This paper proposes a model to detect depression-related emotions in a user's speech using wellness dialogue scripts provided by AI Hub, topic-specific daily conversation datasets, and chatbot datasets published on Github. There are 18 emotions, including depression and lethargy, in depression-related emotions, and emotion classification tasks are performed using KoBERT and KOELECTRA models that show high performance in language models. For model-specific performance comparisons, we build diverse datasets and compare classification results while adjusting batch sizes and learning rates for models that perform well. Furthermore, a person performs a multi-classification task by selecting all labels whose output values are higher than a specific threshold as the correct answer, in order to reflect feeling multiple emotions at the same time. The model with the best performance derived through this process is called the Depression model, and the model is then used to classify depression-related emotions for user utterances.

The conventional training set selection methods for the satellite image classification usually depend on the manual selection using data from the direct measurements of the ground or the ground map. However this task takes much time and cost, and some feature values vary in wide ranges even if they are in the same class. Such feature values can increase the robustness of the neural net but learning time becomes longer. In this paper,we propose anew training set selection algorithm using a rule-based method. By the technique proposed, the SPOT multispectral Imagery is classified in 3 bands, and the pixels which satisfy the rule are employed as the training sets for the neutralist classifier. The experimental results show faster initial convergence and almost the same or better classification accuracy. We also showed an improvement of the classification accuracy by using texture features and NDV1.

Recently, studies of facial attribute editing have obtained realistic results using generative adversarial net (GAN) and encoder-decoder structure. Spatial attention GAN (SaGAN), one of the latest researches, is the method that can change only desired attribute in a face image by spatial attention mechanism. However, sometimes unnatural results are obtained due to insufficient information on face areas. In this paper, we propose an improved SaGAN (MSaGAN) using a guide mask for learning and applying multitask learning approach to improve the limitations of the existing methods. Through extensive experiments, we evaluated the results of the facial attribute editing in therms of the mask loss function and the neural network structure. It has been shown that the proposed method can efficiently produce more natural results compared to the previous methods.
In this paper, we propose a system to extract effective speaker representations from a speech signal using a deep learning method. Based on the fact that speech signal contains identity unrelated information such as text content, emotion, background noise, and so on, we perform a training such that the extracted features only represent speaker-related information but do not represent speaker-unrelated information. Specifically, we propose an auto-encoder based disentanglement method that outputs both speaker-related and speaker-unrelated embeddings using effective loss functions. To further improve the reconstruction performance in the decoding process, we also introduce a discriminator popularly used in Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) structure. Since improving the decoding capability is helpful for preserving speaker information and disentanglement, it results in the improvement of speaker verification performance. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method by improving Equal Error Rate (EER) on benchmark dataset, Voxceleb1.

The computer practicing class advances to reach the ultimate goal of learning through the comprehensive learning of theory. Moreover, the improved function and environment of computer makes it easy for students to access a variety of information. However, students are likely to get into the internet and other things mainly for fun during the computer practicing class, and the multi-tasking may distract the concentration of students and degrade their performance. Computers for practice purpose need to be controlled to minimize such distraction. In this dissertation, we monitor and control computers which are used by students for the purpose of practicing, realize the function of transfer and deletion of file, whole shutdown of computer and screen capture. We also applied the class based on current way and realized program, and assigned the practice work on the basis of what was learned during the class. We intend to understand the relation between the concentration of students and their performance by assigning practice work related to survey after the class, capture file and log file

With the growing use of BIM in the AEC industry, various new applications are being developed to meet these specific needs. Such developments have increased the importance of Industry Foundation Classes, which is the international standard for sharing BIM data and thus ensuring interoperability. However, mapping individual BIM objects to IFC entities is still a manual task, and is a main cause for errors or omissions during data transfers. This research focused on addressing this issue by applying novelty detection, which is a technique for detecting anomalies in data. By training the algorithm to learn the geometry of IFC entities, misclassifications (i.e., outliers) can be detected automatically. Two IFC classes (ifcWall, ifcDoor) were trained using objects from three BIM models. The results showed that the algorithm was able to correctly identify 141 of 160 outliers. Novelty detection is thus suggested as a competent solution to resolve the mapping issue, mainly due to its ability to create multiple inlier boundaries and ex ante training of element geometry.

Git's commit message is closely related to the project life cycle, and by this characteristic, it can greatly contribute to cost reduction and improvement of work efficiency by identifying risk factors and project status of project operation activities. Among these related fields, there are many studies that classify commit messages as types of software maintenance, and the maximum accuracy among the studies is 87%. In this paper, the purpose of using a solution using the commit classification model is to design and implement a complex classification model that combines several models to increase the accuracy of the previously published models and increase the reliability of the model. In this paper, a dataset was constructed by extracting automated labeling and source changes and trained using the DistillBERT model. As a result of verification, reliability was secured by obtaining an F1 score of 95%, which is 8% higher than the maximum of 87% reported in previous studies. Using the results of this study, it is expected that the reliability of the model will be increased and it will be possible to apply it to solutions such as software and project management.

In software fault prediction, a multi classification model that predicts the fault severity category of a module can be much more useful than a binary classification model that simply predicts the presence or absence of faults. A small number of severity-based fault prediction models have been proposed, but no classifier using deep learning techniques has been proposed. In this paper, we construct MLP models with 3 or 5 hidden layers, and they have a structure with a fixed or variable number of hidden layer nodes. As a result of the model evaluation experiment, MLP-based deep learning models shows significantly better performance in both Accuracy and AUC than MLPs, which showed the best performance among models that did not use deep learning. In particular, the model structure with 3 hidden layers, 32 batch size, and 64 nodes shows the best performance.
Injection molding is a process widely used in various industries because of its high production speed and ease of mass production during the plastic manufacturing process, and the product is molded by injecting molten plastic into the mold at high speed and pressure. Since process conditions such as resin and mold temperature mutually affect the process and the quality of the molded product, it is difficult to accurately predict quality through mathematical or statistical methods. Recently, studies to predict the quality of injection molded products by applying artificial neural networks, which are known to be very useful for analyzing nonlinear types of problems, are actively underway. In this study, structural optimization of neural networks was conducted by applying multi-task learning techniques according to the characteristics of the input and output parameters of the artificial neural network. A structure reflecting the characteristics of each process step was applied to the input parameters, and a structure reflecting the quality characteristics of the injection molded part was applied to the output parameters using multi-tasking learning. Building an artificial neural network to predict the three qualities (mass, diameter, height) of injection-molded product under six process conditions (melt temperature, mold temperature, injection speed, packing pressure, pacing time, cooling time) and comparing its performance with the existing neural network, we observed enhancements in prediction accuracy for mass, diameter, and height by approximately 69.38%, 24.87%, and 39.87%, respectively.
The ROK military faces a significant challenge in its vigilance mission due to demographic problems, particularly the current aging population and population cliff. This study demonstrates the crucial role of the 4th industrial revolution and its core artificial intelligence algorithm in maximizing work efficiency within the Command&Control room by mechanizing simple tasks. To achieve a fully developed military surveillance system, we have chosen multi-object tracking (MOT) technology as an essential artificial intelligence component, aligning with our goal of an intelligent and automated surveillance system. Additionally, we have prioritized data visualization and user interface to ensure system accessibility and efficiency. These complementary elements come together to form a cohesive software application. The CCTV video data for this study was collected from the CCTV cameras installed at the 1st and 2nd main gates of the 00 unit, with the cooperation by Command&Control room. Experimental results indicate that an intelligent and automated surveillance system enables the delivery of more information to the operators in the room. However, it is important to acknowledge the limitations of the developed software system in this study. By highlighting these limitations, we can present the future direction for the development of military surveillance systems.
