청말띠 해를 맞아 힘차게 첫걸음을 내디뎠던 2014년도 어느덧 막바지로 접어들었다. 2014년은 전력산업계에 있어 어떤 해였을까. 소위 직장 생활을 오래한 고참 직원들의 경우에는 업무에 대한 능숙함과 여유가 묻어난다. 하지만 반대로 신입사원들은 낯선 환경에 적응하느라 좌충우돌하기 마련이다. 아마도 2014년은 그런 신입사원의 모습이 아니었을까. 익숙해질만 하면 환경이 급변하며 낯선 분위기를 자아냈다. 다사다난했던 2014년을 되돌아본다.

프랑스가 제안하는 효율적인 기술이전계획은 점진적인 과정이다. 시작단계에서는 프랑스에서 제공하는 잠수함의 정비유지에만 제한 적용되며, 정비 엔지니어와 기술자들이 계획된 방법으로 잠수함의 개념과 기술에 관한 지식을 획득할수 있을 것이다. 목표는 현지 조선소가 잠수함의 창정비(overhaul)를 능숙히 수행할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 또한 기술이전은 자국내 잠수함 건조의 경우 3단계에 걸쳐 수행된다(p.39 참조)

현재 우리가 사용하고 있는 Internet Protocol인 TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)중 어드레스 IPv4 10진수 체계가 16진수 체계로 변화된 것이 바로 IPv6 Address이다. IPv6 Address특징으로서는 기하 급수적으로 늘어나는 Internet Address를 감당해낼 수 있고, Multi-Media Data 처리가 능숙한 데다 보안성까지 갖추고 있어 앞으로 이용에 대한 장래성이 기대되는 프로토콜이다.

Though a large amount of research concerning listening strategies has been conducted, the strategic behaviors of younger students in this area have received less attention. This study is a follow up study of an earlier case study by the author (2006). The purpose of this study is to verify what listening strategies Korean elementary learners use in a general L2 listening situation. 213 elementary students participated in this study, and a listening strategy questionnaire was used. ANOVA, MANOVA, Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis were used to interpret the data. The results of this study reveal that younger participants used all four types of listening strategies, cognitive, compensation, metacognitive and affective, fairly often; however, the results also show that they differ in how frequently they use each strategy according to their listening proficiency. Overall, highly proficient learners use more strategies compared to less proficient learners. High proficiency learners use compensation strategies most and cognitive strategies least. Low proficient learners use affective strategies most and compensation strategies least. Moreover, the results showed no significant grade- or gender-related strategic behaviors, and also showed that L2 listening proficiency can be a significant predictor of strategic behavior of young learners. 12% of the variance in L2 strategic behaviors was attributable to L2 listening proficiency.

On the basis of studies that show multi-word combinations, that is the field of phraseology, this study aims to examine relationship between the quality of text and phraseological competence in L2 English writing, following Yves Bestegen et al. (2014). Using two different association scores, t-score and Mutual Information(MI), which are opposite ways of measuring phraseological competence, in terms of scoring frequency and infrequency, bigrams from L2 writers' text scored based on a reference corpus, GloWbE (Corpus of Global Web based English). On a cross-sectional approach, we propose that the quality of the essays and the mean MI score of the bigram extracted from YELC, Yonsei English Learner Corpus, correlated to each other. The negative scores of bigrams are also correlated with the quality of the essays in the way that these bigrams are absent from the reference corpus, that is mostly ungrammatical. It indicates that increase in the proportion of the negative scored bigrams debases the quality of essays. The conclusion shows the quality of the essays scored by MI and t-score on cross-sectional approach, and application to teaching method and assessment for second language writing proficiency.

글로벌 사회로 발전함에 따라 외국어를 능숙하게 말하고 싶어하는 사람들이 많아지고 있다. 능숙하게 말하기 위해서는 말하는 훈련을 충분히 가져야 하는데 이때 대화 상대방을 필요로 한다. 최근에는 음성 인식 정보 기술의 발달로 인하여 대화 상대방의 인간이 없어도 외국어 말하기 훈련을 수행하는 시스템 개발이 가능할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 외국어 말하기 훈련 교육을 위한 테스트베드 시스템을 개발하고 초등학교 수업에 적용하였다. 초등학생에게 영어 대화 상황을 제시하고 말하기 훈련을 실시하도록 하였다. 그 후, 시스템에 대한 만족도와 지속적인 활용 가능성을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템을 이용하면 외국어 말하기 학습 훈련에 도움이 된다는 점을 확인하였다.

SNS가 사회전체에 미치는 영향이 커지면서 기업들도 SNS의 신속성, 공유성, 상호작용성 등에 관심을 갖고, 이를 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 대해 고민하기 시작했다. 본 연구도 SNS의 업무적 활용에 초점을 두고 과업 지원도구인 SNS와 과업과의 적합성, 사용자특성 그리고 성과와의 관계를 실증하고자 한다. 연구를 위해 과업-기술적합모형을 토대로 사회적 요소, 정보기술로서 SNS의 특성 그리고 사용자 특성을 고려하여 연구모형을 제안하였다. 연구결과 과업-매체 적합성에 직무특성, 가상능숙도, 매체특성 모두 유의한 영향관계를 가지며, SNS이용에는 가상능숙도와 SNS 특성 변수가 유의한 영향관계를 보였다. 또한 과업-매체 적합성은 SNS이용과 업무성과에, SNS이용은 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 SNS의 전략적 활용은 업무성과 향상에 도움이 되며, SNS활용 전략 수립시에 개인특성이 고려되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

A number of performance measures have been proposed for the quantification of dexterity for kinematically redundant manipulators. The use of such measures is especially important for kinematically redundant manipulators since they can satisfy the subtasks such as singularity avoidance and obstacle avoidance in addition to satisfying a specification of end-effector motion. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of performance measures proposed up to date are compared through simulations under the same environment. Besides, a new dexterity index for manipulators with multiple degrees of redundancy is proposed and shown to be effective through the simulation.

간호 현장에서의 면담은 가장 효과적인 간호 방법을 결정하기 위한 간호활동인 것이다. 그러므로 환자와 면담자와의 관계는 반드시 개방적이고 친밀한 관계이어야 한다. 특히 모든 인간은 독특하며 여러 가지 통합된 기전을 지니고 있기 때문에 면접자는 저항(resistance), 전이(transference), 역전이(counter transference), 감정의 현상을 잘 이해해야 할 것이다. 또한 면담목적을 성취시키기 위해 성실하고 진지하게 임해야 하며 면담시 의사소통 도구 사용에 능숙할 뿐만 아니라 성공적인 자료 수집에 공헌 할 수 있는 분위기를 유지해야 한다.
