Comparison of the Friction-Loss Coefficient for the Gap of Two Contact Surfaces and a Crack (접촉한 두 평면과 균열한 틈새에서의 유동마찰계수 비교)

  • A leak-detection method has been developed by measuring the pressure variation between the inner and outer heattransfer tubes of a double-wall tube steam generator. An experiment was carried out to measure the leak rate in the gap between two surfaces pressed with a hydraulic press in order to simulate the phenomena, and a correlation was determined for the leak rate in a micro gap. However, in the correlation, the gap width and friction coefficient were coupled with the surface roughness, which affects the two parameters. The two parameters were separated using a surface-contact model to develop a correlation for the friction coefficient. The correlation was compared with the existing correlations used for crack analysis. Although the applied ranges of Reynolds numbers were different, the developed correlation for Reynolds numbers of 0.1.0.35 showed similar tendencies to existing correlations used for higher Reynolds numbers.

  • 설계변경된 sector 챔버를 제작하고 저장링 챔버로서 성능을 알기 위하여 각종 진공실험을 하였 다. 가스방출률은 낮은 10-13 Torr.1/sec/cm2 이고 누설률은 1-10-10 Torr.1/sec 이하이며 2회 ba-keout과 NEG활성화후 얻어진 최종진공도는 낮은 10-11 Torr이었다.이러한 결과는 저장링 sector 챔버으 진공요 구조건을 충분히 만족시킨다.

  • 이 글에서는 챔버의 용접에 대해서 기술하였다. 전자빔용접에 의하여 누설률이 1*$10^{-10}$ torr.1/sec 이하로 목표값을 만족하기 때문에 초고진공에 적합한 용접법이다. 챔버는 용접부에 trench 구조를 가져야 진공용접을 하는데 보다 효과적이다. 이것은 지금까지 전자빔 용접에서 시험되지 않은 것이기 때문에 향후 보다 많은 연구가 있으리라고 본다.

  • The puopose of this paper is sto modify the current LBB criteria. The validity of current LBB criteria and current standard LBB analysis mehtod are evaluated using linear elastic fracture mechanics and elastic-plastic fracture mechanics. The results of evaluation demonstrate that the current LBB driteria are very conservative and some level of margins already exist in the standard LBB analysis method. Thus, the margin on load .root. and margin on crack size 2 can be eliminated to extend LBB application for the samller diameter pipe.

  • 원자력발전소에서 발생하는 사용후연료 집합체를 운반하기 위한 수송용기는 고준위 방사성물질의 위험으로부터 인간과 환경을 보호하기 위하여 안전성이 철저하게 보장되어야만 한다. 원자력법과 IAEA 안전수송규정 등 국내외의 관련규정에 의하면 사용후연료 수송용기는 정상운반조건은 물론 수송 도중 발생할 수 있는 운반사고조건에서 B(U)F형 운반용기에 대한 기술기준을 만족시키어 어떠한 경우에도 방사선차폐, 임계, 격납, 열 및 구조적 건전성을 유지하여 방사성물질을 누출시키지 않아야 한다고 규정하고 있다. 본 논문은 한수원(주)에서 개발하여 현재 사용하고 있는 경수로형 사용후연료 수송용기(KN-12 수송용기)의 격납계통에 대한 건전성을 확인하기 위하여 해석에 의한 격납평가 및 수송용기의 운영 중 수행하는 누설시험 등의 누설평가방법에 대하여 기술하였으며, 또한, 매 운반 시 측정한 실제 누설률을 제시하고 분석하였다.

Dosimetrical Analysis of Reactor Leakage Gamma-rays by Means of Scintillation Spectrometry

  • Exposure rates due to leakage gamma-rays from operating reactors TRIGA Mark II and III were measured in a horizontal plane by means of scintillation spectrometry using a 3"$\times$3" cylindrical Nal(T1) detector associated with a 400 channel pulse height analyzer under varied conditions of reactor operation. In determining exposure rate due to the leakage gamma-rays at each point of measurement, Moriuchi's spectrum-exposure rate conversion theory was applied instead of using conventional responce matrix method which necessitates very complicated procedures to convert a spectrum into exposure rate. The results show that a basic pattern of "typical" spectrum of the reactor leakage gamma-rays is neither affected by thermal output of the reactor, nor influenced by overall attenuation in radiation intensity. It was indicated that he attenuation of the leakage gamma-rays in air in terms of exposure rate as a whole follows an exponential law, and the total exposure rate due to the leakage gamma-rays at a certain point is nearly proportional to thermal output of the reactor. The complexity in spectrum measured for a movable core reactor, TRIGA Mark III, was analyzed through spectrum resolution, and proper judgement of the leakage gamma-rays in a complex spectrum was discussed.ctrum was discussed.

  • A numerical analysis for the internal flow was carried out in order to analyze the leakage flow characteristics inside the damped bypass valve. This research has found that the valve characteristics became stable at above a specific temperature. Very small amount of leakage flow was occurred. But there was no effect in temperature. The more temperature fell, the more maximum pressure rate was increased.
