The purpose of this study is to examine the valuation models and valuation factors for the valuation of real estates. In Korea, the weak market conditions prevented investors from the sound investing the real estates. To develop the real estate investment market, we need the information of sale prices, volume, vacancy rates, and regulatory policies to the various types, and areas of the real estates. In addition, we have to develop the indirect investing methods such as REITs.

최근 기업 정보에 대한 온톨로지 구축 필요성이 대두되면서 기업의 투자 비용과 시간을 고려한 온톨로지 구축 대상 선정을 위한 효율적인 기법이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 온톨로지 구축 방법론에서 제시한 대상선정 기법은 전체를 대상으로 하거나, 특정 영역만을 대상으로 한다는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 정성적요소를 포함하는 다기준 의사결정에서 정량적인 평가를 지원하는 의사결정지원기법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process:계층화분석법)기법을 온톨로지 구축 대상 선정에 적용하는 방법을 제안한다. 이러한 방법을 통해 온톨로지 적용대상의 우선순위를 결정지을 수 있으며, 기업의 온톨로지 구축시 목표와 전략에 맞는 대상선정의 정량적 기준을 제공할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to help Korean information system companies go into the world markets. We studied how domestic IS companies could provide IS services for Korean companies working in Indonesia. We used survey and case study as a research method. As a result of the data analysis of 84 companies, we found the current status of information systems of which Korean companies were doing business in Indonesia. And through the case study of H industrial complex, S company, and C company, we found the problems and the solutions of the implementation of the information systems. We expect that this research helps Korean IS companies go into world IS markets.

최근 고해상도 위성영상정보의 민간 사용이 활발해지면서 기존에 널리 알려진 위성영상정보 응용분야 뿐만 아니라 새로운 응용 분야에 대한 적용 가능성이 국제적으로 여러 가지 방향으로 모색되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 추세를 반영하여 교통 또는 도시교통 환경분야에서의 위성영상정보의 활용 가능성 및 기존 방법론과의 연계를 분석하고, 시험적으로 프로토타입 프로그램을 소개하고자 한다. 일반적으로 교통문제에서의 접근성 분석은 일종의 중력모델로 설명이 가능하며, 교통계획 수립시에 대안 도로 계획선정이나 대중교통 노선결정시에 많이 이용되고 있다. 접근성 분석에 대한 개념은 비교적 간단하여, 교통분석대상구역의 임의 지역에서 유인 요인과 거리를 변수로 하여 적용 목적에 부합되는 대상 지점까지의 정량적 지수정보를 얻도록 하여 몇 가지 결과로부터 출발지점에서 목적지점 또는 대상 지점까지의 손익비용산출에 대한 정보를 얻는 방식이다. 최근에 GIS를 통하여 구축된 교통 데이터베이스정보와 공간분석 기법을 통하여 수행하는 경우가 많으나 현재까지 위성영상정보가 이용된 경우는 거의 보고된 바가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정사위성 실제 교통시설물이나 교통 대상 객체의 육안 식별이 가능한 고 해상도 위성영상정보는 이러한 출발지-목적지 선정에 적용될 수 있다는 점에 착안하여 기존에 교통분야에서 개발된 몇 가지의 교통 접근성 산출 알고리듬에 위성영상정보가 연계되어 적용될 수 있는 가능성을 검토하였다.

현재 각광받고 있는 텔레매틱스 서비스는 궁극적으로 움직이고 있는 자동차 내 공간을 대상으로 다양한 정보제공서비스를 구현하는 데 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 따라서 무엇보다도 핵심적인 정보는 실시간 교통정보로서 이를 통해 현재의 위치와 앞으로의 모바일 상태를 파악할 수 있게 된다. 이는 실제 텔레매틱스 서비스 수요자를 대상으로 한 수요조사에서도 가장 높은 만족도와 선호도를 나타내고 있다. (중략)

With the provision of the original text information disclosure service, the time spent on determining the disclosure of the original text information decreased, and the number of original text information disclosure significantly increased. In public institutions, the risk of the exposure of personal information also increased. In this study, the status of personal information protection in the original text information disclosure service was investigated. Moreover, the causes of the exposure of personal information were analyzed, and improvements were proposed. The survey presented the following results. First, 13% of the original text information collected contains personal information, which is the nondisclosure information. Second, among the original text information that includes personal information, the original text information, including the personal information of the public official, was the most important. In particular, many records about vacation and medical leaves were found. Third, there were many cases in which information about the individual of the representative was exposed in the agency that deals mainly with the contract work. Fourth, a large volume of personal information was not detected by filtering personal information. Upon analyzing the cause of the exposure of personal information, the following improvements are suggested. First, privacy guidelines should be redesigned. Second, the person in charge of the task of deciding whether or not to disclose original text information should be trained further. Third, the excessive disclosure of information based on the government's quantitative performance should be eased. Fourth, the filtering function of the personal information of the original text information disclosure system should be improved.

본 논문에서는 의료임상 문서의 구절(phrase)를 대상으로 고차원 개념의 정보를 태깅하는 시맨틱 태깅 시스템을 제안하고 있다. 시스템은 의사들이 기록한 임상 기록으로부터 정보를 추출한다. 태깅은 UMLS와 POS, 약어 태깅이 된 문서를 대상으로 HMM 모델에 의거하여 이루어지게 된다. 태깅된 결과는 의료 상에서의 경험적 지식을 추출하는데 이용되어 의사들의 의사 결정을 지원하게 된다.

정보검색시스템은 물론 텍스트 데이터를 대상으로하는 지식관리 시스템, 문서관리시스템, 그리고 전자도서관등에서 텍스트 마이닝에 대한 기술에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이 글에서는 텍스트 마이닝의 개념을 소개하고, 텍스트 마이닝의 주요기능, 그리고, 응용사례등을 기술할것이다. 텍스트 마이닝은 텍스트 데이터를 대상으로 하여 그들간의 암묵적인 정보를 추출하는 과정으로 정의할 수 있다. 데이터마이닝과 텍스트 마이닝의 차이는 대상이 텍스트 데이터와 수치 데이터하는 점에서 구분되고 텍스트 마이닝은 데이터 마이닝과 달리 이를 구조화시키는 과정이 필요하다. 텍스트마이닝에 있어서 구조화하는 과정에서 가장 보편적으로 사용되는것은 문서색인이다.
