한국형 워게임모형 개발기법

  • 워게임은 전쟁수행능력 평가를 위하여 수많은 변수들이 복잡하게 연결되어 있는 극한상황에서전투수행상황을 신속학 분석할 수 있는 전쟁모의분석 기법의 하나이다. 최근 컴퓨터의 처리능력이 급격히 증대됨에 따라서 워게임의 활용영역이 점진적으로 확대되고 있다. 워게임운용에 있어서 우리의 전쟁상황과 실정에 맞는 전쟁모의모형을 우리가 개발하여 사용하는 것이 가장 이상적이다. 그러나 이러한 모형개발·운영에는 막대한 비용과 시간이 소요되며, 최근까지 초대형모형을 독자적으로 개발할 수 있는 여건이 충분히 성숙되어 있지 않다. 아직가지 워게임 전문연구기관이 국내에 없으며, 워게임모형개발과 전문이력확보에 대한 투자가 미흡함으로써 전쟁연구의 해외의존이 지속되고 있으며, 한국상황에 적합한 전쟁연구는 국내 워게임 관련기관을 중심으로 제한적으로 수행되고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 당면한 국방정책결정과 전쟁수행능력 평가를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는, 선진외국의 개밞형을 보전·보완·개선하여 활용하면서 이와 병행하여 중장기적으로 독자적인 한국형 모형을 개발할 수 있는 능력을 보전하여야 한다. 본 논문은 한국형 워게임 보형개발에 있어서 필수적으로 검토 분석되어야 하는 사항과 주요 전투논리를 개선하는데 필요한 개발단계별 검증방법을 제시한다.

A Development of Career Aptitude Scale for Design Majoring University Students (디자인 진로적성검사의 개발)

  • This study developed 'Design Career Aptitude Scale' to help design majoring college students who are seeking their career goals or conflicting to decide their majors. The subscales of the 'Design Career Aptitude Scale' are 'basic job competency', 'basic design competency' and' advanced design competency'. This study further classified the 'basic job competency' and 'basic design competency' into several subareas and defined each concepts. Based upon the classification of each subareas, tentative test items were developed through the verification of validity three times by seven design professionals. A pilot study of the developed scale was administered to 506 design majoring college students. The results by exploratory factor analysis were that the basic job competency was composed of four factors; ability of interpersonal relations, goal-driven ability, problem solving ability and self-developing ability. The basic design competency was composed of five factor, grounding in design, computer skills, material sensitivity, formative ability and color sensitivity. The results can be seen as an adequate, delicate factor structure to represent design aptitude, and also the scale can be a useful tool to the students who are conflicting to decide their majors and careers. The further study needed to validate the scale through the investigation of the relationship with related scales measuring designing ability, and with other criteria-referenced group.

  • A problem of handling capacity calculation of berth is very important factor for decision about a port development scale like as the number of berth, size of back storage yard. If handling capacity per berth calculated low, the number of berth is increasing and the size of yard decided for propriety level of handling capacity. The propose of this paper is re-calculate of handling capacity for Busan container port by firstly government plan and actual result of Busan port like as waiting rate, berth share and handling capacity, and then realistic number of crane and berth share to be applied.

A Study on Mathematics Teachers' Use of Curriculum in Vocational High Schools: Developing Materials of Teaching and Learning Mathematics for Enhancing Employ Ability (특성화고등학교 수학 수업에서의 교육과정 활용 방안: 직업기초능력 함양을 위한 교수-학습 자료 개발)

  • In vocational high schools, mathematics classes aims to improve students' mathematics-applying ability as the employ ability. However, these classes are based on the national curriculum of mathematics likewise general high schools. In this study, we develop and present the materials of teaching and learning mathematics for teachers and students in vocational high schools. We analyze the Test for Enhanced Employ Ability and Upgraded Proficiency (TEENUP) and 2015 revised national curriculum of mathematics, and consider how teachers can use this curriculum to enhance employ ability. As a result, materials of teaching and learning mathematics should be developed in terms of use of curriculum based on teachers' didactical understanding. Moreover, we present the developed materials as examples reflecting on the framework of TEENUP and connecting the 2015 revised national curriculum of mathematics. Based on these results, we draw some recommendations for applying and developing material of teaching and learning mathematics.

  • The purpose of this study is to research the concepts of reading ability and debate ability, and the components of both abilities and to make the performance assessment's standards to apply them to the classroom for reading debate in the school libraries. For doing this, I studied the necessity of reading debate, assessment, and the components of reading/debate abilities. The components of the reading and debate abilities were derived from the theoretical researches and the performance assessment's standards for the reading debate were proposed in the viewpoint of the teacher librarians and classroom teachers in the school libraries in order that the teacher librarians and teachers could apply them to the reading debate classes and assess the performance achievement of the students.

  • 본 연구는 u-Campus 환경에서 교수능력(teaching skill)을 향상시키기 위한 평가시스템을 설계하고 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 수업효율성과 교수평가에 관한 이론을 고찰하고, 선행 프로그램들을 분석하여 시스템에 포함되어야 할 효율적인 수업행동 평가요소를 추출하였다. 추출된 평가요소를 바탕으로 u-Campus 환경에서 교수능력(teaching skill)을 향상을 위한 요소 즉, 교수-학습활동, 교수-학습활동 평가, 포트폴리오 활용 및 공유, 유비쿼터스 기술, 데이터베이스 영역을 반영하여 시스템을 설계하고 프로토타입(proto type)을 개발하였다. 그리고 이러한 프로토타입(proto type)의 개발은 기존의 평가 방법과 달리 교수 자신의 평가에서 시작하여 본인의 의지에 따라 영역을 넓히면서 평가에 대한 부담을 덜며 교수능력(teaching skill)을 향상시킬 수 있고, u-Campus 환경에서 평가가 어떠한 과정과 방법으로 이루어져야 하는지에 대한 안내를 제공할 것이다. 본 연구가 제시한 u-Campus 환경의 교수능력(teaching skill) 향상을 위한 평가시스템은 교수자의 발전은 물론 대학교육의 질적인 발전에 도움이 될 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발한 프로그램이 유아의 문해능력 및 창의성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 유아의 현장체험활동 프로그램 개발한 후, 현장체험활동 프로그램이 유아의 문해능력과 창의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 연구 결과 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램은 유아 수용어휘능력 및 표현어휘능력 증진에 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 창의성의 하위요인에 있어서도 독창성, 유창성, 융통성, 상상력 증진에 긍정적인 효과를 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 언어경험접근법을 활용한 유아 현장체험활동 프로그램은 유아의 문해능력과 창의성 증진에 효과적인 교수 전략인 것으로 해석된다.

  • The test instrument utilized to diagnose and evaluate a trainee's ability are necessary for an effective information literacy education. Nevertheless, there is a lack of a standardized test instrument to comprehensively measure students' information literacy. The purpose of this study is to develop a standardized test instrument to evaluate the information literacy of middle school students, and to verify the reliability and validity of the test instrument. For this purpose, this study selected factors that can show the information literacy and developed an information literacy test framework that was designed based on Guilford's SOI model and Meeker's SOI-LA test. The test instrument that was developed through this study is a 30-item Web-based multiple-choice test. This study administrated tests in middle school students (794 students joined), and analyzed difficulty, reliability, discrimination index, validity of tests, and reviewed tests items to qualify the standardized test. The cutoff score was also decided when using these tests as a diagnostic information literacy assessment.
