Calculating the Unit Cost Factors for Decommissioning Cost Estimation of the Nuclear Research Reactor (연구용원자로 해체비용 산정을 위한 단위비용인자 산출)

  • The estimated decommissioning cost of nuclear research reactor is calculated by applying a unit cost factor-based engineering cost calculation method on which classification of decommissioning works fitted with the features and specifications of decommissioning objects and establishment of composition factors are based. Decommissioning cost of nuclear research reactor is composed of labor cost, equipment and materials cost. Labor cost of decommissioning costs in decommissioning works are calculated on the basis of working time consumed in decommissioning objects. In this paper, the unit cost factors and work difficulty factors which are needed to calculate the labor cost in estimating decommissioning cost of nuclear research reactor are derived and figured out.

  • Decommissioning cost estimation is a very important technique in designing and planning of nuclear facilities' decommissioning. Decommissioning cost estimation should be made according to the phases of decommissioning activities and installed components of nuclear facilities. In this paper, the basic framework necessary for decommissioning cost estimation is completed so that it could be used as a technique for decommissioning costs estimation by specifying cost items and group components and unit cost factors on which work time is calculated. Also, factors to be considered for decommissioning cost estimation of major activities and tasks are reviewed. Afterwards, these techniques will be utilized as a basic technology to establish methodology of decommissioning cost estimation and evaluation.

  • 통신 시스템의 확실한 연속 서비스 목표를 만족시키기 위한 최적의 spare part 수준을 결정하는 데에는 고장률과 spare part의 인도기간이 크게 기여한다. 따라서 본고는 관련 비용인자와 함께 통신시스템의 최적 spare part 수준결정모델의 결정에 관해 중점을 두고 서술하였다. 이 모델은 통신시스템을 구성하는 plug-in PBA의 spare 수준을 결정하는데 유용하게 적용될 것이며 또한 연도별 시설 공급계획에 의거 운용보전국(OMC) 단위로 적용할 때 특히 유용할 것이다.

  • 하천의 수질을 나타내는 환경지표 중 국가 TMS(Tele Monitoring system)의 수질측정망을 통해 관리되고 있는 지표로는 DO, BOD, COD, SS, TN, TP 등 여러 인자들이 있다. 이러한 수질인자는 하천의 자정작용에 있어 많은 영향을 나타내고 있다. 이를 활용한 경제적이고 합리적인 수질관리를 위해 하천의 자정작용을 활용하는 것이 중요하다. 생물학적 작용을 가장 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 수질오염 데이터에 기초한 수질예측을 채택하여 적절한 대책이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 수질인자의 데이터를 측정하고 축적해 수질오염을 예측하는 것이 필수적인데, 실제적으로 수질인자의 일일 측정은 비용 관점에서 쉽게 접근할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 시계열 학습으로 알려진 RNN-LSTM(Recurrent Neural Network-Long Term Memory) 알고리즘을 활용하여 기존에 측정된 수질인자의 데이터를 통해 시간당 및 일일 수질인자를 예측하려고 했다. 연구에 앞서, 기존에 시간단위로 측정된 수질인자 데이터의 이상 유무를 확인 후, 에러값은 제거하고 12시간 이하 데이터가 누락되었을 때는 선형 보간하여 데이터를 사용하고, 1일 데이터도 10일 이하 데이터가 누락되었을 때 선형 보간하여 데이터를 활용하여 수질인자를 예측하였다. 수질인자를 예측하기 위해 구글이 개발한 딥러닝 오픈소스 라이브러리인 텐서플로우를 활용하였고, 연구지역으로는 대한민국 부산에 위치한 온천천의 유역을 선정하였다. 수질인자 데이터 수집은 부산광역시에서 운영하는 보건환경정보 공개시스템의 자료를 활용하였다. 모델의 연구를 위해 하천의 수질인자, 기상자료 데이터를 입력자료로 활용하였다. 분석에서는 입력자료와, 반복횟수, 시계열의 길이 등을 조절해 수질 요인을 예측했고, 모델의 정확도도 분석하였다.

Design and Implementation of MODA Allocation Scheme based on Analysis of Block Cleaning Cost (블록 클리닝 비용 분석에 기초한 MODA할당 정책 설계 및 구현)

  • Due to the restrictions of Flash memory such as overwrite limitation and write/erase operational unit differences, block cleaning is required in Flash memory based file systems and known as a key factor on the performance of file systems. In this paper, we identify three parameters, namely utilization, invalidity and uniformity, and analyze how the parameters affect the cost of block cleaning. The analysis show that as uniformity degrades, the cost of block cleaning increases drastically. To overcome this problem, we design a new modification-aware(MODA) page allocation scheme that strives to keep uniformity high by separating frequently-updating data from infrequently-updating data. Real implementation experiments conducted on an embedded system show that the MODA scheme can actually enhance uniformity of Flash memory, which consequently leads to reduce the cost of block cleaning with an average of 123%, compared to the traditional sequential allocation scheme that is used in YAFFS.

  • Box-Wilson experimental design method, known as central composite design, is the design of any information-gathering exercises where variation is present. This method was devised to gather as much data as possible in spite of the low design cost. This method was employed to model the effect of mixing factors on several performances of 60 MPa high strength self compacting concrete and to numerically calculate the optimal mix proportion. The nonlinear relations between factors and responses of HSSCC were approximated in the form of second order polynomial equation. In order to characterize five performances like compressive strength, passing ability, segregation resistance, manufacturing cost and density depending on five factors like water-binder ratio, cement content, fine aggregate percentage, fly ash content and superplasticizer content, the experiments were made at the total 52 experimental points composed of 32 factorial points, 10 axial points and 10 center points. The study results showed that Box-Wilson experimental design was really effective in designing the experiments and analyzing the relation between factor and response.

  • In the four-step demand model, a gravity mode is used most commonly at the trip distribution stage. The purpose of this study was to develop a new friction factor that can express the accessibility property as a single friction factor to compensate for the variable limits of the gravity model parameters (travel time, travel cost). To derive a new friction factor, a new friction factor was derived using the space syntax that can quantify the characteristics of the urban space structure, deriving the link-unit integration degree and then using the travel time and travel distance relationship. Calibration of the derived friction factor resulted in a similar level to that of the existing friction factor. As a result of verifying the various indicators, the explanatory power was found to be excellent in the short - and long - distance range. Therefore, it is possible to derive and apply the new friction factor using the integration index, which can complement the accessibility beyond the limit of the existing shortest distance, and it is believed to be more advantageous in future utilization.

  • Cost and Time for software test is gradually increasing as the software complexity increases. To cope with this problem, it is very important to reduce the number of test cases used in the software test. The interaction strength number is especially important in decision of the number of test cases for the unit test, where the interaction strength number means the number of arguments which affect the results of a function by the analysis of their combination used in source code of the function. This paper proposes the algorithm that computes the number of the interaction strength, where analyzes the patterns used in the source code of a function and increase its number when the pattern matches one of the specified patterns. The proposed algorithm is validated by some experiments finding coverage and the number of fault detection.
