The changes to Ubiquitous Network Environment leads existing learning environment to Smart Learning Environment. Expecially, Smart Learning Environment is in changing paradigm existing teacher centered environment and learner centered environment, recently the demand of Smart Learning Environment for learners are growing up. This study analyzed Learning Environments for Smart Learning Environment focused on the learners through analyzing Ubiquitous Network Environment that is concentrated on the physical aspects and the non-physical aspects. Also, we suggested learning several ways that can be effectively applied based on the environmental characteristics of Smart Learning.

현재의 네트워크 환경은 급격히 변화하고 있다. 스마트폰의 급속한 보급과 데이터의 대용량화로 인해서 네트워크 트래픽이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 그리고, 소셜 네트워크 서비스, 클라우드 서비스 등 새로운 서비스가 등장하면서, 새로운 서비스에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 네트워크에 대한 요구도 늘어나고 있다. 네트워크 환경의 이러한 변화에 대처할 수 있는 새로운 네트워크로 스마트 인터넷이 등장하였다. 스마트 인터넷은 네트워크 트래픽 등의 변화에 따라서 신속하게 자원을 할당, 재배치하고, 새로운 서비스가 등장했을 때 이를 잘 처리해 줄 수 있는 것이 특징이다. 본 고에서는 스마트 인터넷을 위한 요소 기술로써, 가상 스위칭, 오버레이 네트워크, 네트워크 기능 가상화, API 기반 네트워크에 관하여 연구 동향을 중심으로 알아본다.

Recently, the weight of high-quality multimedia contents is explosively growing out of the network total traffic. This steep increase of media contents to require huge traffic does not contribute to the generation of revenue streams and it leads to the situation of dumb pipe to trouble network providers into the big burden of investment on the network expansion. Accordingly, the transfer to the smart network to enable the effective delivery of large-scale media is imminently challenging issue to the network providers to seek the profitable business. The smart network revolves around the technologies to enhance end-to-end quality and fair usage with network resources and to optimize the traffic for the contents delivery over the concept of Content-Centric Network. In this paper, we propose an architecture and fundamental functions suitable for the smart network and suggest improved test results through the construction of an experimental network.

본 연구는 자동차부품산업의 구조조정과정에서 나타나는 산업재편과정과 노동조합의 대응을 조직환경론의 세 가지 관점으로 분석해보려고 하는 탐색적 연구이다. 조직환경론은 환경변화에 대응하는 조직의 논리와 전략을 다루는 분야이다. 따라서 조직환경론의 분야는 조직과 환경의 관계를 어떻게 보아야 할 것인가, 그리고 조직이 어떻게 환경변화에 대처하느냐, 나아가 환경의 변화를 유도하기 위하여 어떤 자원과 전략을 활용해야 하는가에 대한 유용한 시사점을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경과의 의존을 회피하는 것이 좋다는 자원의존관점, 오히려 환경에 대한 의존을 높여 성공할 수 있다는 협력 네트워크관점, 조직변화는 불가능하고 적소를 찾아가야 한다는 조직군생태학 관점을 적용하여 기업의 전략을 분석해보고자 하였다. 이에 따라 원청업체 의존을 회피하려는 기업, 협력네트워크관계에 적극적으로 가입하는 기업, 한국이라는 조직군을 떠나 해외로 이전하는 기업을 대상으로 설문을 분석하고 그 영향요인을 살펴보고자하였다. 분석결과 자원의존을 회피하려는 기업은 가격의 변동과 단가인하가 큰 경우 회피하려는 성향을 보였으며, 반대로 협력네트워크에 들어가려고 하는 기업은 매출의존도가 높아 납품안정성을 기하려는 목적이었으며 해외로 이전하는 기업은 장기간의 경험과 규모가 커지며 새로운 장소로 이전하는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 자동차부품기업은 단가나 가격의 변화가 심하면 의존을 줄이려고 하며, 안정적 납품을 원할 때 의존을 늘리며 이러한 상태가 장기화되면 새로운 적소를 찾아 떠나는 경향이 있는 것으로 이해된다. 또한 노동조합의 대응차원에서 자원의존관점에 의하여 내부적 전략방향의 설정과 공동연대의 필요성을, 협력네트워크관점에 의하여 산별노조 및 연대의 필요성을, 조직군생태학 관점에 의하여 노동자 통제권의 확보문제를 이론적 차원에서 정리하고자 하였으며 실증은 추후의 연구과제로 제시하였다.

네트워크 기술과 응용 서비스 및 단말 장비의 발전으로 인터넷 사용 환경이 다양한 모습으로 진화하고, 이로 인하여 다시 네트워크 혁신이 요구되는 순환이 이루어지고 있다. 네트워크 혁신 기술의 주요 흐름의 하나인 소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹(SDN)은 네트워크 인프라 기술을 개방하여 새로운 응용 서비스를 유연하게 지원할 수 있도록 하며, 산업계에서의 역할별 역학관계를 새롭게 형성하고 있다. 본 고는 SDN을 중심으로 네트워크 혁신을 위한 사업자 관점의 요구 사항, 기술 표준화와 개발 동향 및 향후 발전 방향을 고찰한다.

The future warfare will universalize the operation of a combined weapon system that utilizes this technology and create an operational environment that is centered on a network requiring a high level of interoperability between combat elements as well as a high level of operation speed. In this kind of operational environment, future combat will take on the aspects of network centric warfare, which is capable of realizing a real-time sensor to shooter cycle by horizontally connecting operation elements. Therefore, the study attempts to draw out a Korean measurement plan concerning battlefield environment changes in the future by investigating and analyzing all problems occurring during the mass acquisition and processing of battlefield information in battlefield situations of network centric warfare currently conducted by the US military in Afghanistan and Iraq.

In the future combat fields, US department of defense (DoD) pursuits the enhancement of the synergy effects of the force through the networking. In specially, the US army force has been emphasized the information superiority for the knowledge superiority and decision superiority of the collaboration force in the Joint Vision 2020, when the operations is performed in the battle fields. In this case study, we are reviewed about the concept of network centric operation and operation case in the centering around the US and analyzed the quantitative distance and effect, performance of communication relay about the distance of mission operation.

국내의 홈네트워크 서비스는 홈오토메이션 제공 중심에서 엔터테인먼트 요소가 강화된 멀티미디어 기반의 네트워크 서비스로 변모하고 있다. 홈네트워크를 구성하는 요소 중 PC와 TV는 댁내에 멀티미디어 기반의 네트워크 서비스를 구축하는데 있어 가장 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 예상된다. 그에 따라 PC와 TV 간 네트워크를 구축하는 것이 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나 PC와 TV 간 네트워크 구축을 위해서는 댁내 노출 배선 등의 문제로 인하여 무선 기술을 사용하는 것이 유용하지만, 현재 기존 무선 전송 기술(IEEE 802.11 a/b/g, Bluetooth 등)들은 HD 등의 대용량 컨텐츠 전송 및 QoS 를 제공하기가 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PC와 TV 간 무선으로 네트워크 구축시 고려사항 및 무선전송기술개발 요소를 살펴본다. 특히 무선전송기술로는 고속 데이터 전송이 가능한 UWB(Ultra Widebnad)와 IEEE 802.11n 기술을 중심으로 고려한다. 또한 UWB와 IEEE 802.11n을 이용하여 네트워크가 구축되었을 때 제공 가능한 서비스 시나리오에 대해서도 소개한다.

지능형 홈 네트워크 서비스의 일반적 보급화로 사용자의 필요와 욕구에 밀착한 개인화 서비스를 위한 사용자의 프로파일 및 다양한 상태 정보, 센서 및 기타 환경정보를 통한 동적 상황인지가 가능토록 하는 상황인지(context-aware) 서비스에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 사용자 행위 학습에 따른 지능적 자동 제어 시스템 구축에서 먼저 고려해야 할 사항은 사용자 행위 학습에 따른 지능적 자동 제어에 대한 기준을 마련하는 것이다. 홈 네트워크 내의 정보가전기기들 환경에 대한 정보를 지속적으로 수집하고 학습 알고리즘을 통하여 분석하며, 분석되어진 정보를 바탕으로 사용자의 성향을 파악하는 것을 주요인으로 간주해야 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 사용자 능동적 행위에 따른 지능형 홈 제어 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 지속적인 모니터링을 통하여 사용자의 성향이 파악되면 상황에 따른 최적의 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 홈 네트워크 제어 시스템을 구축하는 것으로 목적으로 하였다. 사용자의 행동 패턴을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 지능적인 서비스를 제공함으로써 사용자 중심의 능동적 서비스 효과들을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
