한국과 중국은 지난11월8일,9일 양일간 중국에서 '제3차 한중해운회담'을 개최하고 한-중간 해운항로 개방에 관한 기본원칙에 합의했다. 우선 컨테이너 항로의 경우 3년 이후인 2009년부터 완전 개방하고, 카페리항로는 컨테이너항로 개방 후 3년이 경과한 다음부터 완전히 개방해 나가자는데 의견의 일치를 보였다. 다음은 회담결과를 정리한 것이다.(편집자 주)

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) contain limited energy resources and are left in open environments. Since these sensor nodes are self-operated, attacks such as sinkhole attacks are possible as they can be compromised by an adversary. The sinkhole attack may cause to change initially constructed routing paths, and capture of significant information at the compromised node. A localized encryption and authentication protocol (LEAP) has been proposed to authenticate packets and node states by using four types of keys against the sinkhole attack. Even though this novel approach can securely transmits the packets to a base station, the packets are forwarded along the constructed paths without checking the next hop node states. In this paper, we propose the next hop node selection method to cater this problem. Our proposed method evaluates the next hop node considering three factors (i.e., remaining energy level, number of shared keys, and number of filtered false packets). When the suitability criterion for next hop node selection is satisfied against a fix threshold value, the packet is forwarded to the next hop node. We aim to enhance energy efficiency and a detour of attacked areas to be effectively selected Experimental results demonstrate validity of the proposed method with up to 6% energy saving against the sinkhole attack as compared to the LEAP.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of mergers and acquisitions of domestic IT companies on strategic aspects of internal capacity enhancement. Empirical analysis applied to this study analyzed the business performance in the market through the merger of Daum Communications and Kakao Group. After Daum pursued the merger with Kakao, it showed that the platform business of kakao is expanding to the domain of the existing portal site. The merger was completed, and the total value of the stocks went up to the highest level, but soon its value declined. The merger shows that the growth potential of the enterprise is temporarily declining, which seems to be the internal cost of the merger. Even in the case of profitability, the merger did not show positive results. In the case of stability, the expectation due to the merger was reflected and slightly increased. The following two companies were interested in the kakao when they viewed the merger through a chronological analysis. However, after the merger, the interest of the next kakao was similar. This is seen as a result of the expansion of kakao's diverse platform business rather than the following search sites. From the results of this study, it is suggested that domestic IT companies should approach by analyzing the strategic factors that generate synergy when pursuing M & A to strengthen their resources or capabilities.

In this study it placed the object of the present invention is to provide a more efficient user interface experience to analyze the structure information and the user experience when using the pattern of the search with the number of intended use of the smart phone. Naver and Daum were the results of the study will consist of 28 dogs and 15 each category Naver and Daum had both a top-down sequential structure. In the case of Naver it has raised the possibility of cognitive load through the use of duplicate content and excessive scrolling news Daum has been in the case of shopping categories at the bottom of this error was raised the possibility of using touch gestures.
