The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of economic condition of students, that is, the difference of basic information utilization ability stemming from education gap. First, we investigated information literacy for high school freshmen who can control the difference of information utilization education experience by school. In doing the research, 629 high school students in the metropolitan city were surveyed using web. we analyzed the educational gap between schools depending on their economic conditions and analyzed the correlation between education gap and basic information utilization ability. As a result, it was found that there is a very significant negative correlation between the ratio of students who get support for school expenses and basic information utilization ability. Second, regression equation was produced through regression analysis of information literacy regression to analyze the effect of educational gap on basic information literacy. In addition, it seeks to consider alternatives that can improve the inequality of information literacy which is derived from education gap.

This investigation contains an awareness level on the Basic Emergency Treatment of Kindergarten Teacher in emergency surgery and internal medicine situations which frequently happen at the nursery. The result says there are 59.4% of them who are fully aware of the general emergency treatment but they need to know about education the partial parts. Especially 83.2% of them misunderstood the treatment of unconscious a small child with FBAO and 82.1% of them are confused with the manual ventilation. Also 67.4% of them said they would go to the hospital without giving first aid to a burn and 53.7% have wrong emergency treatment of abrasions. The educational program for the actual situation has been proposal as the responsibility of Kindergarten teachers are raising.

This research aims to review the training systems and curriculums of early childhood educators in Korea and France and seek directions to improve teachers training in Korea. To achieve the research purpose, this article compares three criteria, namely teacher training institutes, training systems, and curriculums based on the legal systems of Korea and France. Below are the summaries of the comparison. First, the training for teachers in France is carried out by the INSPÉ, the state-level single training system, for those who have bachelor's degrees. Second, the second year INSPÉ students or preliminary teachers take national teacher qualification tests. If they pass the tests, they are sent to the teaching fields as licensed teachers. Third, there are 3-year scholarship programs and support for practicums as part of the INSPÉ curriculum through the teacher support system in France to select highly qualified teachers. Fourth, the French curriculums prioritize basic knowledge skills, integration of school systems, teaching practicum experiences that are tied to the teaching fields, and research and analysis of practicum experiences.

Well posed problems for mathematically gifted students provide an effective method to design 'problem solving-centered' classroom activities. In this study, we analyze mathematical problems posed by teachers in distance learning as a part of an advanced training which is an enrichment in-service program for gifted education. The patterns of the teacher-posed problems are classified into three types such as 'familiar,' 'unfamiliar,' and 'fallacious' problems. Based on the analysis on the teacher-posed problems, we then suggest a practical plan for teachers' problem posing practices in distance learning.

The purpose of this study was to find out the factor that causes the difference on understanding the aim and perception of laboratory activities between teachers and students. For this study, in-depth interview was conducted for sixth grade students and teachers of 10 classes. The questionnaire of the interview can be divided into 3 sections: the aim of laboratory activities, whether teachers present the aim of laboratory activities, the method of laboratory class progress and the evaluation method. The factors that bring about the difference between the teachers and the students on perception of the aim are the absence of proper guidance on the aim of laboratory activities, the laboratory classes that the progress out of teachers' intention and evaluation method that is the performed without any relationship with the aim of the laboratory activities. Because the teacher-intended aim of laboratory activities is not properly presented, students can't percept the accurate aim. Even though teachers recognize the importance of the improvement of science process skill acquired through laboratory activities, this is not delivered practically in the class and students also can't percept the importance of science process skill.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school teachers' perception of science writing. In this study, 10 elementary school teachers who have taught in the 3rd or 4th grade science lesson in 2010 were selected. Researchers constructed interview guide in three parts including the teachers' understanding of science writing, the status of science writing teaching and the difficulties of science writing in their classes. For the investigation, semi-structured in-depth interviews with 10 elementary school teachers were conducted individually. The results showed that the elementary school teachers were unfamiliar with the word ‘science writing’ and considered science writing as a writing using science learning contents. Also, they think that teaching science writing in their science lessons was not needed and didn't assess and provide detailed feedback with the students' written works. Most teachers needed teaching materials and assessment tools for science writing. To develop elementary teachers' understanding of the value and use of writing for learning in science, they will need to participate in science writing programs for in-service teachers and various teaching materials and assessment tools should also be developed.

본 논문에서는 클라이언트/서버 환경에서 교사가 평가 문제를 스스로 관리하는 동시에, 웹 상에서 학생들에게 학습 내용을 테스트하여 학생들의 학습 능력 수준을 손쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 하는 대화형 학생 평가 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 과목별 채점 결과를 학급별과 개인별로 통계 처리하여 보여주며, 또한 과목 주제별로 정답 비율을 통계 처리함으로써 학생 개개인 수준을 분석하는데 편리하도록 설계되어 있다. 또한 학생들에게는 웹 상에서 푼 문제에 대한 자신의 채점 결과와 문제 풀이 부분을 즉시 볼 수 있도록 하여 재학습 및 보충학습의 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. 이로써 교사는 학생 수준에 적합한 교수·학습 방법으로 학생들을 개별 지도할 수 있어 기존의 교사 주도적이고 획일화된 주입식 교육 방식의 문제점을 해결하고자 하였으며, 학생 역시 자신의 수준에 적합한 교육 내용을 제공받을 수 있어 학습 의욕을 향상시킬 수 있다.

현재 7차 교육과정에서는 많은 학습자료들을 표와 그래프로 제시하여, 통계 정보 활용을 통해 문제 해결력을 신장 시킬 수 있는 교육을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 통계 교육의 중요성에도 불구하고 이에 대한 교사들의 관심 있는 지도가 미흡하며, 학생들도 실생활의 자료를 통계적 정보로 만들어 보는 학습기회가 적어 효과적으로 자신의 의견을 제시하거나 상황을 판단하는 능력이 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구는 초등학교 2학년 교과목을 중심으로 아동들이 다양한 통계 자료를 활용하여 통계 교육에 대한 흥미 유발, 통계에 관한 인지도 변화와 통계 학습 성취도를 높이기 위한 초등학교 통계 교육을 위한 웹사이트를 개발하게 되었다.

최근 들어 원격 교육의 핵심은 상호 작용에 초점이 맞추어지고 있다. 상호 작용에 의한 수요자 중심의 교육과 문제 해결 능력의 향상을 통한 창조적인 능력을 개발하기 위한 원격 교육 프로그램의 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 원격 교육 프로그램은 실업계고등학교 컴퓨터그래픽 교과의 '애니메이션 제작' 단원의 학습으로, 학생들이 응용프로그램을 사용하여 웹 애니메이션을 제작하면서 애니메이션의 제작원리를 학습하는 제재이다. 따라서 본 단원의 학습에 있어 실습은 필수적이기 때문에, 본 단원에 대한 실습 및 학습을 할 수 있는 원격교육 시스템이 요구되며, 이 시스템을 통하여 학생들은 충분한 실습 및 학습을 할 수 있고, 교사에게는 학습 지도의 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze recognition cases on media education for disabled people, discovering tasks to improve media competence of disabled people and to find adequate supporting program. Semi-open type focus group interview is conducted with participation from media education teachers having teaching experience over disabled people. Main goal for this interview is to locate the aim, causes of disability, education methodology and revitalizing method for the media education for disabled people. Specifically, semi open type focus interview is selected to form questionnaires while catalyzing free discussion between participants. The intention of selecting quantitative research by FGI is to derive various recognition and experiences of participants by free discussions and opinion sharing. In addition, both teachers and learners are selected to find differentiated and common views towards the theme, realistically analyzing recognition experience from various angles.
