Routers currently used in homes and institutions have a function of multiple computers to connect to the Internet with a single IP address. It is possible only through setting or establishing a separate operation in a used PC or server to function as a web/printer server, web hard, and P2P. In this paper, by utilizing the OpenWRT Linux-based through the construction of the Web server through a router OpenWRT of (Open Wireless Router) base, to build a server simple compact, low power consumption, low cost, to operate by reliability to provide Internet telephony and multimedia services high securely over the server security, which is based on the setting of policy and various firewall at the same time the configuration of the network utilizing OpenWRT router that can be enhanced, to construct a Web server through a router multi functional can receive the provision of services using the program PC and mobile APP.

Traditional Internet services provide the same level of qualify to all users without considering about their application's QoS (quality of service) requirements. Because the wireless and Internet technologies are evolving rapidly, the powerful mobile devices are more widely used. Therefore, the new applications such as DMB (digital multimedia broadcasting), VoD (video on demand), telemedicine, and etc. demand appropriate QoS and host mobility. To satisfy free mobility and QoS, we deploy Diffserv (differentiated services) model to the mobile IPv6 networks. We propose the operational procedures and cost analyzing models for providing an MN's mobility and QoS. Also its performance is presented by cost analyzing and the future works are described.

This study aimed to clarify the multifunctional services and space composition in the process of developing a multifunctional long-term care program in small elderly care facilities in Japan. We collected data about multifunctional long-term care at small facilities from the Community Life Support Center (CLC), a Japanese non-profit corporation, and conducted an interview survey of the members of the CLC's secretariat in 2014. Furthermore, we selected 3 Japanese pioneering care facilities (known as takurosho), and conducted interview surveys and data collection to clarify in detail the space composition and process of development of multifunctional long-term care at small facilities. Four distinct results were found. First, the facilities had gradually increased non-institutional services, including visitation, overnight stays, and long-term stays, to fit the needs of users and their families. Secondly, in the 1990s, they could offer both non-institutional and institutional services at the same facility, but after the long-term care insurance system began in 2000, non-institutional long-term stay services were not allowed. Third, the facilities had built extensions or extra rooms in response to increases in multifunctional services and users. These rooms had common characteristics, with sitting rooms at the center of the facility. Lastly, the maximum number of service users at each of the 3 facilities was limited to 15, to maintain a small scale. However, as the size of facilities was increased through building extensions or remodeling, the overall amount of area available to users increased.

Cellular operators develop high speed mobile internet and multi-function cellular phones to activate new business model based on mobile internet services. Domestic cellular operators evolve their mobile networks from cdma2000-1x and EvDo to HSDPA to activate high speed mobile internet services. They also develop mobile internet platforms such as WIPI, BREW, and J2ME on multi-function cellular phones having multimedia solutions such as camera, MP3, MPEG, 3D game engine, DMB, PAN such as bluetooth, IrDA, W-LAN, and location information using GPS. But, content providers have problems of redevelopment of the same mobile internet application on different mobile internet platforms provided by cellular operators. In this paper, we develop conversion solutions for interoperability of mobile internet applications on WIPI and BREW using an one-pass compiler. We confirm the performance the proposed conversion solutions for the API conversion rate, the converted file size, and the full conversion time using the popular mobile games which are the killer applications on WiPI and BREW.

본 논문에서는 DirectShow 환경의 영상플레이어에 화면 분할, 영상 칠판, 영상 전달등의 기능을 추가한 시스템에 대하여 연구를 하였다. 기존 DirectShow 환경의 영상플레이어에서는 단순히 영상 동작에 제한된 기능만 제공 되어 지기 때문에 영상 제어 하는데 사용자들의 불편이 따르고 있다. 이에 반해, 본 시스템을 사용할 경우 사용자는 DirectShow에서 제공되는 VMR-9(Video Mixing Renderer) Overlay 기술을 통해서 도형으로 영상을 강조 할 수 있으며, network filter Interface 기능을 추가해서 영상 공유 기능을 이용하여 다른 사용자에게 네트워크로 실시간으로 영상 화면을 전달 하여 동시에 영상을 감상 할 수 있어서 사용자에게 편의 제공이 가능하다.

Digital Broadcasting Services get abroad from satellite services to terrestrial services and cable services. As broadcasting services become digital from analog, diverse services such as multi-channel, high quality, time-shift function and so on can be possible. It also generates new digital businesses. The Conditional Access System(CAS) is a technology for providing prevention of illegal access to digital contents. It was applied to digital satellite services at Europe and America from the beginning of 90's. In 2002, a domestic digital satellite service provider adopt a CAS system to their broadcasting services. DRM technologies protect intellectual properties and digital rights of digital contents. This paper suggests a design method to construct a CAS system with DRM which can be applied to a CAS for a small digital broadcasting service.

Internet Data is hugely increased for high quality multimedia services and the related techniques is also developed rapidly. This paper is aimed to develop integrated internet data and Digital-Television receiving system with high performance and optimization, which is obtained by one-board integration with load control. It is applicable to various devices like computer, set-top box, home multimedia gateway etc. The performance is proved by evaluation test. It shows that the developed device can be TV tuner and internet AP for more robust multimedia services.

The demands of network users emphasize the improvement and guarantee of service quality as well as the increment of bandwidth. As a result, high performance and additional new functions are important features to build network equipments, especially and edge router. For this structure, network processors with high performance and flexibility are considered as a main part of a packet forwarding module. In this paper, we design and edge MPLS router with a network processor, which supports high performance and multi-functionalities and examine its advantage and limitation.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 기반의 스마트카드를 이용하여 다양한 사용자의 이용과 함께, 타 시스템과 연동을 통한 사용자 인증 및 교통, 유통, 학생증 기반을 제공하는 다기능 스마트 E-Learning 시스템을 구축하여, 다양한 제휴를 제공하고, 미래교육인프라를 활용함과 동시에 첨단 IT 환경인 스마트카드를 적용할 수 있는 종합적인 정보 서비스를 제공함으로써 유비쿼터스 E-Learning 문화를 체험하고, 보다 높은 수준의 교육환경을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 미래지향적 첨단 E-Learning 생활을 유도함과 동시에 각종 시설물 이용 및 다양한 생활에 이용되어 더 나은 Smart E-Learning을 제공한다. 이는 다양한 실적 및 통계자료의 활용을 통해 현황 파악의 신속성, 정확성을 기하여 21 세기 E-Leaning로서 경쟁력 강화 및 이미지 제고를 위하여, 스마트카드 시스템을 활용한 스마트 E-Learning 모델에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.
