다축 동력을 가지는 전기자동차용 모터제어기 개발 (The development of Motor Control Unit for a Electric Vehicle having Multi Power System)

  • 본 논문에서는 다축의 모터 동력을 필요로 하는 전기자동차에 있어서 각 모터를 구동시키기 위한 모터제어기를 개발하고자 한다. 20kW급 IPMSM 모터를 구동하기 위해서 32비트 고성능 DSP 프로세서로 벡터제어 알고리즘을 적용하고, 모터의 회전 정보와 위치 정보를 얻기 위하여 레졸버 위치센서를 적용하였으며, 냉각성능을 높이기 위하여 수냉식으로 IGBT를 직접 냉각시켜 방열하는 구조로 설계하였다. 제안된 제어기의 특성을 얻기 위하여 MATLAB 시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 시제품을 제작하여 유용성을 검증하였다.

  • This paper presents a synchronizing adaptive feedforward control for clamping servomechanism of injection molding machines. Based on MBS, virtual design model has been developed for a direct forcing clamping mechanism. A synchronizing controller is designed and combined with adaptive feedforward control to accommodate mismatches between the real plant and the linear plant model used. From tracking control simulations, it is shown that significant reduction in position tracking error is achieved through the use of proposed control scheme.

  • 가스터빈의 구조물은 열에 의한 응력과 기계적인 하중에 의한 응력이 동시에 중요하게 작용을 하며 다축응력상태에 놓이게 된다. 가스터빈 엔진은 일반적으로 임무를 가지게 되며 임무를 바탕으로 성능평가, 열전달해석, 구조해석, 수명평가의 일련의 과정을 거치게 된다. 임무에 따라 복잡하게 나타나는 변형율과 응력을 평가하기 위하여 임계평면법을 적용하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 보다 간단하고 편리한 평가 모델인 "The Simplified Model"을 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 평가방법을 사용하여 터빈휠의 수명평가를 수행하여 결과를 나타내었다.

  • As the life cycle of the vehicle become shorter, the method that reduce the development time of new model become more important. In this reason, the development of the simulator that provides similar environment with the actual vehicle road characteristics is increasing. In this paper, the multi-axis simulator is designed and analyzed by kinematic method. The simulator has a function simulating the 3 load elements; vertical, longitudinal, and lateral force respectively and simultaneously. The result of this paper can be used for developing the multi-axis simulator linkage.

  • This paper describes the calibration method and the evaluation method of relative expanded uncertainty for a multi-axis force/moment sensor. This sensor should be calibrated to be use in the industry. Now, the confidence of the calibration result is expressed with interference error. But it is no inaccurate, because an interference error, besides, a reproducibility error of the sensor, a error of this six-axis force/moment sensor calibrator, and so on. Thus, in order to accurately evaluate the relative expanded uncertainty of it, the concept of the uncertainty should be induced, and these errors must be contained in the relative expanded uncertainty. In this paper, the calibration method is exhibited and the evaluation method of the relative expanded uncertainty is also exhibited. And, a six-axis force/moment sensor was calibrated and the relative expanded uncertainty was evaluated.

  • In the manufacturing of large scale composite structures, the cost-effective processing and the enhancement of structural performance are critical. One of the most effective ways for this purpose is to use stitched multiaxial warp knitted (MWK) perform in the resin transfer molding process. This study reports the effect of stitching on the mechanical properties of MWK composites, and the feasibility processing of the thick U-beam structure utilizing the stitched preforms. Permeability of the preform, viscosity and cure property of the epoxy resin have been measured. The results of resin flow analysis has been used in determining the gate/vent locations of the RTM mold. Cross-sectional observation of the channel beam prototype demonstrated that the resin impregnation was almost complete, except for some surrounding area of stitched yarns.

  • A 6 DOF Multi axis simulation table (MAST) is used to perform vibration and fatigue tests for parts or assemblies of automobiles, aircraft, or other systems. It consists of a table and 6 linear actuators. For its attitude control, we have to adjust the lengths of 6 actuators properly. The system is essentially a parallel mechanism. Three actuators are connected to the table directly and other three actuators are connected indirectly. Because of these, the MAST shows also a serial mechanism#s property: the inverse kinematics is more complicated than a pure parallel mechanism and each actuator can operate independently. The authors have performed a kinematics analysis of the 6 DOF MAST. We have presented an analytical and a numerical solution for the inverse and forward kinematics, and we have verified the solutions by a 3D CAD software.

  • The present paper deals with the development of digital contouring controller for multiaxial servosystem. Instead of coordinating the commands to the individual feed drives and implementing closed position loop control for each axis, this work is achieved by the evaluation of a optimal cross-couple compensator aimed specifically at improving contouring accuracy in multi-axial feed drives. The optimal control formulation explicitly includes the contour error in the performance index to be minimized. The contouring control is simulated for straight line. The results show that the proposed controller reduces contouring errors considerably, as compared to the conventional uncoupled control for biaxial systems.

  • Vehicle evaluation is performed on the proving ground, and durability test and dynamic test cost lots of money and time. Doing replace real vehicle experiment with similar experiment environment, it will take us much more useful advantages. Suspension simulator is required the robust and high-reliability and used widely. But it's natural of high-leveled control technique to manage to be fitted fluid system's property and complex that is for the lack of self-damping, nonlinearity, compressibility. In designing and evaluating simulator, it is important to understand the capability of kinematic and static performances. In this paper, an kinematic modeling and analysis has been presented using ADAMS to design that can reproduce longitudinal, lateral, and vertical force.
