Migration Behaviors of Antiozonants in Triblend Vulcanizates of NR, SBR, and BR (NR, SBR, BR의 세가지 고무로 이루어진 가류물에서 노화방지제의 이동 거동)

  • Influence of rubber composition on migration of antiozonants to the surface in ternary rubber-based vulcanizates composed of natural rubber (NR) styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), and butadiene rubber (BR) was studied. Of the three rubbers, contents of two rudders were same and only the other one content was different (variable rubber) IPPD and HPPD were employed as antiozonants. Migration experiments were performed at $60^{\circ}C$ for 21 days and outdoors for 4 months. Migration rates of the antiozonants increase by increasing the content ratio of the variable rubber in the vulcanizares from NR/SBR/BR=1/1/0.2 to 1/1/1 and then decrease with an increase of the content ratio of the variable rudder from 1/1/1 to 1/1/5. Migration behaviors of the antiozonants in the ternary rudder-based vulcanizates depending on the rubber composition were explained by the intermolecular interactions between rubber and antiozonant, by the solubility difference of the antiozonants for the rubbers, and by the interface formed between dissimilar rubbers in the triblends.

  • 기초화장품의 연구 방향은 환경 요인과 심리적 요인의 다양화에 따라 단순 기능에서 고기능을 추구하며 기능의 세분화 방향으로 변화되고 있다. 피부 노화 현상에 대한 관심이 점점 높아짐에 따라 최근 유전자 레벨에서의 연구, 피부대사에 대한 연구 등의 활발하며 특히 피부 미백에 대한 관점은 서양에서 조차 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근의 노화 방지제 개발을 중심으로 한 피부 노화 화장품, 분자 모델적 측면에서 본 피부 미백제 개발등과 최근 연구되는 계면활성제 Free 등의 화장품 제재를 중심으로 기초 화장품 영역의 향후 연구 발전 방향을 논의하고자 한다.

  • Aging is divided into intrinsic aging and photo-aging. Intrinsic aging is naturally occurred as the time passed and photo-aging is induced by the UV radiation of skin. The main reason of aging is the free radicals and the degeneration of the cellular materials by free radicals. In this paper, we checked the anti-aging effects of Mallotus japonicus bark extracts. It has the ability to scavenge free radicals and the SOD like activity. Also, it reduced the cell damage by hydrogen peroxide treatment. Mallotus japonicus bark extracts showed the excellent activity on inhibiting the UV induced cell damage and DNA damage. In conclusion, Mallotus japonicus bark extracts can be used as active ingredients for anti-aging cosmetics.

  • BBU attached to the 155mm is the weapon system for the extension of range through the reduction of base drag. This research focus on the development of inhibitor formulation changing cure agent from DDI to IPDI. Development process is as follows. First, the formulation test about basic property Second, the study on the application of process. Third, the tests for the quality and aging properties. The test results are satisfied with the all of the requirments. In results, this research is contributed to the stable manufacturing in the instability of supplying of cure agent.

  • 모유에 들어 있는 항산화제는 아이에게 세포 손상과 노화를 방지해 주는데 냉장보관시 파괴된다는 보도가 있어 직장에 다니는 어머니들을 놀라게 한 적이 있다. 분유보다 항산화제가 높은 모유를 올바른 보관 방법으로 먹이는 것이 중요하다.

  • Ozone caused the crack on the surface of a rubber article by oxidation of double bond at room temperature. Wax migrates to the surface of a rubber article and makes a physical barrier to prevent process of ozonation. We investigated change of molecular weight distribution of waxes in unfilled NR, SBR, and BR vulcanizates before and after aging at room temperature for 6 months. Migration and evaporation behaviors of wax in a rubber article at ambient conditions help understand a role of wax as an antidegradant and appearance contamination of a rubber article. The relative intensity distribution of n-alkanes of the NR specimen after the aging was shifted to higher molecular weight compared with the relative intensity distribution before the aging, while those of the SBR specimen before and after the aging did not show a big difference.
