다단 기어장치의 신뢰성 평가에 관한 연구

  • 구동 및 동력 전달용으로 많이 쓰이는 기어장치는 최근 고속도비에서 사용이 증가함에 따라 다단기어장치의 설계에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 다단 기어장치의 설계는 장치의 파손확률을 고려하지 않고 정적인 하중과 균일한 강도를 유지하는 차원에서 접촉해석과 강도설계 등이 주류를 이루었으며 대부분 설계자의 경험과 감각에 의해 시행착오적이고 반복적인 방식으로 이루어지고 있다. 또한 임의의 시간에서 다단 기어장치가 설계자의 의도대로 작동할 확률인 신뢰성에 대한 연구가 미흡하였다.(중략)

  • 다단의 기어와 이를 구동하고 지지하는 축 및 베어링으로 구성되는 슬래그 분쇄장치(Briquetting M/C) 용 감속기를 개발하기 위하여, AGMA 규격에 의한 치차의 굽힘강도와 면압강도의 해석과 케이스의 구조해석을 포함한 정적설계를 수행하고, 감속기의 불평형 질량, 기어의 맞물림 전달오차에 의한 기진력을 고려한 동적설계를 하였다. 진동해석 결과 감속기의 운전속도 범위 내에 위험속도가 없는 것을 확인하였다.

  • This paper proposes an efficient mechanism design system of multi-stage gear drives including not only parallel shaft gears but also non-parallel gears such as bevel and worm gear drives. The system automatically generates three dimensional structures of specification-adjusted mechanisms, and shows the sorted list of the mechanisms according to the evaluation result by using a fuzzy expert system. The list can be used as reliable candidates of the spatial mechanism structures of multi-stage gear drives. Thus, it is expected that the system can increase the efficiency of design and cut off the expenses of preliminary design considerably.

  • In this study, genetic algorithm mixed binary and real encoding is proposed to deal with design variables of various types. And that is applied to optimum design of Multi-stage gear drive. Design of pressure vessel which is mixed discrete and continuous variables is applied to verify reasonableness of proposed genetic algorithm. The proposed genetic algorithm is applied for the gear ratio optimization and the volume minimization of geared motor which is used in field. In result, it shows that the volume has decreased about 8% compared with the existing geared motor.

  • Recently the design of multi-stage gear drive is being highly concerned. Until now, since the researches of gear drive are focused on the design for satisfying safety factor, the reliability evaluation of multi-stage gear drive is not included. In this paper, the life and reliability models of multi-stage gear drive are proposed using methods of probability and statistics. The life and reliability of the multi-stage gear drive have been evaluated, which is based on the life and reliability of each stage gear drive. The pinion and gear lives of each stage are calculated using the Lundberg-Palmgren theory and the Weibull failure distribution. These lives are combined using methods of probability and statistics to produce a life and reliability model of multi-stage gear drive.

  • The design of multi-stage gear drives is a time-consuming process that includes additional design problems, which are not considered in the design of single-stage gear drives. In the previous research works, the authors have proposed a new algorithm to design multi-stage gear drives at the preliminary design phase. The proposed design algorithm automates the design process by integrating the dimensional design and the configuration design process. In the configuration design process, the positions of gears and shafts are determined by minimizing the geometrical volume (size) of a gearbox. However, various types of spatial constraints should be satisfied in practical design situation. To locate input and output shaft in specified positions is the typical example of such problems. In this paper, the authors show the formulations of spatial constraints applied to the design of four-stage gear drives. The design solution shows considerably good results, and the design system is confirmed to be readily applicable to practical design situation.

  • A preliminary design process in the multi-stage gear drives design is important part. a preliminary design support system which run efficiently the design is developed with fuzzy expert system. the system automatically generate the mechanism of multi-stats gear drives and select a candidate mechanism by the general expert rule and sorting using fuzzy expert system. the preliminary mechanism design of multi-stage gear drives have a short execution time, add accuracy in a preliminary design considering volume, cost, power and efficiency in preliminary, a design efficiency is increased and a preliminary design have a elasticity using a weight on variable's sorting mechanism.

  • In recent years, the need for multi-stage gear drives, which highly reduce output speed, has been increased. However, the design of multi-stage gear drives have been carried out by a limited number of experts. The consideration for the direction of input and output axes also makes their design very difficult. The purpose of this study is to develop an algorithm for automatically generating complex multi-stage gear drives and to implement a design supporting system for multi-stage gear drives. There are 4 stages in the proposed algorithm, and major design parameters,.such as the direction of input and output axes, reduction ratio, etc. are set up in the first stage. In the second stage, all mechanisms are generated, and various rules are applied to select feasible mechanisms. In the third stage, the gear ratio of each stage is divided from total gear ratio. Next, the specifications of gears for feasible mechanisms are calculated and their bending strength and surface durability are estimated. In the forth stage, appraised indexes are calculated and provided to support the estimation of the generated gear drives.

  • 다단 기어연쇄, 베어링, 축, 로터로 구성되는 함포용 synchro system의 구동장치를 개발하기 위하여, AGMA규격에 의한 기어 굽힘강도, 면압강도해석, 기어치형설계를 포함한 정적설계를 수행하였다. 또한 전달행렬법을 효과적으로 적용시킬 수 있는 Hibner's branch법과 자유도가 큰 경우에도 계산 오차 없이 고유특성치를 빠뜨리지 않고 산출할 수 있는 ${\lambda}$-matrix법을 도입하여 함포용 Synchro system의 좌우 선회용과 상하 고각형의 위험속도 해석 및 평가를 하였고, 운전속도 범위 내에 위험속도가 존재하지 않았다.
