The purpose of this study is to propose criteria for selecting picture books as various reading education materials for middle school students and to check whether it can be applied to book selection. First, identified the educational value of picture books as reading materials and the criteria for selecting picture books by academic field through previous studies. After integrating the commonalities of various picture book selection criteria presented in previous studies by categorizing them into illustrations, text, and other categories. And it devised selection criteria that can be applied after selecting middle school students as readers. Based on the unified picture book selection criteria, a survey was conducted to ask in-service librarians about the main criteria to consider when selecting picture books for middle school students, and intensive interviews were conducted with experts who have experience in picture book education. As a result, the picture book selection criteria from previous studies were revised and supplemented with two criteria related to text, four criteria related to pictures, and five other criteria, and presented as picture book selection criteria for middle school students. To verify the practicality of the picture book selection criteria, it checked the applicability of each category of criteria to picture books recommended by the Children's Book Research Society (ages 13 and older). Out of 22 picture books for middle school students, 15 books could be applied to all categories of the selection criteria, showing significant practicality.

정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 디지털콘텐츠대상의 2/4분기 수상작에 대한 시상식이 7월2일 정보통신부 14층 중회의실에 열렸다. 수상작품으로는 디지털영상 부문에 매직큐브의 '오베이비', 온라인게임 부문에 넥슨의 '아스가르도', 무선콘텐츠 부문에 엠드림의 '중기갑보병K', 기타 디지털 콘텐츠 부문에 넷코디의 '실시간 개인체형인식합성을 이용한 웹새편 카달로그'가 각각 선정됐다. 이번에 선정된 4개 수상작들은 디지털영상, 온라인게임, 교육용콘텐츠, 무선콘텐츠, 기타 디지털콘텐츠 등 5개 부문에 걸쳐 1차 서류심사 및 2차 시연평가를 통해 선정됐다.

지식경제부 기술표준원은 최근 책의 명칭 및 편집 일반용어의 KS(KS X 0003)표준을 제정, 발표했다. 동 표준의 연구는 상록문화정보연구소(이사장 전영표)가 맡았다. 이 표준은 책의 외부 명칭 26종, 내부 명칭 21종, 본문 편집 판면 명칭 27종, 출판 편집 일반용어 100종을 선정하여 표준화하였다. 기술표준원은 "이 표준은 컴퓨터 활용 시 가장 많이 쓰이는 용어들을 먼저 대상으로 삼았으며, 출판 인쇄 분야에서 활용 빈도가 높은 용어를 우선 선정하였고, 용어의 명칭과 정의를 명확하게 하였을 뿐만 아니라 외래어의 영향을 많이 받고 있는 용어를 주대상으로 삼았으며, 단체나 개인에 따라 달리 쓰이는 용어를 선정하여 명칭을 표준화했다"고 밝혔다. 다음은 기술표준원이 제정한 책의 명칭이다.

The historical, social, and cultural value of Internet resources is indisputable, therefore many national institutions have created Web archiving projects to hand down this heritage to future generations. The selection guidelines are the most crucial aspect of these projects because they aid in differentiating which resources are worth collecting and preserving from the large number of web resources available. The purpose of this study was to suggest improvements for the OASIS Selection Guidelines by analyzing the selection guidelines of other domestic and international Web archiving projects. First, based on the results of Web archiving projects abroad, we proposed improvements for the definition of Web data and other terms, the basic principles of the collection, collection methods, and collection cycle. Second, we proposed substantial improvements in the target resources for archiving, and also stated what kind of web resources must be excluded from Web archiving. Finally, we discussed the relationship between data collection methods and the legal deposit of online resources, the necessity of constructing a database for selected target materials, and the necessity of cooperative archiving policies.

2001 우수산업디자인(Good Design)상품이 선정됐다. 우수산업디자인(이하 GD상품) 선정제도는 1985년부터 시행되어 왔으며 현재 국내에 시판 중에 있거나 시판 예정인 상품을 대상으로 디자인이 우수한 제품에 정부가 우수디자인임을 인증하는 GD마크를 부여하는 제도이다. 올해에는 총 750개 상품이 출품,되어 249개 상품이 선정되었으며, 포장디자인분야에는 90개 상품이 출품 32개 상품이 선정되고 3개의 상품이 한국디자인진흥원장상(장려상)을 수상

한국항공우주기술연구조합은 지식경제부 항공우주부품기술개발사업의 일환으로 '07년 12월부터 2개월간 수요조사를 실시하여 총 31건에 대한 사업 제안을 받았으며, 기술전문위원회의 평가결과 우선지원 대상사업으로 10건, 예비지원 대상사업으로 3건을 선정하여 지식경제부 공고 제2008-21호로 3월 24일에 공고하였다. 공고된 지원 대상사업에 대해서는 4월 15일까지 사업계획서를 접수하여 각 사업별로 주관기관을 선정할 예정이다. 선정된 주관기관과 5월 말까지 협약을 체결하고 1차년도 정부출연금(약 43억원)을 지원할 계획이다. 이에 항공우주부품기술개발사업의 신청방법과 2008년도 우선지원 대상사업인 10개 과제에 대해 소개 하고자한다.

본 연구에서는 국내의 전압실태를 파악하고 산업체에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여, 전압측정과 설문조사를 병행하였다. 먼저 전압측정을 위하여 수도권과 비수도권의 중규모 도시를 대상으로 측정지점과 대상선로를 선정하였다. 여기에서는 공장지역을 공급하는 4개의 배전용변전소의 주 변압기(M.Tr)와 5개의 고압선로(D/L)를 선정하여, 주 변압기의 직하전압(송출전압)과 말단의 수용가 단자전압을 5분간 평균치로 설정하여 측정하였다. 한편 설문조사 대전, 충남지역을 대상으로 산업체별로 전화와 설문지를 가지고 방문조사를 수행하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 전압실태의 평가를 엄격하게 하기 위하여, 장거리의 고압선로이거나 부하변동이 심한 최악의 조건을 가지는 고압선로를 대상선로로 선정하였으며, 또한 선로전압조정장치(SVR)가 포함된 선로를 선정하여 고압선로 상에서의 전압조정에 대한 영향도 평가하도록 하였다.

In this study, we suggest the selecting evaluation method considering 6 major factors like Compliance system application (Development language conformance, Platform Compliance), threat evaluation (criticality of security incident, possibility of security incident), application benefit (Reliability / quality improvement, Modify Cost) for appropriate secure coding rule selecting evaluation. Using this method, we selected and make a set consist of 197 secure coding rules for Battlefield Management System Software. And calculated the application priority for each rules.

우수디자인(GOOD DESIGN)은 산업디자인진흥법에 의거, 상품의 외관, 기능, 재료, 경제성 등을 종합적으로 심사해 디자인의 우수성이 인정된 상품에 GOOD DESIGN 마크를 부여하는 제도로 지난 1985년부터 시행하고 있다. 지식경제부가 주최하고 한국디자인진흥원이 주관하는 굿 디자인은 우수한 디자인상품을 선정 장려함으로써 상품의 디자인개발을 촉진하고 독창적이고 우수한 상품디자인을 개발하여 상품의 경쟁력 강화를 통한 수출증대와 국민경제 발전에 기여해 나가고 있다. 우수디자인(GOOD DESIGN)은 제품디자인, 포장디자인, 환경디자인, 커뮤니케이션디자인, 소재표면처리디자인, 건축디자인 패션디자인, 패션디자인 등의 부문으로 나뉘어 선정, 시상하고 있다. 포장디자인의 경우 우리 생활에 사용 및 유통되는 모든 포장상품으로 환경보호 측면과 폐기물 처리과정, 재활용성 등을 고려한 포장의 기능과 디자인이 우수한 상품을 중심으로 선정하고 있으며, 제과류, 화장품류, 의약품류, 주류, 음료, 농 축 수산물, 가전제품류, 생활용품류, 잡화 등 기타 유통 중인 상품을 대상으로 시상하고 있다. 매년 대통령상 1점을 포함해 국무총리상 2점, 대상(지식경제부장관상) 6점, 최우수상(조당청장상) 15점, 우수상(한국디자인진흥원장상) 25점이 선정되며, 특별상으로 국민참여 선정 굿디자인 상품에 대한 시상식도 있다. 또한 대통령상, 국무총리상, 지식경제부장관상을 수상한 상품의 주 디자이너 및 디자인팀을 대상으로 우수디자이너상도 시상하고 있다. 본 고에서는 지난 해 2010 우수디자인(GD)상품 455점 가운데 포장디자인 부분 수상작들을 살펴보도록 한다.
