As interest about safety of agricultural products has increased, attempts to establish food safety also have been actively made. One example is GAP(Good Agricultural Practices) information service. This service supplies the safe agricultural products to consumers by establishing the safety management system from their production to sale of the agricultural products. In this parer, the proposed system enables the users to easily use it by providing GAP information service and using RFID.

As safety agricultural product has become more interest, attempt for safety agricultural is more active. One of them is GAP(Good Agricultural Practices) information service. This service is supply system which is agricultural safety supervision of produce to sale. In this paper, This system provide GAP information service using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and consequently consumer easily use this system.

Recently, import liberalization begin in earnest through the WTO/FTA. but the interior agriculture status is insufficient to management system. So, interior agriculture will hard hit before import liberalization. Whereupon, the government organs establish GAP standard that elevate a quality of agricultural product. And be in force preferential application to valuable agricultural product like ginseng. In this paper, we designed of management system for culture and distributive of ginseng that correspond of interior GAP standard. And we implementation of system for offered to information of recording data. Also, we recorded of data that weather, insect, agrochemical and manure for studing of good product. And we introduced monitoring system and guidance as well as management system for efficient system management.

Recently, agricultural product of inferior qualify and cheap is imported form china, so domestic farmhouses go through difficulty. Moreover, consumption decreasing because of a new about carcinogen detect of chinese agricultural product. Information through certification system construction of domestic agricultural product is offered to customers for distinguish from chinese, and certain inspection standard for importation restriction should be ready to solve this problem. In this paper, we designed and implementation of AIGT system through adopting GAP of international standard for safety inspection of agricultural product and traceability. Also, we building of AIGT system through introduce of monitoring system and guidance as well as management system for offered to information by customer and helped farm management by producer.

현재 운용되고 있는 우수농산물 관리제도는 식품안전시스템으로서 소비자의 신뢰를 확보하는 데 주요한 두가지 문제점이 있다. 첫 번째는 제도의 근간이 되는 생산이력데이타의 입력이 농민과 유통업자 등의 직접입력에 의존하기 때문에 자료의 정확성을 검증하기 불가하다는 것이며 두 번째는 오염된 농산물을 추적하여 회수할 수 없다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 정보기술과 농업현장기술을 결합한 IT융합모델을 고안하였다. 이모델에서는 영상분석시스템을 이용하여 현장 영농 활동을 분류하고 생산이력데이타를 자동생성하며, USN을 기반으로한 실시간 이력추적 시스템을 통해 유통중인 농산물의 현재위치와 안전성 관리자료를 실시간 전송하도록 되어있다.

We inspected contaminations of pesticides in the 3,313 crop samples grown under the standard of Korean Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) between 2014 to 2016 May. According to our inspection, violations by unregistered pesticide contaminations far outweighed those by exceeding maximum residue limits. Most of the crops contaminated with unregistered pesticides were minor vegetable crops, for which far less pesticide products are registered compared to cereal grains and fruits. And in our second study, the pesticide in the sprayer was removed 90% or more, but not totally by serial rinses. From this result, it is assumed that pesticide remained in the rinsed sprayer can be carried over to crops unintentionally. Our study shows that supplying pesticide products evenly to all kinds of crops and allowing unintentional carry-over of unregistered pesticides to a certain extent are solutions to revitalize depressed Korean Good Agricultural Practices.

This is the result of pesticide residue monitoring certified Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) by national agricultural cooperative federation (NACF) from 2009 to 2012. NACF evaluated simultaneously 283 pesticide multi-analysis method with GC (ECD, NPD) and HPLC. 6,590 agricultural products were analyzed in this period. As the results 1) detected 20.27% in 2009, 23.42% in 2010, 28.07% in 2011 and finally 31.75% in 2012, respectively. There was the total detected pesticide residue in the agricultural products. The violated ratio of agricultural products were 2.25% in 2009, 1.82% in 2010, 1.67% in 2011 and 3.47% in 2012, respectively. 13 pesticides went over the maximum residue limits (MRLs); carbendazim was the predominant violation. 40 pesticides; endosulfan was the predominant detected pesticide did not registered respectively crops in Korea. Most agricultural products that were under the MRLs met the safety standard, however agricultural products that contain neither registered nor set up MRL any level for example endosulfan in strawberry. Agricultural products that go over the MRLs with permitted pesticides, for example carbendazim in apple, are rejected. Because of these intricacies continual observation and evaluation will be need during GAP agricultural cultivation.
