Despite the importance of information technology, research on information-oriented performance management and performance management methods are very insufficient. In this paper, the SSU-ITPM model, a company-wide informatization performance evaluation and management model that reflects the characteristics of the shipbuilding and marine industry with high cooperative and process complexity, was presented. This model consisted of informatization planning and project management, informatization field utilization evaluation, informatization utilization quality evaluation, informatization user satisfaction evaluation, and informatization effect achievement evaluation. In addition, through the application of Company D, the feasibility of practical application of the model was confirmed. This study is expected to provide a practical reference model for informatization performance management of ETO plant-based companies such as the shipbuilding and offshore sector.

This report has continuously improved in Information Security Level of Information Communication Service Companies which are applicable to Information Security Safety Inspection System. Also, it presents a decided methodology after verified propriety and considered the pre-research or expropriation by being developed the way of Information Security Safety Result Measurement. Management territory weighted value was established and it was given according to the point of view and the strategy target and the and outcome index to consider overall to a measurement item. Accordingly, an outome to the Information Security Check Service is analyzed by this paper and measurement model and oucome analysis methodology are shown with this, and gives help to analyze an outcome. Also it make sure the the substantial information security check service will be accomplished, prevent a maintenance accident beforehand and improve an enterprise outcome independently by institutional system performance securement and enterprise.g corporate performance.

Small and medium sized firms(SMFs) would form the technology cooperation network with external firms and institutions of owning a variety of technology and knowledge, and according to resource based theory, forming cooperation network is another resource in uncertain business environment. Unlike the related studies, this study examined the effect of individual cooperation activity on innovation performance for SMFs located in Taegu region, and investigated the moderating effect of technology capability in the relationships between individual cooperation activity and innovation performance. In the empirical results, only cooperation research development positively affected innovation performance, and technology capability moderated the relationships between individual cooperation activity and innovation performance. The empirical findings imply that SMFs should do cooperation research development as an intangible asset to overcome the obstacle of development resulted from limited resources, and that SMFs should increase the impact of individual cooperation activity as promoting technology capability.

The purpose of this study was to comprehensively examine the effect of capstone design education on learning outcomes and propose directions for effective design and implementation of capstone design classes. For achieving this, a 21 studies meeting the standards among the academic journals and thesis published in Korea by September 2020 were selected, and based on 83 effect sizes, the meta analyses were carried out. The results of this study were as follows: First, the total effect size of capstone design education was 0.96, which is a large effect size. Second, the effect size was large in order of affective, cognitive, and social areas. Third, the effect size of vocational basic ability showed a large effect size while creativity showed a medium-sized one. Fourth, the effect size showed highest for design subject, the grade in the third or fourth, there was help from industrial corporation, theory and practice. Based on these results, this study proposed instructional design implications in order to increase the learning effects of capstone design in Korea.

The objective of this paper is to find out the factors for the performance of the Hospital Customer Relationship Management (HCRM) system. Furthermore, the relationships between these factors have been analyzed. In order to analyze the performance of the HCRM system, factor analysis with several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) was conducted. And also multiple regression analysis and Chi-square test were executed. In this study, several hypotheses were derived to analyze the relationships between factors of performance of HCRM system. These hypotheses were tested by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). As the result of this study, we discovered the HCRM-Infrastructure has positive effects on the HCRM-Performance. And the HCRM-Performance has also positive influences on the hospital management performance. On the basis of the research result, we proposed some suggestions and guidelines for the successful implementation and improvement of HCRM system.

The purpose of this paper was to empirically verify the effect of nail list maturity on work performance and customer orientation, and analyzed 300 adult female nail beauty workers (nailists) working at nail salons across the country. As a result of investigating the research hypothesis, it was found that the maturity of the nail list had a significant effect on work performance, and the maturity of the nail list had a significant effect on customer orientation. Given the increasing number of novice nail artists, it is inferred that the maturity of a nail artist can directly manifest in procedural outcomes and revenue aspects. Consequently, strategies to enhance the maturity of nail artists are expected to profoundly influence customer orientation and job performance. There was a scarcity of prior research discussing maturity from the perspective of nail beauty or other beauty fields (skin, hair, etc.), which posed challenges in our discourse. We anticipate in-depmore th follow-up research in the future.

The purpose of this research can be said as follows. The close examination of competitive advantages of Korean enterprises who have been participating and dominating the management activities directly in India. And the Analysing of the correlation between the competitive advantages and the management performances of Korean firms there. That is, the factors which exercise their influence over the local management positively can be activated and developed reasonably and systematically while the others which exercise their influence over it negatively have to be eliminated, at least. The factors of competitive advantages on this paper are from ones which could generally be recognized on the basis of the preceding studies, and the management performances are divided by three sub-variables like sales, profits and management satisfaction. As empirically statistical method, Regression coefficient analysis as inferential statistics as well as Pearson's correlation as descriptive is implemented for this paper of testing some hypotheses.

The objective of this thesis is to analyze the impact of transactional and transformational leadership styles on job performance. This research employs questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis to examine the relationships among the three variables. The subjects of this thesis are bank employees, and the survey was conducted using a random sampling method via online questionnaires. Data was statistically analyzed using SPSS 28.0, which included frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings indicate that transformational leadership can significantly enhance job performance by encouraging innovation and boosting employee morale. Conversely, transactional leadership, with its excessive emphasis on rules and procedures and a strict reward and punishment system, may limit employees' innovative capabilities and reduce their satisfaction, thus negatively affecting job performance. This thesis contributes to understanding the impact of leadership styles on organizational effectiveness, advancing leadership theories, and providing theoretical support for organizational management decisions.

본 논문에서 Multiprotocol Label Switching 시스템을 위한 Label Distribution Protocol의 개발과 분석에 관해서 기술한다. 먼저 Gigabit Switched Router를 만들기 위해서, 상용화시 Carrier Class 제품에 적용하기 위한 LDP의 구현시 고려해야 될 사항에 대해 살피고, 상세 설계를 제안한다. IETF 표준에 의거한 LDP의 구현을 위한 상세 설계는 프로토콜 상태기계의 유도 트리와 프로세스 대수를 사용한 형식적 명세를 사용하여 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 제시된 유도트리와 프로세스 대수를 사용한 프로토콜 동작의 분석을 통해, 구현된 LDP의 상호 연동성과 완전성, 생존성, 도달성, 안전성을 검증한다. 또한 이를 사용하여 구현된 LDP가 기존 상용 제품들과의 연동성과 그 동작의 신뢰성을 확보할 것을 기대한다. 결과적으로 구현된 LDP의 프로토콜 동작들의 검증을 제공한다.

많은 연구기관에서 연구성과물로 연구보고서, 논문, 특허등의 산출물을 생산하고 있다. 이러한 데이터는 기관의 특성과 자체적으로 운영되고 있는 정보서비스의 성격에 따라 고유의 데이터 스키마와 형태를 가지고 있다. 또한 연구성과물(논문,연구보고서)을 체계적으로 관리하고, 데이터의 부가가치를 높이기 위해 서로의 데이터의 연계와 융합을 통해 새로운 정보서비스가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 네트워크간 에 있는 데이터를 연계하기 위해 데이터 상호 운용을 활용하고, 이를 위한 방안으로 MAS(Multi Agent System)기반의 연계프레임워크를 통해 연구보고서의 체계적인 수집 및 서비스를 위한 데이터의 융합을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
