This study aimed to look for the possibility of dissolving social exclusion about the social vulnerable classes through the culture welfare programs. For this purpose, we analyzed interview records focused on the culture welfare practitioners applying the Modified Grounded Theory Approach worked out by Kinosita. The results showed that the culture welfare programs functionated of dissolving social exclusion about the social weaks by enhancing latent faculties and the sense of self-respect of them through providing various opportunities of culture fruition. It was appeared that the culture welfare programs promoted creative competence and the sense of self-respect, and strengthened the sense of solidarity of the participants by using the approaching strategies of offering various opportunities of creational experience, atypical operating programs centered on the process, establishing of the participants' subjecthood, and communal activities. That is, it was proved that actually the social weaks experienced the change of life with feeling emotional satisfaction, promoting family and human relationship, establishing positive identity, empowerment, participating communal activities, and so on, through the culture welfare programs. From these results we can know that if we provide the programs mixing the culture welfare programs with social welfare services which traditionally reinforced social exclusion about the social vulnerable classes by stigma, the social exclusion about them can be dissolved.

With the advent of the digital broadcasting, the audiences can access a large number of TV programs and their information through the multiple channels on various media devices. The access to a large number of TV programs can support a user for many chances with which he/she can sort and select the best one of them. However, the information overload on the user inevitably requires much effort with a lot of patience for finding his/her favorite programs. Therefore, it is useful to provide the persona1ized broadcasting service which assists the user to automatically find his/her favorite programs. As the growing requirements of the TV personalization, we introduce our automatic user preference learning algorithm which 1) analyzes a user's usage history on TV program contents: 2) extracts the user's watching pattern depending on a specific time and day and shows our automatic TV program recommendation system using MPEG-7 MDS (Multimedia Description Scheme: ISO/IEC 15938-5) and 3) automatically calculates the user's preference. For our experimental results, we have used TV audiences' watching history with the ages, genders and viewing times obtained from AC Nielson Korea. From our experimental results, we observed that our proposed algorithm of the automatic user preference learning algorithm based on the Bayesian network can effectively learn the user's preferences accordingly during the course of TV watching periods.

SNP(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)은 생물학적 다양성에 관한 연관성 연구(Association Study)에서 이용되어지고 있다. haplotype을 구하기 위해 genotype data를 Haplotype Reconstruction을 하여 한 가닥씩 분리를 한다. Haplotype Reconstruction의 방법은 생물학적 접근법(molecular method)과, 계산적 접근방법(in-silico method)으로 연구되고 있다 계산적 접근법은 생물학적 접근법에 비해 적은 비용과 시간이 소요되는 장점을 지니지만, phase problem으로 인하여 생물학적 접근법에 비해 정확도가 낮다는 단점을 갖는다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위한 설러 알고리즘들과 프로그램들이 연구 및 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발된 프로그램들에 대해서 다양한 테스트를 통한 각 프로그램의 성능 비교를 하였고, 특성과 문제점을 파악하였다.

응용프로그램의 개발 비용이 높아지고 개발 기간이 점차 단축되면서, 응용프로그램의 재사용에 대한 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 특히 실시간 응용프로그램들은 플랫폼 종속성에 의해 다른 운영체제에서 새로 개발해야하므로 개발 비용과 시간상의 문제가 심각하다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 OS Changer, Xenomai, Leagcy2Linux와 같은 다양한 인터페이스 미들웨어들이 개발되었으나 미들웨어에서 제공되는 API가 특정 운영체제에 종속되거나, API의 확장성을 제공하지 못한다는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 기존 미들웨어들의 문제점을 극복하고, 더 나아가 API를 동적으로 재구성할 수 있는 실시간 운영체제 인터페이스용 미들웨어를 구현하였다.

한국전력공사는 합리적인 전력소비를 위해 다양한 요금체계를 제공하고 있다. 그러므로, 주택용과 일반용전력(갑), 일반용전력(을), 교육용전력, 산업용전력(갑), 산업용전력(을) 등 전력사용고객의 성격에 따라 기본요금이나 계절별, 시간대별, 혹은 누진 등 차등요금제를 적용한다. 그러나, 이들 각각에 맞는 전자식 전력량계를 개발한다는 것은 경제성이 없는 일이다. 그러므로, 단일의 전자식 전력량계에서 다양한 요금체계를 수용할 수 있는 방안이 필요하며, 이를 위해 단일의 전자식 전력량계로 공통 기능은 하드웨어로 구현하고 각종 요금체계에 따른 변화를 수용하는 부분은 펌웨어로 개발하여 검침을 수행하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 단일의 전자식 전력량계에서 효과적으로 적용할 수 있도록 한국전력공사에서 시행하고 있는 다양한 요금제도에 부합하는 응용프로그램을 설계하고 구현하는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 이런 응용 프로그램을 관리하는 소프트웨어를 실제로 구현한 사례를 제시한다.

To realize GIS on internet two methods are possible. One is using java language and the other is using window API that interface with internet WWW HTTP protocol. GIS program needs to extract, classify, store in various geospatial data. But WWW HTML are statical and Impossible to input multi points and area selectioning. This study applied JAVA in Web GIS so that may handle various geographic data on internet, communicate interactively GUI interface and present, modify and powered with various means of cartographic visualization

이 연구는 미국의 ESCO에 의하여 개발된 800개 가량의 데이터베이스를 바탕으로 작성된 것이다. 이 프로젝트들은 누적 투자액이 14억달러에 달하는 에너지 효율 프로젝트를 대표하며 공공연히 이용할 수 있는 ESCO사업의 가장 포괄적인 역사적인 ''스냅 사진''들이다. 우리들은 ESCO프로젝트의 지리적 배분에 대한 정보를 제공하고 시간이 거듭될수록 다양한 분야에서 ESCO들에 의해 행해지는 프로젝트 개발 활동을 분석하며 견적 대비 실제의 입증된 에너지 절감효과를 분석했다. 우리는 또한 다양한 시장 분야(예를 들면, 프로젝트 비용, 건축면적 등)에서의 핵심적인 프로젝트의 특징을 요약하며 이들 프로젝트들을 개발함에 있어서 ESCO들이 의존하는 다양한 형태의 에너지설비 프로그램의 범위에 대하여 논의한다. 우리는 또한 연구로부터 주요한 몇 가지의 정책의 연관에 대하여 언급한다; (1) 중요한 민간 부문의 에너지 효율 활동이 있는 시장, (2) 민간 부문의 활동의 추세와 공공의 목적 또는 지방세 납세자 기금 프로그램과의 관계

본 논문에서는 데이터베이스 인터페이스 설계가 COM(Component Object Model)으로 구현하는 것이 가능한지를 실험적으로 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 객체지향 코드 설계는 캡슐화, 상속성, 다형성 측면에서 설계자 및 사용자에게 많은 장점을 제공한다는 측면에서 널리 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 COM을 이용하여 기존의 데이터베이스를 접근, 제어 할 수 있음을 보인다. 본 논문은 기존 데이터베이스로서 MS Access(DB)를 대상으로 하되 MS Access가 제공하는 최종사용자 기능을 무시하고 새로운 프로그램(COM)을 설계하여 기존사용방법과 같은 효과와 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 한다. 프로그램의 설계는 크게 서버와 클라이언트로 나눈다.[10] 실험적 개발의 결과를 볼 때 DB엔진 설계 시 COM으로서의 설계에 활용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 한편 클라이언트는 다양한 언어로 설계가 가능하기 때문에 다양한 사용자, 다양한 접속 요구에 쉽게 적용할 수 있다.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래함에 따라 소프트웨어는 스마트기기, 홈 네트워크 등 다양한 분야에 활용되고 있으며, 이러한 환경 변화에 맞춰 해커들은 소프트웨어의 자체 취약점을 이용한 다양한 악의적 공격을 진행하고 있다. 실제 소프트웨어 보안 취약점으로 인해 발생하는 피해액이 연간 1800억불에 달하고 있으며, 이러한 문제를 방지하기 위해 다양한 시큐어코딩 제품들이 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 시큐어코딩 프로그램의 효율성 향상을 위한 형상관리 시스템 연동 프로세스 방법을 제안한다.

XML을 중심으로 많은 컴퓨팅 분야에서 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있는데, 이는 기존의 웹 정보 표현 언어인 HTML이 갖는 부족한 부분을 해결할 수 있는 XML의 특징 때문이다. JML은 Java Markup Language의 약어로서 Java로 작성된 원시코드의 정보를 다양한 목적으로 이용하는데 적합하도록 작성된 XML의 응용으로 클래스 계층구조나 클래스 관계성 및 메소드 등에 관련된 다양한 정보를 효과적으로 표현할 수 있는 DTD를 포함한다. 본 연구의 목적은 역공학 측면에서의 JML의 응용으로, JML문서에 포함된 정보로부터 Java 응용 프로그램의 스켈레턴 코드를 생성하는데 있다. 본 연구의 의미는 기존에 수행된 Java 응용 프로그램의 정보를 추출하여 JHL문서를 생성해 주는 도구와 접목시킴으로써 순방향과 역방향 측면에서 모두 접근가능한 도구를 제공하는데 있다.
