  • 지금까지 컴퓨터를 강의실상에서의 교육의 보조 수단만 사용해 왔던 일 방향적인 교육의 제한적 메카니즘이 인터넷을 통한 쌍방향 통신과 공간상의 제약을 뛰어넘은 적극적이고 다양한 교육전달의 시도가 이제 현실화되고 있다. 따라서 첨단 정보통신 기술의 발전과 교육 시스템을 위한 인터넷 등의 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 원격교육에서는 새로운 교육의 변화에 따라 시, 공간의 제약을 벋어난 가상교육 또는 원격 교육을 현실화 할 수 있는 중추적인 기반 구조 및 통합 시스템을 제공해야 하며 이 시스템이 제공하게 되는 중심적인 기능성은 실제 강의실 수업형태와 같은 효과 이상의 교육환경을 제공해야 하는 것이다. 이러한 총체적인 원격교육을 위한 통합 시스템은 다양한 요소들로 구성된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 통해 원격 학습서비스를 제공하는 가상스쿨 구축의 기반을 이루는 학습컨텐츠 저작 시스템, 학습자 학습진행 프로그램 둥을 연구, 개발하였다. 또한 XML 에 기반한 SMIL을 멀티미디어들의 통합과 다양한 미디어들의 동기화를 표현하는 기술을 이용하여 표준적이고 확장성이 높은 컨텐츠를 저작툴을 개발하였다.

A View on the Deviation of Content Elements of Quadratic Curve in High School Geometry Textbooks (고등학교 기하 교과서 이차곡선 내용 요소 편차에 대한 소고(小考))

  • This study looked at the deviation of each textbook, focusing on the detailed learning content related to the quadratic curve properties contained in high school geometry textbooks. Rather than criticizing the diversity of content elements covered in high school geometry textbooks and suggesting alternatives, it focused on analyzing the actual conditions of content element diversity. The curriculum specifies that the practical application of the quadratic curve should be emphasized so that student could recognize the usefulness and value. However, as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the purpose of the curriculum and the structure of the textbook did not match somewhat, the deviation of content elements for each textbook was quite large. In terms of acknowledging the diversity of teaching and learning, the diversity of each textbook on the methods of the introduction and the natures related to the quadratic curve can be fully recognized. But in our educational reality, which is aiming for the university entrance examination system through national evaluation such as CSAT, the results are too sensitive in society as a whole, so the diversity of expressions in mathematics textbooks is sometimes interpreted as a disadvantage of evaluation. It is time to reconsider the composition of textbooks that recognizes the diversity of content elements in textbook teaching and learning and at the same time reflects the aspect of equality in evaluation.

  • This study introduces coding education using functional game and the effect of game quality on learning achievement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the difference of game quality on the learner's attitude, learning immersion, education satisfaction and preference for elementary school and junior high school students. In this study, it is meaningful to consider the effect of quality improvement of educational games on learning and we suggest that when designing an educational game, game performance and quality should be considered carefully.

  • This paper presents an overview of theories about ethnomathematics to seek for implications for multicultural mathematics education. Initiated by anthropological inquiries into mathematics outside of Europe, research of ethnomathematics has revealed the facets of mathematics as a historicocultural construct of a community. Specifically, it has been shown that mathematics is culturally relative knowledge system situated within a certain communal epistemological norms. This implies that indigenous mathematics, which had traditionally been regarded as primitive and marginal knowledge, is a historicocultural construct whose legitimacy is conferred by the system of the communal epistemological norms. The recognition of the cultural facets in mathematics has faciliated the reconsideration of what is legitimate mathematics. what is mathematical competence, and what teaching and learning mathematics is an about. This paper inquires multicultral discourses of mathematics education that research of ethnomathematics provides and identifies its implications concerning multicultural mathematics education.

  • 현재 많은 교육기관에서 활용되고 있는 교수학습지원시스템의 기능 부족과 교육환경에 부합하지 못해 낮은 이용성을 보이는 부분을 보완하여 일반적인 강의 형태를 일반형, 참여형, 실습형 등으로 세분화하여 수업의 형태에 필요한 기능을 개발하여 정적인 수업의 형태에서 교육자와 학생들 사이에 소통할 수 있는 환경을 구성하였고, 더 나아가 PC, 스마트폰, 태블릿 등 다양한 기기에서 접근 및 사용을 할 수 있는 웹을 기반으로 서비스를 제작하여 공간에 제약 없이 교육자와 학생의 효과적인 교육환경을 제공한다. 개발 과정에서 다양한 스타트업에서 이용되는 Django와 많은 사용자가 확보된 Javascript을 이용해 개발 기간 단축하였다. 또한 웹소켓(Websocket)을 이용해 최소한의 데이터 통신으로 빠른 실시간 통신을 구현하였고, 다양한 브라우저에 대응할 수 있도록 웹 표준을 준수하였다. 서버의 경우에는 아마존 웹 서비스(AWS)를 활용하였고, Linux 환경에서 동작 컨테이너화를 통해 보안성을 확보하였다.

  • This study was to find the direction to assessment of school mathematics in accordance with 2009 reformed curriculum. As new trends in the latest reformed 2009 curriculum, creativity, multicultural education, and mathematics disposition were focused. In creativity, more items should be developed for enhancing students' ability in areas of fluency, elaborateness, and originality, besides flexibility which was mostly dealt in the formal assessments that have been done previously in school. In multicultural education. purposeful bilingual programs should be developed in mathematics education to improve not only students' language skill, but also mathematical ability. In mathematical disposition, various questionnaires including checklists along with clinical interview should be provided to evaluate students' on-going process of mathematical learning.

  • For students studying early childhood education that leads the future, entrepreneurship education should be applicable to the educational field and targeting students studying early childhood education, a basic investigation on the recognition and demand for the necessity of entrepreneurship education should be preceded. Research that develop various entrepreneurial education programs is needed for early childhood education and students. Collected theoretical data through consideration of previous studies. and recognizing the necessity of entrepreneurship training, I produced an online survey for needs investigation of students studying early childhood education. I analyzed the data with 239 questionnaires collected. Research results, first, it is necessary to recognize the necessity of entrepreneurship education related to various career education in consideration of the career after graduation and a few years since they graduated. Second, it is necessary for a program that effectively and systematically develops various educational areas and contents in a mixed form of online and offline. Third, it is necessary to support customized programs in government agencies through the analysis of learner needs.

A Study on Analyzing and Assessing the Divergent Products of the Mathematically Gifted 5th Grade Students in Elementary Schools (초등학교 5학년 수학 영재 학생의 확산적 산출물의 분석 및 평가에 관한 연구)

  • As it is not long since the gifted education was implemented in elementary school, it is necessary to accumulate the practical studies on the mathematically gifted education. This paper focused on enhancing creativity by providing the various and divergent thinking activities for mathematically gifted students. For this purpose, I prepared two mathematics problems, and , and let the mathematically gifted 5th grade students solve them. After that, I investigated to analyse their reactions in detail and tried to find the methods for assessing their divergent products. Finally, I found that they could pose various and meaningful calculating equations and also identify the various relations between two numbers. I expect that accumulating these kinds of practical studies will contribute to the developments of gifted education, in particular, instructions, assessments, and curriculum developments for the mathematically gifted students in elementary schools.

중등 수학 및 컴퓨터과학 교육에서 컴퓨터 교육의 연결성 및 통합성

  • 수학 교육에서 새로운 정보기술의 교육적 사용의 범위는 커지고 교육 모형은 다양해지고 있다. 특히 중등 수학교육에서의 변화에 대한 기대도 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 미국 및 한국의 수학 교육계의 폭넓은 지지를 받는 NCTM의 컴퓨터 및 정보기술 활용에 관한 규준들의 교육적 의미, 방법, 효용 등을 정리하였다. 이어서 컴퓨터과학 교과과정에 포함된 수학 분야에 대한 컴퓨터과학자 Hamming의 견해를 소개하였다. 본 논문은 한국의 중등 교육에도 컴퓨터과학 교과가 시행될 것을 예정하면서 수학 교사들이 미리 컴퓨터과학을 교과과정을 이해함으로 통합 교과적 요소, 특성 그리고 역할 관계를 알아보았다.
