A Study on Construct Validity of Contextual Performance for Social Workers (사회복지사의 맥락적 수행에 대한 개념타당성 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to test construct validity of contextual performance of social worker. The participants in this study included 170 social worker in community welfare center nationwide. A narrative data of social work practice experience and MTMM(multitriat-multimethod) data on job performance were collected. I classified meaningful contextual behavior cases by qualitative methods, and examined discriminant validity of contextual and task performance by CFA model. Data analysis showed that social workers' contextual performance has discriminant validity and sub constructs of this concept have internal consistency. However, some construct are not completely independent.

  • 본 연구는 민간경비원의 갈등관리방식이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2010년 서울소재 민간경비업체를 대상으로 판단표집법을 이용하여 286부의 표본을 회수 최종분석에 사용된 사례는 279명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 값이 .642 이상으로 나타났다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 17.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t검증 및 F검증, 다중회귀분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 갈등관리방식은 차이가 있다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 조직유효성은 차이가 있다. 셋째, 민간경비원들의 갈등관리방식은 조직유효성에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 조직내의 갈등관리방식에 따라 조직유효성에 영향을 미친다.

  • The importance of electronic commerce system has been growing rapidly due to development of information technology and acceleration of enterprise e-business. Electronic commerce system must provide convenient interface, easy and fast searching function, and product information satisfied customer's. A study about the system that used a reasoning technique and an Agent technology for this is required. In this paper, we designs electronic commerce system with customer preference and sales agent which is composed of case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning for high customer satisfaction. Also, we were shown on an appropriateness of a proposal system by an experiment.

Multi Event Server Architecture for Hierarchical Event Service under Ubiquitous Network Environment (유비쿼터스 네트웍 환경에서 계층적 이벤트 서비스를 위한 다중 이벤트 서버 아키텍처)

  • Ubiquitous network consists of various devices using several heterogeneous protocols and requires seamless communication between devices. This paper proposes a new hierarchical event service and multiple event server architecture to implement the service under ubiquitous environment. The proposed event service classifies devices by logical and physical location to abstract the idiosyncrasy of used protocols, and reduces network load. Due to the design consideration, the proposed architecture removes transfer of duplicated event data effectively. As a result, we can guarantee the reliable event delivery. The prototype multiple event server architecture was implemented according to the proposed idea and evaluated its performance under a home network test bed.

  • Firstly, the precipitation data have to be interpolated for the estimation of water resources. For this purpose, the correlative analysis is made between the topographic variables, which, influence the precipitation phenomena, are classified by elevation(ELEV), slope(SLOPE), distance to the sea(SEA), obstacle (OBST), barrier(BAR), and roughness index(SHIELD), using TOVA(Topographic Variables Extraction Program) and events precipitation during the periods from january the 1st 2000 to December 31 2002. The coefficients of determination show that each event has different topographic influence and ELEV, SLOPE and OBST to the South-West, and SHIELD of every direction have close relationship with the precipitation. The multiple regression model explains 96% of the spatial variation of precipitation.

  • 컴퓨터를 활용한 지식과 정보의 고도 처리를 위해 온톨로지를 구축하고 활용하려는 요구가 강해지고 있다. 이런 요구에 부흥하여 온톨로지의 구축 방법에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다 그러나 현재까지의 온톨로지 구축 이론과 온톨로지 개발 도구가 실제 구현 목적과 사례에 따라 제한적인 부분에서 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 그러므로 구축하고자 하는 분야의 온톨로지에 맞는 적절한 구축 프로세스와 도구가 필요하다. 분야 온톨로지(domain ontology)를 구축함에 있어 특정 분야의 전문가 또는 비전문가가 언어자원으로부터 지식을 개념화(conceptualization), 형식화(formalization)하여 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있도록 분야 관련 언어자원에 근거하여 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있는 온톨로지 구축 프로세스(OntoProcessl))를 제안한다. 그리고, 다수의 온톨로지 구축자가 동시에 같은 분야의 온톨로지를 구축할 경우, 개념화 과정에서 서로 다른 구축자가 동일한 개념을 중복 정의하거나, 형식화 과정에서 형식언어 이해 부족으로 인한 구축 능률 저하 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이를 위해 메타 온톨로지(meta ontology)를 이용하여 다중 온톨로지를 구축할 때 발생하는 문제를 해결하는 다중 온톨로지 구축 프로세스를 제안한다. 현재 이 프로세스에 근거하여 온톨로지 구축 시스템(OntoCS2))을 개발하였고 국가 IT 온톨로지 인프라 기술 개발 프로젝트에서 IT분야 온톨로지의 개발에 활용되고 있다.

  • 셀룰러 오토마타(Cellular Automata; CA)는 격자(cell)에 대해 사전 정의된 규칙을 바탕으로 이웃 격자 간 상호작용을 해석하여 복잡한 동력학적 현상을 효과적으로 재현할 수 있는 이산형(discrete) 모의 기법이다. CA 기법은 격자 구조에 수치표고 자료 및 토양수분 정보 등을 직접 매칭 후 상호관계를 해석하기 때문에 공간정보를 최대한 활용하여 불균질성을 나타내는 것이 가능하다. 따라서, 도시 유출해석에 있어서 높은 정확도와 빠른 계산속도를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CA 기반 고해상도 물순환·침수 연계 해석 framework 개발 방향 및 CA 기반 prototype 모형의 사면유출 적용 사례를 소개한다. 개발 중인 CA 모형에서는 격자별 침수 깊이, 침투, 토양수분 저류, 지표 유출 등의 물순환 요소를 모의할 수 있다. 기존의 집중형(lumped) 모형은 지표-지표하 유출에 대한 routing algorithm이 없고 각 셀의 물수지 모형 내 파라미터가 많은 단점이 있다. 따라서 개발 중인 CA 모형에서는 cell state 내 fast reservoir와 slow reservoir를 통해 지표-지표하 상태를 구현하고 단순화된 물수지 모형 및 흐름 방향 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 실제 현장에서 발생하는 다중 피크 형태의 지표 유출을 모사한다. 최적의 지표수 흐름 방향 알고리즘 선정을 위해 3개의 다중 흐름 방향 알고리즘(D4, D8, 4+4N)을 정량적으로 비교·분석한다. 이번 발표에서는 CA 모형을 소규모 산지 사면과 도심지 등 다양한 규모의 테스트베드에 적용하여 모형의 장단점을 평가한다.

Countermeasure of Uumanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) against terrorist's attacks in South Korea for the public crowded places (국내 소프트 타깃 대상 드론테러의 법제도 개선방안 연구)

  • Purpose: This study aims to apply the counter terrorism policy in pertain to malicious drone abuse and the croweded public places in South Korea. And, to improve counter terrorism protection measure, this study suggests an adoptation of Anti UAV technology into counter terrorism related regulation. Method: Compared to nations' operations of counter terrorism prevention and protection activities with the South Korean gov, problems and limitations are suggested. Results: Anti UAV technology could not be applied for Multi-user facilities by any law due to the limitation, so that it is required to amend counte terrporism related policies and law. Conclusion: This study intends to identify various protection methods against UAV threats. To reduce the risk of UAV, the law of public safety and counter terrorism should be promoted and reinforced for the first.

Building a Community of Practice of Research Data Curators: A Qualitative Study (연구데이터 큐레이터로 구성된 실천공동체 구축에 관한 질적 연구)

  • This study examined the activities of Community of Practice (CoP) of research data curators, including their community building and maintenance activities, by using activity theory as its main theoretical framework. The study used an embedded multiple-case study design for exploring the activities of three CoP of research data curators. The case study design used document analysis and semi-structured interviews to collect data. Besides the community building and maintenance activities, other activities were performed in the CoP of research data curators, which could be largely divided into curation activities, education activities, and communication activities. Membership was largely divided into institutional membership and individual membership, and the motives for members to join and contribute to the CoP vary from extrinsic to intrinsic motivations. Finally, we identified and categorized challenges and success indicators for CoP of research data curators as perceived by participants. In particular, we identified three types of challenges or contradictions the communities faced and 14 perceived indicators of success. This study informs the practice of research data curation by providing a knowledge base for building and maintaining a CoP of research data curators.

A Case Study on Artificial Intelligence Education for Non-Computer Programming Students in Universities (대학에서 비전공자 대상 인공지능 교육의 사례 연구)

  • In a society full of knowledge and information, digital literacy and artificial intelligence (AI) education that can utilize AI technology is needed to solve numerous everyday problems based on computational thinking. In this study, data-centered AI education was conducted while teaching computer programming to non-computer programming students at universities, and the correlation between major factors related to academic performance was analyzed in addition to student satisfaction surveys. The results indicated that there was a strong correlation between grades and problem-solving ability-based tasks, and learning satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis also showed a significant effect on grades (F=225.859, p<0.001), and student satisfaction was high. The non-computer programming students were also able to understand the importance of data and the concept of AI models, focusing on specific examples of project types, and confirmed that they could use AI smoothly in their fields of interest. If further cases of AI education are explored and students' AI education is activated, it will be possible to suggest its direction that can collaborate with experts through interest in AI technology.
