This study analyzed the multi-mediating effects of information security, personal information infringement, personal experience, and information security intention in the relationship between personal information protection and information security attitude. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 221 students from G University. First, information security, personal information infringement, and information security awareness had a simple mediating effect. Second, information security, personal information infringement, personal experience, and information security consciousness had parallel multi- mediation effects. Third, personal information infringement and information security awareness had a simple mediating effect in the parallel multiple mediation state. Fourth, information security had a simple mediating effect, but it was found that there was no simple mediating effect in the parallel multiple mediation state. This study is meaningful in that it empirically compared the simple and multi-mediation effects.

The mediation methods suggested by Baron and Kenny, Sobel, Aroian and Goodman, have widely used to test the mediating effect. However, as there are many problems in statistical test power, as well as statistical accuracy, a bootstrapping technique has been suggested as an alternative. In this paper, we adopt the phantom variables based on the bootstrapping technique to test the mediating effect in multiple mediator model consisting of three or more mediating variables. In particular, we formulate the multiple mediator model for analyzing the relations among organizational resources, the absorption capacity as mediating variables and technology commercialization capabilities. And using the bootstrapping approach, we analyzed the mediating effect of the absorption capacity by setting of phantom variables and calculated total indirect effect size and the statistical significance. The empirical results are as follows. First, we confirmed that the bootstrapping approach and the phantom variable is the very efficient and systematic mediation method. Second, we recognized that there is a difference in the mediating characteristics of the absorption capacity depending on the resource characteristics of human resources and material resources obviously.

The aim of the present study is to test multiple mediating effects of job-efficacy and resiliance in the links between work-life balance (WLB) and deviant behavior. The date applied in empirical analysis was collected from employees working at Jeju island and 400 sets of questionnaires were spread and among collected 355 sets, 298 sets were used. Hypotheses was examined with SPSS Macro statistical package. As expected, WLB was positively related to job-efficacy and resiliance respectively and negatively associated with deviant behaivor. Moreover, mediating effects of both variables was different, in detail, job-efficacy was fully mediated in that path but not significant in case of resiliance. Findings of this study was to expand the roles of WLB from productive behaviors to counter-productive behaviors and it enables to provide a few theoretical and empirical implications.

This study aims to analyze multiple mediating effects of asset and self-esteem on the relationship between disability of household head and life satisfaction. This study used 9th panel data of KoWePS(Korean Welfare Panel Study) and employed path analysis with A-MOS. Research findings of this study are as follows: First, disability of household head had a negative effect on life satisfaction, total assets, and self-esteem. Second, we found not full but partial mediating effects of assets on the relationship between disability and life satisfaction. Third, similarly we found not full but partial mediating effects of self-esteem on the relationship between disability and life satisfaction. Finally, we found multiple partial mediating effects of assets and self-esteem on the relationships between disability and life satisfaction. The findings of this study suggest that financial education as well as asset management targeting persons with disability are necessary and very helpful to sustain their life satisfaction. In addition, we need to think about asset-building programs targeting persons with disability.

This study identifies the factors that influence juvenile delinquency, which has increased both offline and online. It is hypothesized that the influence of negative parenting on online and offline juvenile delinquency is mediated through smartphone dependency and personal emotional problems. In addition, the study hypothesizes that participation in cultural activities soothes the influence. Using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs, we conducted a confirmatory factor analysis, a multi-mediation analysis, and a cross-group comparative analysis. The analyses found the significant mediation effect of smart phone dependence and personal emotional problems on the relationship between negative parenting and juvenile delinquiency. Participation in cultural activities overall weakens the hypothesized effects.

This study tried to examine the effect of multicultural adolescents' bicultural acceptance attitude on their life satisfaction and the serial multiple mediating effect of social competence and self-esteem in the relationship between them. To this purpose, we analyzed adolescents data from the first year(2019) of the 'Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study'(2nd group). As a result of the study, first, bicultural acceptance attitude had a significant positive effect on life satisfaction. Second, social competence mediated the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Third, self-esteem mediated the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Fourth, social competence and self-esteem were successively multi-mediated bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the results of this study were discussed along with measures to support the healthy growth and development of multicultural adolescents.

This study is to research the mediating effects of optimism and quality of relationship which interpersonal traumatic experience influences posttraumatic growth. It focuss on verifying the impact of interpersonal traumatic experience to optimism and quality of relationship and the influence of optimism and quality of relationship to posttraumatic growth. And also it is to verify dual mediating effect between optimism and quality of relationship. Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 405 interpersonal traumatic experience, 30-60 age group. Collected data were analysed by AMOS program, Structure Equation Model(SEM) was implemented to verify the mediating effect between optimism and quality of relationship. Finally, Phantom Variable was utilized for verification of indirect influence of a multi mediating effects. The findings of this study were as follows, First, the result shows that the higher level interpersonal traumatic experience, the higher posttraumatic growth they have. Second, it shows that optimism and quality of relationship have partial mediating effect between interpersonal traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth. Third, it was analyzed that optimism and quality of relationship had double mediating effect. Based on these findings, the research discussion reinforced the importance of intervene with its optimism and quality of relationship in the site of those who experience interpersonal trauma. Theological, political and practical implications of this study are as follows. First, it has a series of significance in terms of that this study confirmed its influence considering the quality of relationship from interpersonal experience among relevant factors of traumatic accident, optimism among individual factors, quality of relationship among environmental factors based on 'the crisis of life and the theory of individual growth'. econd, even though optimism and quality of relationship were proved as major predictors for posttraumatic growth of those who experience interpersonal traumatic, psychological support center for traumatic experience is not operated systematically in Korea. Third, this study implies that it should intervene mainly with its optimism and quality of relationship in the site of those who experience interpersonal trauma such as any abuses including sexual abuse, bullying, and divorce.

본 연구는 OLS 및 변수선택법에 의해 통계학적 모형의 매개변수를 산정하여 모형의 적용성을 입증하고 하천 주요지점에 대한 홍수위 예측을 통해 홍수예보 및 예측 업무에 기여코자하는데 연구목적이 있다. 다중선형회귀모형을 구성하기 위한 독립변수는 예보지점의 수위/유출량 자료와 상류지점의 수위/유출량 자료, 그리고 유역의 선행 평균강우량 등의 자료를 독립변수로 하여 통계학적 홍수예측을 위한 다중선형 회귀모형을 각각 구성하여 적합성 여부를 판단하였다. 매개변수 산정은 OLS(Ordinary least square root method)와 변수선택(Stepwise)방법에 의해 산정하였으며, 중랑천 유역의 2002년부터 2005년까지의 수문사상 16개를 선정하여 모형에 적용한 결과 두 매개변수 산정방법 모두 30분에서 90분 예측은 상대적으로 정확한 결과를 나타내었으며, OLS 및 변수선택법에 의한 매개변수 산정결과 변수선택법에 의한 방법이 OLS 방법보다는 상관성이나 효율지수면에서 조금 더 정확한 값을 나타내고 있으나 독립변수의 일관성을 감안한다면 변수선택법보다는 OLS방법에 의한 매개변수 산정이 타당할 것으로 사료된다. 기존의 홍수예보 업무에 활용되고 있는 수문학적 홍수예측 모형인 저류함수법의 여러 매개변수 조정에 의한 홍수위 예측 방법보다는 비교적 간단한 통계적 방법에 의한 홍수위 예측 방법으로 홍수예보의 선행시간 확보가 필수적인 중랑천과 같이 유역면적이 작은 중소하천에서의 홍수예보 업무에 효과적으로 이용 가능할 것으로 사료된다.
