch vehicle industry through market assessment. As a result, reliable order of priority among the strategies are obtained. Under the three key trends, strategy to enhance reliability is most important. And, strategy to have price competitiveness has secondary priority to deal with 'Rising of Low-Price Launch Vehicles' trend and 'Rising of Dual/Multi-Launch' trend. On the contrary, strategy of government's support is secondary under 'Increasing Demand of High-Performance Launch Vehicles' trend.

현행 생명보험업계는 중복가입계약에 대한 정보교환제도를 시행함으로써 잠재적 위험에 대한 위험평가를 하고는 있으나 실제 언더라이팅 과정에서는 효율적인 활용을 못하고 있다. 따라서 언더라이팅 실무 입장에서 현행 정보교환제도의 문제점을 파악하고 각 보험회사가 취할 수 있는 효율적인 대응방안을 제시할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 현행 정보교환제도의 문제점을 크게 몇가지로 나눌 수 있다. - 교환기준에 미달하는 다수의 계약건을 가입한 경우 위험평가 불가 - 위험평가상 고지의무에 충실한 계약자의 상대적 불리 - 정해진 기준과 다른 임의적 기준적용 등 선별적 자료교환으로 위험선택에서 배제된 잠재적 위험들의 계속적인 계약 및 지급 등 역선택 방조기능 - 실시간 반영된 정보부재 및 교환된 자료만으로 one-stop 위험평가를 할 수 없는 어려움 내재 - 정보교환에 대한 전체적 참여노력 부족 및 자기정보에 대한 방어와 자체 활용 이런 문제점들을 인식하고 이에 대한 효율적 대응방안을 제시해 본다. - 언더라이팅 측면에서 판매채널 다변화, 업무겸업화 둥 대외 환경변화에 따른 위험분석 및 평가, 위험분산을 위한 multi-player로서의 언더라이터 양성 필요 - 지급, 조사건의 분석 및 통계화 등 feed back 기능 강화통한 언더라이팅 활용 - 방문진단 통한 적부기능 활용 또는 모집자 사정평점제 등 언더라이팅 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 위험평가 자료축적 - 영업환경적 측면에서 고보장 상품의 경쟁적인 개발제한 - 정보교환제도 측면에서 정보교환 기준 변경 및 교환내용 추가 및 공동의 계약인수 guideline 필요 - 진단거절체, 표준미달체, 사절체 등 새로운 정보교환의 추진 필요 - 종합적인 피보험자의 정보를 획득할 수 있는 피보험자 종합정보의 데이터 구축 및 활용 효율적인 위험관리 외에도 각 보험회사별로 역선택 위험에 대한 심각성을 인식하고 업계간 정보교환에 적극적인 참여와 노력이 필요하며 잠재적 위험평가를 하는데 있어 계약자에게는 객관적 근거없이 불편을 갖지 않도록 언더라이팅 서비스하는 것 또한 중요하다. 지속적인 피보험자의 위험통계축적으로 잠재위험에 대한 보다 객관화된 위험평가를 할 수 있는 언더라이팅 기법을 체득함으로써 언더라이팅 경쟁력을 갖을 수 있다.

The optical absorption and transmittance of cow' crystalline were measured by spectrophotometer in the 200~800nm wavelength regions. The optical absorptions of crystalline composed of a high absorption band in the UV-A, UV-B, and appeared the light transmittance edge in the 400nm wavelength region, and completely transmitted without the absorption in the high wavelength regions than 400nm. Also, the optical absorption and transmittance had no temperature dependence. The optical transmittance spectrum of crystalline concord with the thin film structure of $n_0/(0.5H)L(LH)^6(0.5H)/n_s$ and $n_0{\mid}(0.5LH0.5L)^kL/1.25{\mid}4.0$ of long-pass edge filter form. In the artificial crystalline and inter lens layout, long-pass edge filter layout can UV cut off.

A novel approach for the feature extraction of handwritten characters is proposed by using spatial filtering neural networks with 4 layers. The proposed system first removes rough pixels which are easy to occur in handwritten characters. The system then extracts and removes the boundary information which have no influence on characters recognition. Finally, The system extracts feature information and removes the noises from feature information. The spatial filters adapted in the system correspond to the receptive fields of ganglion cells in retina and simple cells in visual cortex. With PE2 Hangul database, we perform experiments extracting features of handwritten characters recognition. It will be shown that the network can extract feature informations from handwritten characters successfully.

This study aimed to present the policy scheme for agricultural interchange forming community group with North Korea through counterplot providing our agricultural products to Korean labor who advanced Kaesong industrial complex and North Korean workers. Trying to promote agricultural products contracting cultivation for forming community group as follows; First, we must understand North Korean political system. Second, on occasion to contract cultivation about limited items, we will drive to consult item and agricultural output with the Ministry of National Unification before contracting with North Korea. Third, dealing with contraction in the concrete. Finally, it must be supported by government and international level.
