Research on Managing Incineration Facility according to Prediction of Change in Amount of Waste (폐기물 발생량 변화 예측에 따른 소각시설 운영에 관한 연구)

  • In the state that re-evaluation of calculating optimum amount of incineration in the future is needed, as considering the amount of waste, increase of heat value and change in floating population in each area in city B, the purpose of this research was to predict optimum available capacity in incineration plant and to study alternatives for the amount of disposal in each incineration plant based on the available capacity that was predicted. As a result of predicting the change in population based on progress of population in city B in the past, it is expected that an overall population is decreasing, but in some areas, population is concentrated due to increased apartment complexes, showing similar figures as the present. Moreover, when predicting the amount of waste through forecasting population, it is considered that the amount of waste by decreased population is also decreasing. However, the amount of combustible component among a total amount of waste is expected to increase, so it is predicted that the amount of incineration and combustible component will be reasonable except D incineration plant, Therefore, D incinerating plant showed 72.7% of rate of utilization of incineration facility compared to 59.1% of national rate. However, if shortfall of waste in the future can be used wisely in other areas, the use of renewable energy using burner useless heat can be maximized.

항만물류산업의 RFID 데이터 표준화에 관한 연구

  • 최근 RFID 기술의 급속한 확산은 기존 인식매체의 한계를 극복하고, 기업 및 산업 전반에 새로운 혁신을 가져올 것으로 예상된다, 특히 항만물류산업의 경우 RFID 기술이 적용될 경우 많은 파급효과를 가져올 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서는 정부의 각종 시범사업을 통해 RFID 기술을 항만물류산업에 도입하려 하고 있으나 현실적인 개선과제 및 표준화 등에 대한 연구 부족 등으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 조사와 현업 조사 분석을 통해 단위 업무별 공통 사용 데이터를 도출하여 RFID 국제표준을 준용하는 항만물류산업의 RFID 데이터 표준안을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 본 연구는 현재 진행되고 있는 국가표준안 수립에 적극 활용되어 세계 RFID 시장에서 우리나라의 위상을 높이고 기타 응용분야 국제 표준 규격 제정 시 우리나라의 입지 개선에 큰 역할을 해줄 것으로 기대된다.

  • K-company, being in charge of domestic railway construction and facilities management, got a success rate of 41% with the implement of a improvement scheme by prosecuting of 6 Sigma and the achievement of CTQ (Success criteria : more than 0.5 in achievement of CTQ). It is clear that the factors having an effect on achievement of CTQ are the level of project when pushing forward the project(Big Y and small y according to the scope of the work), the degree of interest of an officer in charge like sponsors, and the continuous feedback toward the implement of a improvement scheme. For improvement CTQ achievement, firstly redefine about a type of project. Secondly, derive small y by Big Y and derives a unit work by small y. Then grouping the unit works and achieve Big Y by performing of every unit work as an executive subject. Thirdly organize a committee of subject selection which is supervised by the general manager. Therefore exhibit staff's leadership, for example motivation, by strong incentives. Lastly, provide ongoing learning and enhance system monitoring about a result management of an betterment execution department.

  • This paper strives to shed a new light on current academic resource sharing initiatives of both Korea Research Foundation(KRF) and Korea Science and Engineering Foundation(KOSEF), and seeks the measure to administer information resource effectively for a unified organization, which will launch soon, through the comparison and scrutiny, and analyses of strength and weakness on current projects. It first of all attempts to draw outcomes and suggestions on the basis of issues and implications identified through the exhaustive as-is analyses in the aspects of management, service, and infrastructure of academic resource sharing initiatives carried out by each foundations. The unification of projects and information systems are discussed in two aspects, as viewed each significant measures, that is, 1) an organizational aspect in terms to develop a new academic and research information service through the unification of operation systems related to information service project of each foundation; 2) An Initiative toward the integrated service via the unification of scattered individual unit systems in each foundation.

Future Agenda of the Four Major Rivers Restoration Project: Toward An Integrated Watershed Management System (4대강사업이 남긴 과제: 통합적 유역관리시스템의 구축)

  • The Four Major Rivers Restoration Project was the multi-purpose green growth project on the four major rivers in South Korea. However, the Four Major Rivers Project has attracted significant criticism from various social groups and wider international groups, e.g. Friends of the Earth. This study reviews the four river restoration project from the standpoint of an evolutionary process of water paradigms. It reveals that the project has achieved its intended purpose yet, suggesting to apply some valuable lessons in the consideration of the integrated watershed management system. Finally, it urges to introduce tentatively named "Basic law on Water Management" preceded by enacting ordinances at local level, because it'll help us find out ways ahead for the Integrated Water law.

A Regional Changing Point Analysis of Han River Watershed Using a Hierarchical Bayesian Model (계층적 Bayesian 변동점 분석기법을 활용한 한강유역 수문자료 변동성의 지역적 분석)

  • 최근 기상변동성 증가 및 기후변화로 인해 기존 한반도의 기상패턴과 다른 이상강우 현상이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변동성 증가는 수자원 계획을 수립하는데 있어 불확실성을 가중시키기고 있다. 이러한 점에서 수문 시계열의 변화양상을 효과적으로 인지할 수 있으며, 유역단위에서 일관된 변화를 평가할 수 있는 변동성 분석 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 변동성 분석방법에 계층적 베이지안(Hierarchical Bayesian) 기법을 연계하여 유역단위에서 변동점 해석을 위한 모형을 개발하였다. 한강유역의 30년 이상의 강우 자료를 활용하여 연강우량 자료를 구축하였으며, 본 연구를 통해 개발된 모형의 적합성을 평가하였다. 분석결과, 약 2000년대를 기준으로 강우의 변화 양상을 확인할 수 있었으며, 과거에 비해 강우의 증가 특성을 효과적으로 평가할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 수문기상자료에 대한 변동성 분석은 미래에 발생 가능한 홍수나 가뭄과 같은 사상을 모의함에 있어 효율적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study is aimed at the surveys of cultural relics and GIS based searching system which have been partially performed in each region. The goal of this research is to construct the cultural relics management system of region and to present the plan for a nationwide data integration. Consequently, based on the standard which presents from Cultural Properties Administration constructed a spatial and attribute data. And presented the model which matches national standard for a cultural property GIS integration. Also minimized a damage possibility about the cultural ruins, confirmed an application possibility about cultural ruins information of the local government.

  • This research is a part of the Intelligent Urban Facility Management project of the Korean Land Spatialization Group (KGSL). First, this study started from the investigation of existing u-City service model in order to drive essential components and considerations for the urban facilities management system. Considering the driven conclusions, this study finally proposed the new classification system of urban facilities management service model and the adequate application method in u-City.

  • The main objective of this research is to develop an experimental educational facility management information system that will be used for maintaining existing educational facilities in the elementary, junior high, and high schools. The development is based on the nationwide development plan of the education administration information system. The system developed is accomplished by use of Map-application Information System(MAPIS), an applied commercial software that combines Geographic Information System(GIS) with existing Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) such as Database system, Multimedia methodology, and Internet system. In order to figure out the features to be improved in the system developed, the research interviewed the educational facilities management in the Ministry of Education and P Local Education Authority. The authors suggest the functional improvement of the system based on the interview results.

The evaluation of aid effectiveness using the input-output analysis: the case of Vietnam (산업연관분석을 활용한 원조의 국가단위 효과 평가 - 한국 유상원조의 베트남 지원효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The evaluation of aid effectiveness at the national level has mostly focused on qualitative evaluation. This paper attempts to quantitatively evaluate EDCF 's support for Vietnam in 1995 ~ 2016 on the economy. First, we compare the strengths and weaknesses of various methodologies that can be used for quantitative assessment: panel analysis based on growth theory, input-output analysis, social account matrix analysis, CGE model, DSGE model, and time series analysis. Using the input-output analysis, we estimate that total output and value added have been generated about $5.9 billion and $1.7 billion in Vietnam, respectively. The increase in income per capita from the support was estimated to have contributed to a 0.21%p reduction in the poverty rate in Vietnam.
