This study aims to analyze the impacts of the QS Asia University Rankings (QSAUR) indicators and to compare the scores obtained by major countries. Hierarchical multiple regression was performed on the results of the QSAUR 2013-2015 and the average indicator and overall scores of each country were calculated. In the QSAUR, the most influential indicator was academic reputation. Each indicator's influence corresponded to its assigned weights and standard deviations. The results of the comparison revealed that Japan, South Korea, and China had the largest number of institutions among the top 150, while Singapore maintained the highest average scores on the indicators as well as the overall score. Each country had different areas that required improvement. South Korean colleges scored lower than some countries on academic reputation, papers per faculty, and international faculty. To attain higher ranks in the QSAUR, academic reputation, institutions' research capability improvement, and internationalization are needed. The implementation of these strategies is necessary to diminish the gap between South Korean institutions and other Asian institutions.

In Common Criteria evaluation scheme, sponsor and evaluator should estimate evaluation cost and duration of IT security system evaluation in contracting the evaluation project. In this paper, We analyzed study result that achieve at 2003 and 2005, and utilized part of study result. And we empirically estimate relative evaluation effort ratios among evaluation assurance levels($EAL1{\sim}EAL7$) in CC v2.3 and CC v3.1. Also, we estimate the ratios from 'developer action elements', adjusted 'content and presentation of evidence elements', and 'evaluator action elements 'for each assurance component. We, especially, use ratio of amount of effort for each 'evaluator action elements', that was obtained from real evaluators in KISA in 2003. Our result will useful for TOE sponsor as well as evaluation project manager who should estimate evaluation cost and duration for a specific EAL and type of TOE, in a new CC v3.1 based evaluation schem.

In a program that runs an engineering education certification, program outcomes refer to the knowledge, skills, and attitudes a student must have until graduation. In general, capstone design is used as a tool for evaluating program outcomes. This paper applies the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) to measure the raters' reliability in assessing program outcomes. Several raters evaluate program outcomes, and the result is used to obtain the raters' ICC. ICC measures the reliability of ratings or measurements for clusters - data that has been collected as groups or sorted into groups. If the ICC is close to 1, it means that the reliability among the raters is high. We evaluated the proposed method's usefulness through case analysis. As a method for assessing an evaluation tool's objectivity, multiple raters measure the same evaluation tool. As a result, we measured the ICC values for all POs, and analyzed the cause for the low measured POs. We applied this method to evaluate program outcomes of the Department of Computer Engineering in the past two years. As a result, we derived guidelines for improvement and program outcomes.

본 논문은 기술신용보증기금 기술평가사업본부에서 시행하고 있는 기술평가 기법을 중심으로 기술평가를 시행하는데 있어 고려하여야할 여러 현실적인 문제에 대하여 언급한 것이다. 분석기법은 실무에서 가장 많이 사용하는 이익접근법을 중점적으로 검토하였다 한편 기술평가가 보다 효율적으로 되기 위해서는 업종별 평가 모형이 구축되어야 하고 미래현금흐름을 추정함에 있어 기업의 특성과 소속업종의 특성을 반영해야 한다는 점을 지적하였다.

본 논문은 안전한 디지털 음악 유통 실현을 위한 오디오 워터마크 기술의 국제적인 평가 기준 연구와 평가 기준에 따른 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘의 평가 및 강인성 분석에 관한 내용이다. 현재 디지털 음악에 대한 저작권 보호 기술로서 많은 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘이 개발되어 제품화되어 지고 있다. 이러한 워터마크 알고리즘의 기술적 평가클 위해 여러 국가에서 각각의 평가 기준을 제시하고 있다. 기존에 나와있는 평가기준에 따라 오디오 워터마크 알고리즘을 분석하고, 이로 인한 각 알고리즘의 취약점 및 앞으로의 알고리즘 개발 방향에 대하여 알아본다.

최근 정보화 시대에 맞추어 교육부에서 제시한 새학교 문화 창조의 일환으로 교육 현장에서는 학습자의 전인적인 특성을 고려해서 평가할 수 있는 수행평가를 실시하고 있다. 하지만, 기존의 학습 평가는 학습자의 학습 수준에 따른 개별화 학습을 하기가 어려워 학습자의 학업 성취도에 따른 학습방향을 제시하기 곤란하고 교사와 학습자의 수업의 질 개선에 어려움이 많다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서, 학습자가 작성하거나 만든 작품집이나 서류철 등을 이용하여 평가를 실시하는 포트폴리오 평가를 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 웹기반에서 가능하게 하는 웹 기반 수행평가 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

원자력 분야의 연구개발사업은 원자력 연구개발 중장기 사업이 시작됨에 따 라 국가적 차원의 연구사업으로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 연구개발 투자효율의 극대화를 위해서 원자력이라는 종합과학기술분야의 특성을 감안한 연구평가 기법 및 평가방법등이 설정되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 연구개발과제에 대한 평가방법의 과학화를 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 앞으로도 계속 수정.보완해 나가야 한다. 본 논문에서는 연구개발평가 모형 설정시 일반적 으로 검토되어야 할 사항에 대하여 설명하였고 지금까지 개발된 연구평가 모형에 대한 구체적인 내용을 제시하였으며, 또한 현 평가모형의 문제점 및 앞으로 개선해 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 학교평가에 효과적으로 대비할 수 있는 교육정보화 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해, 이미 도입되어 있는 초.중등학교 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 활용하였다. 이 정보시스템을 이용하여 학교평가에 대비하는 시간을 줄이고, 학교평가 자료를 쉽게 추출하고자 하였다. 먼저, 학교평가 항목을 토대로 현재의 종합정보관리시스템을 분석하여 학교평가의 지원여부를 확인하였다. 그리고, 효율적으로 학교평가를 지원하기 위해서 반드시 갖추어야하는 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 제시하였다.

소프트웨어의 고품질화를 추구하는 것은 필수적인 일이다. 좋은 품질의 소프트웨어를 획득 또는 개발하기 위해서는 S/W 품질평가에 대한 효율적인 방법이 요구되고 있다. S/W 품질평가는 객관적이고 정량적으로 평가되어야 하므로 본 논문에서는 S/W 품질평가에 대한 표준 및 기준, 방침과 전문가의 지식을 반영한 규칙기반 시스템을 이용하여 평가함으로써 정확하고 신뢰성을 보장하도록 설계하였다. 특히 쉽게 지식을 변경 또는 추가할 수 있도록 규칙기반 시스템으로 설계하였으며, 이러한 규칙기반 시스템을 이용하여 질의 응답을 통해 쉽고 효율적으로 S/W 품질을 평가할 수 있는 기반/기초기술을 제공하였다.

오늘날 전세계를 하나로 잇는 정보화사회는 보다 신뢰성 있는 네트워크 보안제품을 요구하며 이들 제품을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 평가기준을 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 네트워크 보안제품 관련 평가기준(안) 제정을 위해 국제공통평가기준인 CC(Common Criteria)와 미국의 네트워크 보안제품 관련 평가기준인 TNI(Trusted Network Interpretation of TCSEC)를 비교/분석하여 필요한 보안기능 요구사항을 도출하여 향후 평가기준(안) 제정을 위한 방향성을 제시한다.
