We empirically examined the effect of sponsorship on firms' performance. Among many indices measuring a firm's performance, we focused on its revenue and revealed that the performance of players sponsored by the firm has a significant and positive impact on the firm's revenue. In light of transaction data on sports equipments from its importer, our paper makes the following primary contribution by empirically examining the short run effect of sports sponsorship. We believe our findings based on the field data provide strong implications for firms faced with similar decisions.

IT산업이 발달하고 고도화 됨에 따라 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 점차 높아지고 있다. 국내의 경우 정보통신부가 2001년 하반기부터 소프트웨어업체 사업자 평가제도를 도입/시행 중으로 이에 따라 소프트웨어 개발/관리 조직들은 소프트웨어 품질 평가 심사모형인 5티CE 및 CMM의 등급 인증획득과 등급 상향을 위해 큰 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 이중 SPICE 인증의 신뢰성이나 효과에 대한 충분한 검증 및 연구가 이루어 지고 있지 않아, 본 논문에서는 특히 SPICE 등급을 인증받은 조직이 비인증 조직과 비교하여 품질 및 성과에 차이를 보이는지 조사하였다. 자료수집의 한계에도 불구하고 본 논문을 통해 SPICE 인증 조직이 비인증 조직보다. 프로젝트 품질 성과 및 조직성과 측면에서 어떤 개선효과를 거두고 있는지 특히 피심사부서의 담당관련자들을 중심으로 조사, 분석하여 그 결과를 요약하였다.

In wireless networks, it is important to guarantee the energy efficiency and receiver fairness for satisfying service provider and customer at the same time. In this paper, we propose a resource allocation algorithm which improves energy efficiency as well as receiver fairness based on optimization techniques. In the proposed algorithm, subchannel and power are allocated to receivers iteratively in the consideration of channel state information, amount of dissipated power, and receiver rate, in order to improve energy efficiency and receiver fairness. Through simulation, we show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm in terms of energy efficiency and receiver fairness.

대학의 지역 공헌활동에 대한 역할 증대, 학령인구의 지속적 감소와 이에 따른 재정문제에 대비한 대학의 수익원 창출 노력 등, 대학을 중심으로 재정, 지역연계 역할, 정부 및 연구기관과의 활동 등 대학과 지역의 상호발전을 위한 현실적 과제가 증가됨에 따라 대학 스스로 내부자원을 활용한 발전계획을 기획하고 시행할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 중앙 또는 지방정부의 대학재정 지원 시, 이러한 활동의 표준을 정해보고 활동에 대한 측정 등을 할 수 있는 지표 설정이 필요하다. 기존 대학의 지역연계 활동과 성과지표 선정 등에 대한 다양한 보고서와 논문 등을 선행연구로 하고 대학 중심의 창업지원과제 등을 중심으로 대학을 중심으로 한 다양한 창업혁신활동 주체를 도출, 이들과의 협력관계에 대한 내용을 선별하고 이를 투입, 활동, 실적, 성과 등으로 구분하여 보았다. 활동 및 주체의 타당성 확보를 위해 학계, 창투사, 연구기관의 창업관련 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 측정변수에 대한 타당성 측정 및 AHP 분석을 통한 변수의 적합도를 분석하여 창업활동 주체 및 평가지표 등을 도출 하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 대학은 지역의 기업, 정부/공공기관, 연구기관, 투자기관 등과 협업 연계할 수 있는 주체간의 연관가능 활동과 해당 기관의 자원을 연계하여 지역발전에 기여할 수 있는 모델 및 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표 및 주요 내용을 도출 할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual operation status of the financial performance target management system which is currently operated and to provide improvement plan based on this analysis. For this purpose, I examined the performance management system and performance indicators of the Ministry of Justice, which is one of the criminal justice administration agencies. Although the overall appropriateness of the current performance management system is considered to be somewhat appropriate as a whole, there is a negative perception about the performance measurement method for measuring the achievement of the performance target, and the evaluation of the performance of the performance target is relatively low. In addition, there were many criticisms about the establishment and measurement of the Ministry of Justice's overall performance indicators, such as the tendency to select indicators that are easy to achieve and easy to measure. In order to remedy these problems, it was highly suggested that the importance of indicators should be more emphasized and expanded so as to set up high-performance indicators. Based on the results of this analysis, some suggestions for policy implications and some alternatives for improvement of financial performance target management system were suggested.

This study is to find out how to improve the efficiency of game development by analyzing the effects of the characteristics of game development organization on game development performance. The characteristics of the game development organization were set as independent variables, consisting of game project management characteristics, PM characteristics, game development team characteristics, and organizational culture. Game performance is divided into game project performance and game development final performance. As a result, the characteristics of the four game development organizations were found to be a significant factors in the game project performance and game development final performance. This study suggests that the environment that can focus on game development and appropriate management education for managers are needed to enhance the competence of members in game development team.

본 논문에서는 다양한 협동조합들 중 대표적인 협동조합이라고 할 수 있는 농업협동조합을 대상으로 협동조합의 특수성에 맞는 리더십을 모색하여보고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 협동조합을 대상으로 조직성과에 미치는 리더십 및 조직성과의 직접적 효과와 간접적 효과 행태를 분석하는 것이다. 리더십이 조직성과 즉 조직 몰입도와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향과 기업문화에 미치는 관계를 연구할 수 있는 모형 및 분석의 제언을 하고자 한다. 리더십과 조직성과의 측정은 농업협동조합으로 보고자 하였으며, 이를 통하여 리더십, 조직문화, 조직성과의 관계를 파악할 수 있을 것이다.

정부는 그 동안 공공부문의 문제점으로 지적되어 왔던 낮은 경영성과, 저 생산성, 고비용 구조, 낮은 시장 대응력, 조직 운영의 비효율성 등의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 공공부문을 포함하는 정부 혁신을 강력하게 추진하고 있다. 이러한 혁신의 핵심은 체계적인 성과관리에 있다. 지방공기업 역시 경영효율성을 높이고 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 자율 경영 체제하에서 경영성과를 정확히 측정하고 그에 따른 보상체계를 마련하는 것이 필수적이다. 논문에서는 이러한 BSC(Balance score card) 기반에서 다원화된 평가주체에 부합하는 지방공기업의 성과 지표에 대한 틀을 설계하고 이를 이용하여 실례로 광주광역시환경시설공단에 적용한 사례를 보이고자 한다.

This study is to empirically analyze the effects on job performance of Accounting Information Systems, Analysis methods were used to Cronbach's Alpha analysis, Factor analysis, analysis of variance(ANOVA) and regression in odor by the contingency grouping method. The results of this study are as follows : First, The regression analysis had effects on AIS utility and job performance. Second, The Analysis of variance(ANOVA) had non-effects on systems operating degree and systems satisfaction. Third, The input variables of information accuracy and systems satisfaction had additional effect about IT capability.

Performance based logistics(PBL) is recently studied and applied for enhancing the combat readiness and reducing the life-cycle cost for weapon system in the United States. Therefore, in this paper, we review the issues of logistic support and suggest alternatives to effectively manage the logistic support for weapon system by using performance based logistics, especially during operation and support phase of weapon systems.
