드루파2008을 통해 본 인쇄산업시장 전망

  • 대한인쇄정보기술협회와 월간 인쇄계가 주최한 제4회 국제인쇄기술컨퍼런스가 지난 7월 11일 서울 소피텔앰배서더호텔에서 인쇄 및 관련업계 관계자 300여명이 참석한 가운데 열렸다. 이날 컨퍼런스는 오성상 신구대학 교수의 진행으로 이어졌다. '드루파 2008을 통해 본 인쇄산업시장의 전망'을 주제로 열린 이번 컨퍼런스에서 김진배 대한 인쇄기술협회 회장은 인사말을 통해 "4회째를 맞은 국제인쇄기술컨퍼런스는 인쇄 각 분야 전문가들의 경험과 노하우를 공유하고 전 세계 인쇄산업의 최신 기술과 정보를 교류하는 기회의 장으로 인쇄기술의 발전에 기여해 왔다"며, "지금 인쇄산업은 미디어와의 융합을 통해 새로운 가치를 창조해내고 있어 이제 더 이상 인쇄가 고전적인 가치에만 머물러 있지 않다는 것을 의미 한다"고 말했다. 김 회장은 이어 "인쇄산업은 기존의 수준에만 머물러 있어서는 안 되며 전 세계적인 변화의 추세에 발맞춰 철저한 준비와 노력이 필요할 뿐 아니라 새로운 비전을 찾을 수 있도록 인쇄산업인 모두의 지혜를 모으는 데 힘을 쏟아야 할 것"이라고 말했다. 이어진 인사말에서 안정웅 월간인쇄계 발행인은 "이번 제4회 국제인쇄기술컨퍼런스는 각 인쇄분야에 있어 더욱 깊은 기술동향 정보를 제공할 것이며 드루파 이후 향후 4년 동안 인쇄산업을 이끌어 나갈 제품과 그 기술들을 만나보고 향방을 점쳐보는 기회가 될 것"이라고 말했다. 홍우동 대한인쇄문화협회 회장은 축사를 통해 "대내외적인 어려움에 직면해 있는 인쇄업계가 어려움을 극복하기 위해 인쇄인은 물론 기자재 공급업체와 언론계, 인쇄단체가 하나 된 마음으로 난관 극복을 위한 지혜를 발휘해야 할 때"라며 "올해부터 발효되고 있는 인쇄문화산업진흥법에 근거해 인쇄문화산업진흥위원회가 활동하는 한편으로 대한인쇄문화협회를 중심으로 정부와 국회가 머리를 맞대고 인쇄업계 발전을 위한 대책을 마련하고 있으며 특히 인쇄종주국으로써 세계적으로 빛나는 우리나라의 인쇄문화 유산과 세계인쇄 사료를 한 그릇에 담을 수 있는 가칭 '세계인쇄문화박물관'건립을 추진하고 있다"고 말했다.

  • Big Data is now seen as a major asset in the company's competitiveness, its influence in the future is expected to grow. Companies that recognize the importance are already actively engaged with Big Data in product development and marketing, which are increasingly applied across sectors of society, including politics, sports. However, lack of knowledge of the system implementation and high costs are still a big obstacles to the introduction of Big Data and systems. It is an objective in this study to build a Big Data system, which is based on open source Hadoop and Hive among Big Data systems, utilizing POS sales data of small and medium-sized offline markets. This approach of convergence is expected to improve existing sales systems that have been simply focusing on profit and loss analysis. It will also be able to use it as the basis for the decisions of the executive to enable prediction of the consumption patterns of customer preference and demand in advance.

  • The total amount of overseas plant orders obtained by Korean construction companies in 2015 decreased by approximately 51% from the previous year. While a chemical plant sector has the highest portion of the plant orders by accounting for 63% of the plant industry, its orders also decreased by approximately 43% in the same year. Recently, plant construction companies in overseas projects have been dominating the engineering sector owing to their advanced technology, experience, and accumulated knowledge. Therefore, measures must be taken to secure the competitiveness of domestic companies in the global plant industry. Especially, productivity management is an important issue to strengthen the national competitiveness with the development of construction technology. As the productivity influences long term growth, we analyze productivity obstacle factors by using the revised IPA, a technique to measure attribute importance and performance. With the identified factors, we suggest improvement plans and measures to enhance productivity of overseas chemical plant projects. This study will help the companies to come up with medium and long term measures by discussing results and implications it provides.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity in early stage entrepreneurial ventures in which knowledge could be competitive asset. This study also analyze the moderating effect of social media use on the relationship of tacit knowledge and creativity. From total of 129 survey analysis, this study finds the positive relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity. The result also shows that social media has a moderating effect on the relationship between tacit knowledge and creativity with a negative path coefficient. That is, social media can reduce the positive effect of tacit knowledge on creativity. This research implies importance of tacit knowledge in early stage entrepreneurial ventures and suggests social media usage to improve creativity.

  • With the development of IT, hacking crimes are becoming intelligent and refined. In Emergency response, Big data analysis in information security is to derive problems such as abnormal behavior through collecting, storing, analyzing and visualizing whole log including normal log generated from various information protection system. By using the full log data, including data we have been overlooked, we seek to detect and respond to the abnormal signs of the cyber attack from the early stage of the cyber attack. We used open-source ELK Stack technology to analyze big data like unstructured data that occur in information protection system, terminal and server. By using this technology, we can make it possible to build an information security control system that is optimized for the business environment with its own staff and technology. It is not necessary to rely on high-cost data analysis solution, and it is possible to accumulate technologies to defend from cyber attacks by implementing protection control system directly with its own manpower.

  • As financial deregulation policies implemented by the government, electronic financial service is improved but security concerns are increasing and ultimately weaken trust in the financial service. Electronic financial service becomes more and more dependant on the IT platform and the initiatives of access device is also gradually shift to that platform. As biometric sensor is mounted on the smartphone, structural change in the access device is coming. It must be a positive signs in terms of fintech development, in the other side, it can cause many problems such as weakness of regulation and ambiguity of principals of responsibility. So in this paper, by analysing this problem-the shift of service initiative-on the access device I'll propose the best way to the the legal amendments.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze measures to promote a private finance initiative aimed at public facility regeneration in the midst of sharp increase in local financial burden due to the low birthrate and rapidly aging population. In particular, the study looked at the case of promoting a private finance initiative through a local platform aimed at public facility regeneration in Narashino, Japan. The study is based on the relevant systems and policies, and government documents and statistical data on the Narashino case. The results show that the local platform helps the local government and participants share business expertise and experiences, leading to improvements in their expertise and business capability. The local platform allows them to identify and discuss potential business ideas in advance, which in turn encourages private investment business.

  • Lee Ritenour and Larry Carlton were the most popular contemporary guitarists. So we can find they have something in common in many ways. Also their abundant experiences and know-how made their own music into Fusion Jazz. They always tried to make new approach specializing Fusion Jazz genre, which makes us realize that they are the front runners of Contemporary Jazz mixing music with the situation of the time. This paper analyzes harmonic parts and arranged parts these two guitarists show and studies the musical meaning and characteristics their representative albums have. Also this paper focuses on some developments and growth by examining the relationship between these two guitarists.

Taeyoung Submerged-type Membrane Filtration for Advanced Drinking Water Treatment (태영 침지식 막여과 고도정수처리)

  • In order to plan out the Daegu G membrane filtration water treatment plant, water quantity, water quality and process stability were evaluated using the field pilot-scale tests, during the six months of continuous operation, including low water temperature period. The field model experiments, which were carried out according to the Installation Criteria of Ministry of Environment, consisted of two series : series 1 - water quality verification, and series 2 - membrane process evaluation. The process water quality met all drinking water standards with less than 0.03 NTU. Moreover, process operation showed a stable membrane pressure with 99% of recovery ratio. This shows that the tests were properly designed in terms of the influence of water loading and temperature. In conclusion, the purpose of this study is to establish core technology for advanced drinking water treatment, through on-going accumulation of engineering and construction know-how.

A qualitative study on the experiences of community child center workers to deal with the mental health of children and adolescents (지역아동센터 종사자의 아동청소년정신건강 문제 대처경험에 관한 질적 연구)

  • This study aimed to explore the experiences of community child center workers about how they have dealt with the mental health of children and adolescents who use such centers. For this study, we used a sample of ten community child center workers, who were divided into two groups and who participated in four focus group interviews. The results revealed four themes and twelve sub-themes: "the reality of facing children's mental health issues," "dealing with children's mental health issues and limitations," "know-hows accumulated from experiences and visible changes," and "remaining tasks--the workers who cannot give all." Based on the results the implications of promoting the mental health of children at community child centers were discussed.
