본 연구는 노인의 영양개선을 위한 보다 실제적인 대안을 마련하기 위하여 만성질환예방에 효과가 크다고 알려진 Phytochemical과 $\omega$3 지방산이 풍부한 식품섭취량을 증진시키면서 균형 잡힌 영양소 섭취가 가능하도록 노인식을 개발하고자 하였다. 노인식을 개발하기 위한 기초조사로 노인의 미각 변화와 음식에 대한 선호도를 조사하였다. 노인(n = 249 71.3 yr)의 인식역치(recognition threshold)는 성인(n = 30, 28.0 yr)에 비해 단맛은 2.2배, 짠맛은 2.3배, 쓴맛은 1.4배 정도 증가하였으며, 신맛은 0.7배 정도 감소하여 단맛과 짠맛에 대한 예민도는 감소하고 신맛에 대한 예민도는 증가함을 알 수 있었다.(중략)

본 연구에서는 노인의 생계급여와 기초연금 수급, 건강상태, 지역사회만족, 우울 간의 구조적 관계분석을 통해 노인의 우울 감소 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석자료는 2017년 노인실태조사 패널데이터 중 노인 본인이 직접 응답한 2,493명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 생계급여와 기초연금 수급은 노인의 건강상태에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 지역사회만족에는 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 우울에는 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 노인의 건강상태는 지역사회만족에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 우울에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 노인의 지역사회만족은 우울에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 노인의 생계급여와 기초연금 수급과 우울사이에서 건강상태, 지역사회만족의 다중매개효과는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 한국복지패널 제11차 데이터를 활용하여 노인의 삶의 만족도와 이전소득(공적이전, 사적이전 소득)의 관계를 규명하고자 시도되었다. 분석결과, 일반가구 노인의 경우 공적이전 소득이 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 저소득가구 노인의 경우 사적이전 소득이 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 일반가구 노인의 경우 공적이전 소득이 1,019.2만원(월평균 84.9만원)으로 공적이전 소득이 소득안정화 효과로 나타나 삶의 만족도를 높이는 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 저소득가구 노인의 경우 일반가구 노인의 공적이전 소득의 절반 수준인 508.5만원(월평균 42.4만원)으로 나타났다. 이는 저소득가구 노인의 경우 비록 "마음이 편하지 않는" 소득원천인 사적이전 소득이 불안정한 소득안정화 부족분을 채워주어 삶의 만족도를 높이는 것으로 추정할 수 있다.

The korean elderly population over the age from 60's is increasing. Especially, elderly over the 60's furniture which resides at the apartment is increasing. Consequently, We are predicted by elderly furniture which resides at the apartment increasing. A life leisure of elderly is occupying big importance. We come to be high and are interested also to treat in the elderly leisure problem. The leisure equipment for elderly is important residing area. The purpose of this study is to analyze the uses of the elderly houses in Korean and to provide for some basic useful data to designing of the elderly houses. 2 elderly houses located in the apartment complexes in Seoul were sampled, and interview with questionnaire was conducted for 14 elderly people. The questionnaire, consisted ; conditions of the elderly houses, users' satisfaction and users' characteristics.

This study was performed to test the influence of older people's satisfaction factors (safety and convenience) of housing environment on their quality of life and the mediating effect of self-esteem and depression. In this study, from 386 older people over the age of 60 in senior welfare center and senior club of Cheongju region, the data were collected by questionnaire during October, 2012. The findings of this study are as follows: First, safety had not any significant influence on older people's quality of life, while convenience had a significant positive influence on their quality of life. Second, safety had not any significant influence on older people's self-esteem and depression, while convenience had a significant positive influence on older people's self-esteem and it had a significant negative influence on their depression Third, older people's self-esteem had a significant positive influence on their quality of life, while older people's depression had a significant negative influence on their quality of life. Fourth, between safety and older people's quality of life, the indirect effects of older people's self-esteem and depression as mediating variables were not found. However, between convenience and older people's quality of life, the indirect effects of older people's self-esteem and depression as mediating variables were found. This study shows that various measures for convenience of housing environment need to be prepared to increase older people's quality of life and self-esteem and to lessen their depression.

본 연구의 노인의 주거이동행동이 가족생활 주기의 다른 단계의 가구들과는 다른 행태를 나타내고 있으며 이에 대한 연구는 노인들의 생활을 이해하는데 중요한 연구주제가 될 수 있음을 소개하고자 시도되었다. 이를 위하여 노인들의 주거이동 유형과 주거이동을 결 정하고 목적지를 선택하는 의사결정의 과정에 관하여 살펴보고 노인이 이동후 받게 되는 부정적인 영향들과 이러한 부정적인 결과들을 최소화 시킬수 있는 중재변인들을 제시하였다. 이러한 이론적 관점들을 토대로 하여 앞으로 우리나라에서 이루어져야 할 노인의 주거이동 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

최근 우리나라는 고령화시대로 접어들면서 노인들의 사회적 적응 향상을 위한 노력이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 노인들의 수단적 일상생활활동, 특히 금융활동을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 노인에게 적합한 ATM 인터페이스를 새롭게 디자인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 은행에서 제공되는 실제 ATM 화면과 동일한 디자인 구성과 기능을 하는 태블릿 PC 기반 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 이를 통해 노인들을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 노인에게 적합한 ATM UI를 제시하고자 한다.

The study aims to analyse Korean Long-Term Care Insurance system in terms of caring justice on the premise that elder care should be included in discussions and policies of care. Caring justice means an ideal of equal sharing duties and rights of care by all citizens. Four dimensions of caring justice(decommodification, defamilialization, degenderization and elderly participation and power) were established for the analysis. The results of the analysis were presented that Korean Long-Term Care Insurance system was maintained by commodificated and gendered care services attempting defamilialization with the exclusion of elderly beneficiaries, which represented typical caring injustice. Policy suggestions were made to realize caring justice: improving the status of caring labour by achieving proper service price and public employment, reorganization of life cycle based caring system integrating children, disabled adults and elders, and developing user-centered long-term care system to guarantee participation and choice of people in caring relationships.

21세기 초고령화시대로 접어들면서 노인의 건강과 삶의 질에 대한 욕구와 필요가 증대하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 노인복지관과 노인문화복지관은 급변하는 노인들의 욕구를 채워 주는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 새로운 니즈를 충족하는 새로운 개념의 노인놀이터가 필요하다. 노인놀이터는 실내형 노인놀이터와 실외형 노인놀이터가 있으며, 노인전용놀이터와 다세대놀이터 등으로 유형을 구분할 수 있다. 노인놀이터는 처음 중국에서 개발해 설치되었으며, 미국, 일본, 캐나다, 유럽 등 선진국 중심으로 확장되고 있다. 현 시점에서 한국형 노인놀이터의 개발을 위한 개념과 유형 등을 분석해 본다.
