1988년 한국이동통신서비스 주식회사에서 휴대폰 서비스를 개시하고, 1994년 한국통신에서 인터넷 상용서비스를 실시할 때 만해도 2007년 현재 우리의 삶이 휴대폰과 인터넷이라는 정보통신 환경에 이렇게 깊이 의존할 것을 예측한 사람은 거의 없었다. 이제 인터넷과 휴대폰은 우리 생활에서 없어서는 안 될 삶의 일부가 되었고, 사회를 구동시키는 중요한 요인이 되었다. 현재 우리는 누구나, 언제, 어디서나, 어떤 기기를 사용하더라도 원하는 정보에 접근할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 시대를 향해 나아가고 있다. 유비쿼터스는 단순히 정보통신 컴퓨팅 환경이라는 기술적 의미를 뛰어넘어, 사회를 변혁시키는 유비쿼터스 혁명이라는 시대적 패러 다임의 변화를 의미하게 되었다. 유비쿼터스의 특징으로는 센싱, 네트워킹, 지능화를 들 수 있다. 센싱은 센서를 이용하여 사람, 사물(기기)에 대해서 모니터링하는 것이며, 네트워킹은 네트워크 통신기술을 이용하여 사람, 사물(기기)간 모니터링된 정보, 서비스될 정보를 서로 연계하는 것이며, 지능화는 기기, 사물이 단순히 정보와 지식을 전달하는 것에서 자동화 단계로까지 발전하는 것을 의미한다. 유비쿼터스 기술이 뒷받침되는 유비쿼터스 사회는 개방, 공유 참여가 가능한 열린 사회이며, 사물, 기기가 지능화되는 지능형 사회이며, 기기, 산업, 조직, 시스템간 융복합이 이루어지는 융복합 사회이며, 개인의 기호와 요구에 부웅하게 되는 개인중심 사회이며, 지식과 문화, 예술, 아이디어가 가치를 창출하는 콘텐츠 사회라는 특징을 보일 것이다.

With the beginning of foreign workers' immigration since 1990, Korea has faced multi-cultural society. At the same time, the number of female marriage immigrants have constantly increased. But the social services for immigrants are not yet prepared. According to the research on the actual condition of immigrants' culture enjoyment, which was done by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea, the most preferable leisure activity of immigrants is 'sightseeing'. So this study focused on improvement of web contents of tourism information to satisfy the information needs of immigrants. Concretely, this study analysed the present condition of the existing tourism web contents, and analysed deeply the web site 'Tourism Busan' for special reference. Especially this study tried to analyse VOD images among web contents of 'Tourism Busan', and provided concrete improvement plan for that. And also this study processed interview with marriage immigrants to provide web site evaluation at the level of immigrants' eyes. As a result of evaluation, immigrants was the most dissatisfied with 'contents quality', and showed lower dissatisfaction at 'service quality', 'interface quality' factors.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factor that brings about information literacy gap by comparing and analyzing the group with high level and not so high level information literacy for migrant workers and to seek policy to clear the information literacy gap. To accomplish such purpose, the author found the operation of various factors that bring about information literacy gap through in-depth interview of migrant workers and working level NGO staff. The result of interview revealed that information literacy gap of migrant workers is generated by the complex operation of personal characteristics, technical factor, social and economical factor, government policy factor and so on.

This study analyzed the policy of culture welfare in libraries for the information alienated groups. This study suggested several improvements as a conclusion. Research analyzed organizational tasks and policies for Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Planning Group for Library and Information Policy and the policies for libraries. First, library service for alienated class was centered in short term period projects. Second, it is hardware oriented such as building small libraries, places for disabled person, multi-cultural libraries. Due to the decentralization of policies for the groups with alienated information, and lack of public supportive policies for private library for the disabled, developing cooperative system is difficult. Third, we revealed that policies for quantitative production of alternative material were achieved. So, this study suggested professional policy in integrative cooperation in accordance with each domain and creation of a separate welfare library policy department and its activity.

The rapidly growing metaverse environment has received widespread attention across various fields such as health and medicine, culture and gaming, as well as politics. However, the excessive collection of personal data by the diverse sensors and devices used in the metaverse environment poses a substantial threat to user privacy. In this paper, we investigate existing cases of secure Multi-Party Computation(MPC) applications, examine the services anticipated to be necessary for the expansion of the metaverse environment, and analyze the privacy issues present in the metaverse environment as well as the limitations of current real-world services. Based on these findings, we propose application scenarios that utilize MPC to preserve user privacy in the metaverse environment. These proposed MPC application scenarios present a new perspective in metaverse security research. In the future, they are expected to be utilized in the development of secure metaverse services.

The purpose of this study is to suggest for future public libraries in the knowledge information society. The development of Internet requires to change the role of information service in public libraries, and the change of social circumstance requires the role of public libraries as cultural spaces. For the future public libraries, the suggestions are that public libraries provide an instruction for users in order to got information through Internet. Next, public libraries provide comfortable safe, luxury space in order to create regional culture so that users can get experience high culture, and use the space as cultural living zone.

오늘날 다양해지는 산업구조에서 가장 핵심적인 분야로 떠오르고 있는 서비스는 국가의 미래전략사업으로 현재 각 국가들은 서비스를 중요한 이슈로 타 학문과의 연계 가능성에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 서비스란 국가의 생활환경과 문화 수준에 따라 현저한 차이를 보이고 있지만 신 개념의 서비스는 접근방법에 있어서 소비자가 원하는 요구조건을 개인의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형서비스라는 공통된 방식으로 진행되고 있다. 동양에서의 서비스란 단순히 무료로 가치를 보상받지 않고 육체적, 물리적 가치를 상대에게 제공한다는 의미로 해석되고 있는 반면, 서양에서 서비스 개념은 가치를 제공함 으로서 합당한 대가를 돌려받는다는 의미로 해석된다. 이러한 서비스의 개념은 디자인을 서비스라는 시각에서 볼 때 소비자에게 가치의 제공이라는 개념으로 지금까지 많은 기업 및 산업체에서는 디자인을 실시하는 행위가 소비자를 위한 서비스 제공이라는 개념으로 생각하지만 실제 디자인에서 서비스 접근방법은 명확한 기준과 근거가 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 밝혀진 부산 관광자원의 중요 요소인 쇼핑환경을 개선하기 위해 소비자의 이용 빈도가 높은 부산시 마트(Mart)를 중심으로 이용자에게 좀더 편리한 쇼핑환경을 제공하기 위한서비스디자인 방법을 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법에 있어서는 실제 마트(Mart)를 이용하는 소비자의 심리분석과 문제점, 행동분석을 통해 쇼핑환경을 개선하고 이용자에게 편리한 제품디자인 방법을 연구하여 마트(Mart)의 서비스 디자인 방법을 찾아본다.

A female marriage immigrant is one of the most remarkable group as Korea entering a multicultural society. It is necessary that they get various supports to become a part of our Korean society, and social services and information accessibility are really important things to give them such supports effectively. This research focused on the problems that female marriage immigrants are facing in their marriage life and a process of adaptation in Korea. This research analyzed the actual conditions and the differences of social services and information accessibility classified by the problems female marriage immigrants are facing, their nationality, and their residence. On the basis of the results, this research provided the ways to raise the level of social services and information accessibility and also optimize social services for them.

우리나라 경마 역사와 맥을 같이한 기관, 경마산업 발전을 위한 중심축 역할을 해온 기관. 이와 같은 수식어가 붙는 곳이 바로 한국마사회다. 한국마사회는 지난 1962년 한국마사회법에 근거해 설립된 기관으로 국내에서는 유일하게 경마를 주관하고 있다. 한국마사회의 업무는 경마 주관에만 그치지 않는다. 생활승마 활성화, 학교 체육 승마프로그램 개발, 마문화 보급 등에도 매진하고 있다. 즉 우리나라 말(馬)산업 진흥을 위한 원동력을 유감없이 발휘하고 있는 것이다. 이 같은 활동을 전국적으로 펼치기 위해 한국마사회는 전국에 3개 경마장과 31개 지점을 운영하고 있다. 그 거점 가운데 하나가 오늘 소개할 한국마사회 창원지점이다. 창원지점은 고객만족 서비스 구현을 통해 매년 꾸준히 성장해 왔다. 경마가 열리는 날에는 경마가 차질 없이 진행될 수 있도록 노력하는 한편 경마가 열리지 않는 평일에는 객장 전체를 문화센터로 운영해 지역 문화수준 향상에도 힘을 쏟은 결과다. 하지만 창원지점의 모든 관계자들은 안전이 밑바탕에 깔려 있었기에 이와 같은 성장이 가능했다고 입을 모아 말한다. 2005년 4월 개장 이후 하루 수천 명의 시민들이 찾고 있음에도 불구하고 현재까지 단 한건의 안전사고와 산재가 발생하지 않을 만큼 철저한 안전관리를 전개하고 있는 것이다. 안전과 신뢰를 바탕으로 눈부신 성장을 하고 있는 한국마사회 창원지점을 찾아가 봤다.

모바일 정보 서비스의 수용성에는 사용자 인터페이스가 중요한 요소이다. 특히 모바일 인터페이스에서 청자(listner)인 인간에게 화자(speaker)인 기계가 어떻게 시의적절한 대화를 하는가는 수용성에 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고 아직까지 이에 대한 본격적인 연구가 진행되지 못했다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 사용자의 상황을 인식한 존대등분 계산법을 제안하여 이에 근거한 시의적절한 대화를 지원하는 상황 인식형 모바일 인터페이스를 설계하도록 하는 것이다. 다만 존대등분 계산은 문화별 및 언어별로 차이가 날 수 있으므로, 한국어를 대상으로 계산법을 제안하려고 한다.
