In the area of natural language processing, a lot of unification-based grammar formalisms have been issued and are highlighted. The core of the formalisms is an unification of feature stutures. But few formal unification methodologies have been developed. Therfore, implementers of the formalisms could not help adopting an ad hoc design strategy for the unification module. In this paper, we suggest an efficient unification methodology using FUL, a programming language whic supports the unification. For the exeample, we will trace the unification processes in LFG and HPSG, the representative unification-based grammar formalisms, with FUL.

기존의 필드장치들의 인터페이스는 시리얼 기반으로, 개발 업체들 간의 인터페이스가 단일화 되어 있지 않아 여러가지 불편함이 있다. DCP (Device Configuration Protocol)는 인터넷을 기반으로 하여, TCP/IP표준 프로토콜상에서 돌아가는 응용 프로토콜로서, 특히 응용계층에서 Client와 Server의 역할을 교환하여, 다양한 필드장치들의 인터페이스를 단일화하기 위해 제안한 프로토콜이다. 만약, 이러한 DCP 인터페이스 방식을 현장에 적용하게 된다면, Device의 소형화에 의한 비용절감 효과와 효율적 장치 제어 및 관리로 인한 서비스의 질적 향상이 기대된다.

본 논문은 조건 단일화 기반 문법을 사용한 우리말 분석에 관한 연구이다. 우리말은 문법이 매우 간단한 반면 생략현상이 빈번하고 어순이 자유로운 언어이다. 우리는 이와같은 특징을 잘 소화해내기 위한 방법으로 조건 단일화 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 사용한 문법은 PATR II이며 실험을 위한 시스템은 Sparc Station $I^*$ 위에서 Lisp를 사용해 구현하였다. 이를 바탕으로 우리말 파싱시 가장 어려운 문제들이라고 여겨져 온 생략, 도치, 보문화등을 조건 단일화 기법을 이용하여 분석할 수 있음을 보인다.

The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships of single party bargaining system on the cooperative and participative labour-management relations using the samples from several teachers' organizations. This study seeks to identify a reasonable single party bargaining scheme though empirical research as well. Results of empirical study are summarized. Finally suggestions, implications and limitations of the present study are also discussed.

This paper suggests a fuzzy variable structure control scheme for Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model and presents the attitude control of the wheel-driven inverted pendulum(WDIP) based on the proposed control algorithm. The proposed controller is designed based on the T-S fuzzy modeling of nonlinear system and the unification of gain matrices in linear subsystems that constitute the overall fuzzy model. The uncertainties generated in the gain matrix unifying procedure can be interpreted as the input disturbances of the conventional variable structure control. These unifying disturbances can be resolved by using the robustness property of the conventional variable structure system. Design example for wheel-driven inverted pendulum demonstrates the utility and validity of the proposed control scheme.

컴퓨터에 의한 종래의 자연언어처리에서는 보통 생성과 인식과정에서 서로 다른 지식 표현과 프로그램을 쓰고, 음운처리, 형태처리, 통어처리, 의미처리로 분리되어 있는 것이 통례이다. 이것을 분할접근법(devide and conguer approach)이라 부른다. 분할접근법은 인간의 언어처리에 있어서의 생성, 인식간의 체계적 관계를 포착하지 못할 뿐 아니라 공학적으로도 갖가지의 문제를 안고 있다. 이 논문은 인간의 언어 생성과 인식과정의 관계를 설명하기 위하여 동일 심적 프로그램이 생성과정과 인식과정을 동시에 제어하고 있다는 가설에 선다. 이 가설을 취하는 것은 생성과 인식의 프로그램과 문법을 각각 통합하고 음운처리, 형태처리, 통어처리, 의미처리를 동시에 행해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 이것을 통합접근법(unifying approach)이라 부른다. 통합 접근법은 예를 들어 구 구조문법 (Pharase Structure Grammar)과 단일화 (unification)에 의해서 실현할 수 있다. 구 구조 문법을 이용하여 음운정보, 형태정보, 구문정보, 의미정보를 동일의 구조중에 표현할 수 있고 그 위에 이들의 정보표현을 모두 단일화에 의해 동시에 처리할 수 있다. 단일화는 입출력의 방향을 제한하지 않으므로 생성.인식 양쪽의 문법을 얻을 수 있다. 또 단일화되는 패턴에 충족 가능한 조건을 부여함에 따라 패턴에 다양한 정보를 갖게 할 수 있으므로 처리상의 일반성을 파악할 수 있으며 처리 효율을 확보할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 통합접근법을 도입한 한글기술문법 : KPSG(Korean Phrase Structure Grammer)의 선진성에 대해서 논의하고 있다.

Standardization of information and telecommunication between North and South Korea has been worked on various methods and prospects. In spite of these works, there hasn't been realized nothing. In paper, it would indicate a promotion system to realize a information and telecommunication unification. The type of political and ideological exchange can not be kept longer. It is more desirable for each countries experts convene to discuss standardization such as Northeast Asia. For more permanent and frequent meetings, voluntary and academic conference should be proceeded rather than politicians, officer and public organization with government. And it should purse for future.

OFDM 기반 광대역 무선접속 시스템들을 통해 유비쿼터스 서비스를 제공받기 위해서는 SDR (Software Defined Radio)과 같은 공통의 플랫폼이 필요하다 [1]. 본 논문에서는 이러한 플랫폼을 구성하기 위한 채널추정기법으로 단일화된 시간영역 채널추정기를 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 기존의 시간영역 채널추정기법의 전처리 과정에 Wiener 필터를 사용함으로써 파일럿 위치와 할당방식에 관계없이 추정기법을 단일화할 수 있으며 우수한 성능을 제공할 수 있다.

전기제품인 비디오폰{일명 홈오토메이션(HA)기기}은 전기용품안전관리법의 안전인증, 소방법의 형식승인과 검정, 전기통신기본법의 형식승인 등 3개의 법에 의해 각각 동일 또는 유사한 시험을 거쳐 안전인증 및 형식승인을 받아야 하는 불편을 겪고 있다. 이에 한국전기제품안전진흥원에서는 중복된 인증제도를 단일화하여 제조업체의 불편을 해소하고자 규제개혁위원회에 다음과 같은 개선안을 건의하여 제조업체들의 과도한 부담을 제거하고 홈오토메이션기기 산업발전을 촉진하고자

DCP (Device Configuration Protocol)는 인터넷을 기반으로 하여, TCP/IP 표준 프로토콜상에서 돌아가는 응용프로토콜로서, 특히 응용계층에서 Client와 Server의 역할을 교환하여, 다양한 필드장치들의 인터페이스를 단일화하기 위해 제안한 프로토콜이다. 이 프로토콜에 실시간 처리 알고리즘과 IPv6에서 제공되는 QoS의 기능을 연동하여 적용하게 된다면, 긴급한 실시간 처리가 요구되는 데이터를 상황에 맞게 처리 할 수 있다. 만약, 이러한 실시간 처리가 보장되는 DCP 인터페이스 방식을 현장에 적용하게 된다면, Device의 소형화에 의한 비용절감 효과, 인터페이스 단일화에 의한 효율적 장치 제어 및 관리. 그리고 실시간 처리로 인한 서비스의 질적 향상이 기대된다.
