본 연구는 농촌융복합산업에 관심이 있는 예비 농촌융복합산업 창업인들의 농촌융복합산업 창업의도 발현에 대한 영향요인들을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 농촌융복합산업 예비창업자들이 농촌융복합산업 창업이라는 의사결정을 하는데 미치는 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 영향관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 농촌융복합산업 창업도 창업의 한 형태로 이해할 수 있는 것이라는 관점에서 논의를 전개하였으며, 이를 위해 창업연구 분야에서 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석에 사용되는 연구분석틀을 응용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 잠재적 농촌융복합산업 창업자들인 예비농업인들의 창업 기초 자료를 제공하고 관련 정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 예비 농촌융복합산업 창업자들이 현재의 환경 하에서 농촌융복합산업 창업을 고려할 때 창업의도에 미치는 요인들로서 개인적요인과 외부적요인으로 귀농지역적 요인, 정책적요인을 선정하였다. 이후 선행연구 및 정책적 자료들에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 이론적인 개념을 정립하고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 선택된 연구의 변수들인 내적 개인특성, 외부 환경요인, 정책적요인, 농촌융복합산업 창업의도들 간의 관계를 실증분석하고, 이를 토대로 의미 있는 이론적 및 정책적 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 알아볼 것이다. 이를 위해 연구대상인 농촌융복합산업 예비창업자 개인적 요인과 외부적인 지역적요인, 정책요인을 변수로 제시하고자 한다. 둘째, 표본의 일반적 특성과 농촌융복합산업 창업의도와의 상관관계에 대해 분석할 것이다. 연령, 현재 회사에서 맡고 있는 업무분야, 기업규모, 성별, 학력, 농촌융복합산업 유형, 근무경력 등 인구통계적 특성이 개인의 농업·농촌 관심도와 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 집단간 비교분석을 통해 알아볼 것이다.

This study investigated the perception of beauty-agriculture convergence industry for businesses in senary industries in Jeju Special Self-governing Province. Currently this area is in the stage right before the suggestion of a convergence-based win-win industrial development model. The ultimate goal is to provide basic data to beauty-agriculture convergence industries. Agricultural products are used as main ingredients in the cosmetics industry and recently, farmers have been focusing on certain areas of the beauty industry, such as the internal production of beauty products and the attraction of customers. According to a comparative analysis on the beauty-agriculture convergence industry between employees and non-employees, a statistically significant difference was found in the following: Possibility of creating high profits, personal interest in the beauty industry and the possibility of utilizing natural resources. In terms of the reasons for beauty-agriculture convergence industry development potential such as added value, leading industry, product competitiveness, aesthetic lifestyle and market size, as well, a significant difference was found. In the perception of the necessity of government supports such as financing, facilities, technology, education and PR marketing, no significant difference was observed. Since creative and diverse contents are needed for beauty-agriculture convergence, high-quality technical support and continuous education are essential. Therefore, diverse government supports including funds and facilities are needed.

This study is to analyze the effects of dietary life education of elementary school students by gender and by grade to seek for solutions of activating the rural convergence industry in linkage with dietary life education. Subjects were 152 students of eight elementary schools in Chungcheongnam-do. As a result of the study, after application of the dietary life education program, the scores were statistically significantly improved and four sub areas(education at the dining table, practice of green dietary life, reduceing food wastes, learning about local foods) showed a statistically significant improvement. Scores by gender were statistically significantly improved among both male and female students and the results of analyses by gender in four sub areas of dietary life education were also statistically significantly improved. Scores by grade were statistically significantly improved in all grades and the results of analyses by grade in four sub areas of dietary life education were also statistically significantly improved. Since the dietary life education program in the present study is effective for dietary life improvement, the results of the present study are expected to be utilizable in education of elementary school students and lead to the consumption of regional foods by increasing the ability to select proper foods.

The purpose of this study was to systematically organize the information for the regional resources from the agricultural management entities of convergence industry in Chungcheongnam-do. The target was the Sixth Agricultural Industry Association in Chungcheongnam-do; total 70 kinds of resources were investigated. The content was organized by name of regional source, introduction, photo, company and product information, feature of product, introduction of experience program, and etc., containing the value and meaning of products in stories of the regional sources and images. The material was organized in order of grains, fruits and vegetables, marine products, livestock, Korean sauces Kimchi, fermented broth concentrates, beverages tea, and other. It was saved as pdf file to distribute to the members; it may be utilized for online promotion, product promotion in exhibition festival sales promotion, posts for bulletin board hall, and etc. but also for promotional material in overseas marketing after translating to each language.

This study explores standardization plans concerning industrialization of Hanjii which is traditional culture resources of rural community. Hanji is very useful in many ways, and its usefulness is not confined to only paper. In other words, it comes to have architectural uses, agricultural uses, clothing uses, and medical uses through fusion and convergence. However, the expansion of Hanji market dose not lead to profits for related stake holders because its standardization is not nurtured yet. For standardization, this paper argues, first, a industrial definition of Hanji is needed in which Hanji's own characteristics is involved. Besides maintaining traditional characteristics, the definition and quality standards of Hanji needs to be established by considering a given condition of Hanji industy. Second, a satisfactory method to measure Hanji's own material characteristics(i.g., mulberry paper content and long-term sustainability), which affects Hanji's quality, needs to be developed and standardized. Third, a government standard is urgently needed in order to keep consumers from being confused when they select Hanji products. The standardization of Hanji products and technology needs to be established in both case of current Hanji market and newly developed products and technology.

최근 ICT/loT 기술들이 다양한 산업분야에 적용하는 사례가 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 특히 노동 집약적인 농업 분야에도 다양한 형태로 적용되고 있지만, 대내외적으로 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 농업/농촌의 활성화를 위해서는 다른 방안 제시가 필요하다, 본 논문에서는 1차 산업을 중심으로 2차, 3차 산업과 연계 또는 융복합하여 영세 규묘의 지역 농가들 및 업체들의 클러스터화를 통해 새로운 고부가가치를 창출 시킬 수 있는 6차 산업화를 지원할 수 있는 통합 지원 플랫폼을 제안하였다. 제안된 통합 지원 플랫폼은 육묘의 품질 관리 단계에서 최종 소비자에 이르는 전 과정을 지원하는 통합 지원할 수 있는 서비스 플랫폼이다. 육묘, 생산, 가공, 유통/수출, 체험/관광, 판매, 소비에 이르는 전체 시스템을 단계적으로 연결하고, 통합 운영/관리될 수 있도록 함으로써, 농식품에 대한 신뢰도 및 지역 농가 및 지역 농촌의 경제활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다.

This study analyze the certified management bodies for rural convergence industry promotion in Jeonnam province. The main results are as follows. Firstly, both certified management bodies and committee members are positive about the prospects of the 6^th industry, and they also agree on the need for 6^th Industrial accreditation system. Secondly, The 6^th industry affects "creation of value added" and "linked to regional agriculture." In other words, we can see that the 6^th industry can contribute to creating new values and linking regional agriculture. Finally, in order to foster certified management bodies for the 6^th industry, the management bodies put joint promotion, marketing and sales support on a priority basis, and was interested in supporting commercialization, such as on-site coaching, while the expert committee put priority on fostering the search for profit models, placing importance on supporting commercialization such as customized coaching.

This study was performed with 473 dwellers living in the cities, to study how purchasing intention was affected by the Korea important agricultural heritage system designation on Changwon sweet persimmon farming. This study identified the relationship between consumption value and purchase intention through Sheth's theory of consumption value. Functional, social, emotional, epistemic and symbolic values were all found to have a positive (+) effect on purchase intention, and among them, symbolic value properties were found to have the greatest impact. This study presents an important implication that emphasizing symbolism is most effective when establishing policies in the direction of promoting persimmon consumption in the Changwon area designated as Korea important agricultural heritage system.

This study aims to analyze knowledge extension and diffusion trend among industries through technological convergence in non-Capital rural areas. A case of Sunchang, Korea examines knowledge extension trend of fermented soy product manufacturing industry. Patent application data are used to make technology convergence analysis and knowledge network analysis. Patent analysis results show that there are differences of knowledge extension trend between the whole country and Sunchang. Technologies of fermented soy product manufacturing in Sunchang is inclined to extend toward technologies related to fermented microorganism. Contrary to the whole country, knowledge extension in rural area like Sunchang is converged to technologies suitable for specialized but limited regional assets and human resources. Core actors of knowledge network of fermented soy product manufacturing in Sunchang are mainly public organizations such as local government, universities, and agencies or institutes. Recently technology sharing and extension is likely to occur through the cooperation between associative corporations and public organizations.
