가공조건은 가공비용과 시간을 줄이고 제품의 품질을 결정하는데 영향을 주는 주요 요인중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 밀링 공정을 위한 작업설계(Operation Planning) 시스템에서, 가공조건을 지속적으로 향상시키기 위한 새로운 방법론을 제안한다. 제안된 방법론은 밀링 작업에 대하여 (1) 퍼지 아트맵 신경회로망 모델에 의해 가공조건을 실시한 학습하고 (2) 교체 알고리즘이라 불리는 새로운 알고리즘을 포함한다. 제안된 교체 알고리즘은 기존의 학습 정보보다 효율적인 새로운 가공조건이 얻어졌을 때 이를 이용하여 기존의 학습 정보보다 효율적인 새로운 가공조건이 얻어졌을 때, 이를 이용하여 기존의 학습 정보를 대체하는 기능을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 우선 작업설계 시스템의 전반적인 기능을 간략히 소개한 후 제안된 방법론에 의한 의사결정 과정을 자세히 기술한다. 또한, 다양한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 방법론의 의한 의사결정 과정을 자세히 기술한다. 또한, 다양한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 방법론의 성능을 예시하도록 한다.

본 논문은 기존의 방송교육이 지니고 있는 정지성, 획일성, 일방통신성, 순간성 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 하나의 방안으로 디지털도서관기술을 기반으로 한 방송교육정보 인프라 구축 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 방송사가 디지털도서관을 설립하여 자사의 방송교육정보 인프라를 구축하고 이를 통합할 수 있는 $\ulcorner$통합 가상방송교육센타$\lrcorner$를 인터넷상에 설립하여 통합 탐색이 가능한 인터페이스를 제공한다면 방송교육의 목적을 배가할 수 있다. 디지털도서관기술을 기반으로 한 방송 교육정보 인프라 구축 방안을 방송교육프로그램의 정보적 속성을 분석한 DB 프로그램의 설계, 멀티미디어기술을 기반으로 하여 서지정보와 본문정보가 상호 연동된 DB의 구축과 인터넷 웹서비스 기술에 의하여 서비스가 가능하도록 설계하는 것이다.

There exists a many-to-many mapping relationship between persons and their names. A person may have multiple names, and different persons may share the same name. These synonymous and homonymous names may severely deteriorate the recall and precision of the person search, respectively. This study addresses the characteristics of features for resolving homonymous author names appearing in citation data. As disambiguation features, previous works have employed citation-internal features such as co-authorship, titles of articles, titles of publications as well as citation-external features such as emails, affiliations, Web evidences. To the best of our knowledge, however, there has been no literature to deal with the influences of features on author disambiguation. This study analyzes the effect of individual features on author resolution using a large-scale test set for Korean.

본 논문은 변형성과 재 사용성이 우수한 컴포넌트 기반의 어플리케이션 서버 플랫폼을 구현하는데 필수적인 기술인, 워크플로우 관리 기술의 Built-Time 부분의 설계 및 구현을 다룬다. 워크 플로우 관리 시스템의 기능은 크게 Build-Time 부분과 Run-Time 부분으로 나누어서지는데, Build-Time 부분은 워크플로우프로세스를 사용하기 전에 정의하는 관점에서 기능을 수행하고 Run-Time 부분은 설정된 워크플로우 프로세스 정의에 따라 프로세스를 실제로 동작시키는 관점에서 기능을 수행한다. Run-Time 부분은 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 핵심 부분인 워크플로우 엔진 모듈을 포함하고 있다. 본 논문은 Build-Time 부분을 다룬다. 본 논문에서는 우리가 구현한 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 다양한 형태의 프로세스를 지원하는 프로세스 정의 모델과 그에 대한 XML 구조의 설계 및 프로세스 정의에 대한 객체를 설계하고 구현하였다.

미디어 공유 활성화에 따라 개인정보 노출의 위험성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 YOLOv5를 통해 학습한 모델을 바탕으로 이미지에서 개인정보가 담긴 물체를 탐지하는 연구를 진행하였다. 모델로 탐지된 객체에는 광학 인식 기술(OCR)을 적용하여 객체 내의 텍스트 속 개인정보 영역을 마스킹한다. 설계된 알고리즘은 여러 분야에 활용되어 개인정보에 대한 서비스 강화를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study which is based on the Master's and Doctor's theses printed from the Korean liberation day to 2003. It has been carried out to research the trends of tea culture in Korea, by analyzing the current printing situations on the kinds of degrees, the chronicles of theses and tea culture. It has found out that the total number of the theses was 276, which of them were for a master's degree, up to $232(84\%)$. As for the printing time, it increased in the mids of 1990s and soared up sharply in 2003. For the fields, the theses on the efficacy of tea printed 178, which reached $64.4\%$, 148 of them were on the medical and pharmacological view and reached $83\%$. For the cultural view, the theses on reached only $6.9\%$. Recently, the theses on the marketing or the education of Da-do haven been increasing sharply.

This study is to examine into the research pattern of the domestic library and information science scholars through the bibliometric analysis. It analyzed treatise in SSCI, the model citation index database about the most authoritative social-scientific journals, with various viewpoints, such as authors, subjects, journals, native universities, post universities, years, core of the majoring subjects, major authors and journals. In addition, it analyzed citation factors of another treatise which appeared in SSCI. We foresee it will be useful to indicate the way of study following internationalization.

This study constructed an ontology targeting journal articles and evaluated its performance. Also, the performance of a triple structure ontology was compared with the knowledge base of an inverted index file designed for a simple keyword search engine. The coverage was three years of articles published in the Journal of the Korean Society for Information Management from 2007 to 2009. Protege was used to construct an ontology, whilst utilizing an inverted index file to compare performance. The concept ontology was manually established, and the bibliography ontology was automatically constructed to produce an OWL concept ontology and an OWL bibliography ontology, respectively. This study compared the performance of the knowledge base of the ontology, using the Jena search engine with the performance of an inverted index file using the Lucene search engine. As a result, The Lucene showed higher precision rate, but Jena showed higher recall rate.

This study collected data on COVID-19 research papers published in international journals by Korean authors from WoS. Bibliographical analysis was performed on subject categories, institutions, funder distribution and so on. In addition, open access and journal review speed were also analyzed, which play an important role in facilitating academic publishing and distribution. The results showed that COVID-19-related papers published in international journals by Korean authors in 2020 included more papers on some specific fields, such as medicine, biology, and multidisciplinary. These researchers have published lots of papers not only in foreign journals but also in domestic English journals. 94% of papers were open access, and gold open access, which is available immediately after publication, was about 70% of the total. The COVID-19 orthopedic papers produced by Korean researchers were collected from PubMed and analyzed, and the average of review days was about 24 days. The analysis, including open access and review speed, showed that there has been an atmosphere of cooperation in the academic publishing ecosystem after the COVID-19 crisis. It would be desirable to continue this cooperation and address chronic problems in academic publishing system, such as promoting the publication of gold open access and reviewing efficiency.
