Characteristics of large-area CIGS thin films fabricated by sputtering CuInGaSe2 single target (CuInGaSe2 단일 타겟을 이용한 대면적 CIGS 스퍼터링 박막의 특성)

  • CuInGaSe2 (CIGS)을 포함한 Chalcopyrite계 물질은 직접천이형 반도체이면서, ${\sim}1{\times}10^5cm^{-1}$ 이상의 광흡수계수를 보이며, 조성제어를 통한 밴드갭 조절이 가능해 차세대 고효율 박막태양전지재료로 매우 주목받고 있다. 최근, CIGS 박막태양전지 제조를 위해 CIGS 흡수층의 여러 가지 박막제조 공정들이 개발되고 있으나, 동시증착법과 소위 2단계법이라 일컬어지는 금속 전구체 스퍼터링 증착 후 셀렌화 공정을 가장 대표적인 공정이라 말 할 수 있다. 동시증착법은 실험실 수준의 소면적 셀에서 20%에 가까운 높은 효율의 CIGS 박막태양전지 제조에 성공하였음에도 불구하고, 상용화를 위한 대면적 셀 제조를 위해 해결해야 할 문제들이 아직 남아있다. 또한, 2단계법의 경우는 스퍼터링 공정을 기반으로 대면적 셀 제조에는 용이하나, CIGS/Mo 계면에서의 Ga 응집현상의 발생 및 셀렌화 공정에 사용되는 독성가스($H_2Se$)의 문제 등이 남아 있어 새로운 시각에서의 접근 방법이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CIGS 4성분계 단일 타겟을 사용, RF 스퍼터링 공정을 통해 $200{\times}200mm^2$ 기판 위에 CIGS 박막을 제조하여 그 특성을 분석하였다. XRD 분석결과, 동시증착법에서 일반적으로 관찰되는 CIGS/Mo 계면에서의 $MoSe_2$ 상의 존재는 관찰되지 않았으며, CIGS 단일상의 다결정 박막이 제조되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, CIGS 박막제조 후, RTA 공정을 통해 CIGS 박막의 결정성이 향상됨을 관찰 할 수 있었으며, SIMS 분석결과, Mo층의 공정 조건에 따라 CIGS/Mo 계면에서의 금속원소 (In, Ga, Mo)의 상호확산이 크게 억제됨을 알 수 있었다. 그 외의 특성평가 결과들을 통하여 CIGS 4성분계 단일 타겟을 사용한 CIGS 박막태양전지 제조의 유용성에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

  • The specific growth rate was investigated to find the of(emits of major ginseng components in fractions extracted by several solvents on the growth of Candida parapsilosis. The cell proliferation of C. purapsilosis was inhibited by fraction A(hexane soluble components), while enhanced by fraction B(Et2O soluble components), C(AcOEt soluble components), E and F(dialysis outer and inner extract). The additive stimulant effect of cell proliferation was exerted by fraction D(crude saponinE) and B, C or E.

Comparison and Implementation of Optimal Time Series Prediction Systems Using Machine Learning (머신러닝 기반 시계열 예측 시스템 비교 및 최적 예측 시스템 구현)

  • In order to effectively predict time series data, this study proposed a hybrid prediction model that decomposes the data into trend, seasonality, and residual components using Seasonal-Trend Decomposition on Loess, and then applies ARIMA to the trend component, Fourier Series Regression to the seasonality component, and XGBoost to the remaining components. In addition, performance comparison experiments including ARIMA, XGBoost, LSTM, EMD-ARIMA, and CEEMDAN-LSTM models were conducted to evaluate the prediction performance of each model. The experimental results show that the proposed hybrid model outperforms the existing single models with the best performance indicator values in MAPE(3.8%), MAAPE(3.5%), and RMSE(0.35) metrics.

  • This paper proposes an enhanced skin color-based detection method to find a region of human face in color images. The proposed detection method combines three color spaces, RGB, $YC_bC_r$, YIQ and builds color union histograms of luminance and chrominance components respectively. Combined color union histograms are then fed in to the back-propagation neural network for training and Levenberg-Marquadt algorithm is applied to the iteration process of training. Proposed method with Levenberg-Marquadt algorithm applied to training process of neural network contributes to solve a local minimum problem of back-propagation neural network, one of common methods of training for face detection, and lead to make lower a detection error rate. Further, proposed color-based detection method using combined color union histograms which give emphasis to chrominance components divided from luminance components inputs more confident values at the neural network and shows higher detection accuracy in comparison to the histogram of single color space. The experiments show that these approaches perform a good capability for face region detection, and these are robust to illumination conditions.

  • Oxidative stability and flavor of sesame oil blended with canola oil (Ca), corn oil (Co), and soybean oil (Sb) at ratios of 90 : 10, 70 : 30, and 50 : 50 (w/w), respectively, were evaluated. Oxidative stability of sesame oil increased with the addition of vegetable oils (10, 30, and 50% of Ca and Co, and 10% of Sb). Pyrazines, pyrroles, pyridines, and thiazoles, good contributors to the characteristic flavor of sesame oil, were also found in sesame oil blended with vegetable oil. The sensory evaluation showed that no difference was observed between sesame oil and sesame oil blended with 10% of Ca, Co or Sb, which showed higher oxidative stability.

Comparison of breathing air samples between smoker and non-smoker by means of aromatic volatile organic compounds (VOC) (방향족 유기화합물의 농도를 이용한 흡연자와 금연자의 호흡공기 조성 비교)

  • In order to evaluate the hazardous effects of environmental tobacco smoking (ETS), we measured the concentrations of major aromatic VOC from those who decided to participate in a program to quit smoking. By acquiring the air samples both before and after quitting smoking (QS), we were able to compare their BTEX concentration levels in their breathing air. The results of our study clearly showed that BTEX levels in respiring air samples were significantly high prior to the QS period. It was found that toluene maintained the highest concentration levels both before and after the QS period. However, the level of reduction was most significant in the case of benzene, as it was decreased 10 times from 4.8 to 0.46 ppb. When their reduced BTEX levels are compared to those who never smoked before, differences were not significant enough to distinguish in statistical terms. The overall results of this preliminary study suggest that BTEX levels in breathing air samples can be used as one of the most sensitive signals to judge the effect of QS.

  • 3상유도전동기에 정현파형의 불평형 3상전압 혹은 고주파성분을 포함한 동일파형의 3상전압을 인가했을때의 전동기의 특성에 대ㅏㄴ 것은 발표되어 있지만, 고주파성분을 포함하고, 동시에 동일파형이 아닌 3상전압을 인가했을때의 특성에 대한것은 별로없는 것 같다. 수전단에서는 이러한 전압이 실제 인가되므로, 본논문은 고주파성분을 포함한 동일파형이 아닌 3상전압을 중성점이 접지되어 있지않은 3상유도전동기에 인가할때의 전동기의 특성을 몇가지 가정하에 작성한 등가회로에 의하여 수식적으로 해석하고 이를 실험에 의하여 확인하였다.

  • 동일화학종이면서 \ulcorner량이 다른 두 단분산 고분자를 혼합한 2성분 다분산 농축계에 equivalent primitive chain model을 적용하여 사슬주위의 제약완화에 따른 관의 재형성 효 과를 각 사슬의 특성완화시간으로 산정하여 나타내었다. Polystyrene 시료에 대하여 동력하 적 실험을 실시한 결과를 이용하여 사동모델에 따른 각 사슬의 최장완화시간은 복소수 점도 의 허수분분(η")대 주파수($\omega$)의 관계, 관의 재형성 시간은 $\omega$ 변화에 따른 storage modulus(G') 로부터 각각 도출하였다. 이러한 작업을 통하여 특성완화 시간들이 분자량 및 각 성분 농도에의 의존성을 더욱 상세히 파악할 수 있었다.

Surface Complexation of Cationic Metal Adsorption Onto Amorphous Aluminum Oxide (무정형 알루미늄 산화물에 의한 양이온 중금속의 표면착화)

  • The adsorption characteristics of cationic metals such as copper, cadmium, and lead onto the amorphous aluminum oxide, AMA-L, which was mineralized from raw sanding powder at $550^{\circ}C$ were investigated. Additionally, surface complexation reaction of cationic heavy metals onto AMA-L was simulated with MINEQL + software employing a diffuse layer model. From the batch adsorption tests in a single element system, the adsorption affinity of each metal ion onto AMA-L was following order: lead > copper > cadmium. In a binary system composed with copper and cadmium, quite a similar adsorption affinity was observed in each metal ion compared to the single element system. When the surface complexation constants obtained in the single system were used in the prediction of experimental adsorption results, model predictions were well fitted with experimental results of both single and binary systems.

  • It has been realized that the results of circuit level simulation of neural networks, used for optimization problems, arc much different from those of algorism level simulation. In other words, the outputs converges asymptotically as time elapes, however, the input convergence depends on the value of parasitic conductance connected between input node and ground. Also, this conductance affects system performance. This paper discusses the influence of input conductance on the convergece of the continuous Hopfield neural networks. The convergence has been analyzed for the input and output nodes of neurons. Also, the characteristics of equilibrium points has been analyzed depending on different values of the input conductance.
