IOT middleware is required to play a pivotal role in interpreting, managing, and controlling data information of Internet devices (sensors, etc.). In particular, the root industry has different process flows for different industries, and there are various data processing requirements for each company. Therefore, a general purpose IOT middleware is needed to accommodate this. The IOT middleware structure proposed by this paper is a plug-in that can be used as an engine part for middleware basic processes such as communication, data collection, processing and service linkage, We propose a flexible and effective smart process for root industry. In addition, we propose a method to strengthen prevention and security against tampering, deodorization, etc. through encryption of network data between middleware plug - in and related service layer. We propose a system that will be developed as an IOT middleware platform that is specialized in the root industry so that it can be extended in various network protocols such as MQTT, COAP, XAMP.

Today's individual firms no longer compete as solely autonomous entities, but rather as supply chain. As such the competitive position of a port is not only determined by its internal strengths but also it is also affected by its links in a global supply chin. In other words, port competitiveness is becoming increasingly dependent on external coordination and control of the whole supply chain. The main purpose of this paper is to examine how a port embeds itself into supply chain in order to strengthen its competitive position by focusing on Dubai port case. This paper found that Dubai port used three phases-insertion, integration and dominance-as a strategies for how it can embedded into global supply chain successfully. Dubai's global supply chain strategies give some implications for the further development of the Port of Gwangyang. First, the Port of Gwangyang should fully utilize symbiotic relationship with Gwangyang free Economic Zone. Second, the integration between Korea Container Terminal Authority and GYFEZ can be recommended for fast decision-making and providing a one-stop-service. Finally, Gwangyang should pursue an aggressive supply chain strategy, aims at dominance in the regional port network through port alliance with small and medium ports in neighboring area.

There has been a continued increase in the complexity of software equipped with wireless mobile devices, due to the introduction of new device functionality and services via network connection. The increasement expected to be accelerated by convergence of telecommunication and broadcasting, and proliferation of telematics and home networking services using wireless mobile devices. The higher the complexity of mobile device software, the higher the necessity of management for the software. As for the global standard of mobile device management technology, OMA DM has been widely adopted by device manufacture and expected to be accelerated its adoption. In this paper, we present a development result of mobile device software release management system ThinkSync DM SoftMan. The implementation details of ThinkSync DM SoftMan are provided in implementation architecture and its working scenario based on the design of ThinkSync DM SoftMan that is summarized in this paper as our previous work. The conformance and performance test of the system are presented.

This study analyzed the Beopmaru, Supreme Court Library of Korea, circulation data to identify user lending patterns and proposed a plan to reflect the analysis results in future user services. In 2022, Beopmaru's collection of books was 212,608, with law books accounting for 73%. However, general books accounted for 83% of actual circulation. Looking at the usage coefficient by topic, the literature field was the most actively used at 5.85, and the law field was the least used at 0.23. In the case of interlibrary loan, both KERIS member institutions and the Korean Bar Association had the highest loan ratios in the legal field, civil law field, and judicial litigation procedure field, in that order. However, member institutions affiliated with KERIS, a legal academic community, were lending law books on a wider range of subject areas than the Korean Bar Association, a practical organization. To improve access to legal information, the Beopmaru public service was implemented, but in reality, the use of reading space was high, and the proportion of general books loaned was much higher. In order to improve this, it seems necessary to strengthen the promotion of Beopmaru loan services, provide personalized services, improve book lending regulations, strengthen online services, and establish a cooperative network.

In this paper, high-quality business-type communications(UC) capabilities of the communication activities overlap, waste, reducing rework process improvement provides for high efficiency. Messages sent via UC app development, FMC calling features, schedule management organization for the development and deployment DataBase UC server deployment, the search for the JSP implementation, XMPP is using the messaging system. IP-PBX running on the IP network, on the basis of UC applications in real life, improve utilization of the infrastructure necessary to provide services to the system design and implementation.

Real-time applications like VoIP in mobile networks need smooth handovers in order to minimize or eliminate packet loss as a mobile host(MH) transitions between network links. In this paper, we design a new variable buffering mechanism for IPv6 by which an MH can request that the router on its current subnet buffers pad(eta on its behalf while the MH completes registration procedures with the router of a new subnet. Performance results show that our proposed queueing scheme with a variable space allocation is quite appropriate for mobile internet environment in terms of the packet loss rate.

Packet transmission and independent addressing in the mobile environments are very similar to the ones in the multicasting environment. So, in this paper, we propose a new scheme about how to manage the multicasting group and to set the communication path in the mobile environment by applying two-level addressing mode, which is similar to mobile If, for location-independent address setting. And we propose the smooth handoff scheme that minimizes the handoff delay for mobile multimedia services. To check the performance of our proposed scheme, we modified the NS-2 network simulator and as a result, we showed that our proposed scheme is better than other techniques in terms of handoff delay and transmitted packets' throughput.

현대사회는 전통적인 경제체제에서 디지털 경제체제로의 급속한 이전과 더불어 정보기술이 국가발전의 주요 원동력으로 등장하게 되었다. 특히, e-정부의 출현은 기존의 정부서비스에 대한 시공간적 제약을 극복하는 새로운 패러다임으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 e-정부 실현을 위한 대표적인 사례로 KICIT을 중심으로 정보기술의 활용사례와 더불어 EC-Bank를 중심으로 한 지방정부의 사이버 마케팅에 대한 사례연구를 통해 e-정부의 조기 실현을 위한 산업부문의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 하나의 대안으로 소개하였다. e-구미의 모형은 행정, 생활, 산업 차원에서의 네트워크화, 균형과 조화, 부문간의 연계로 시행정의 디지털화, 사이버 정보생활의 실현 및 산업의 e-비즈니스화의 실현을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 KICIT은 중소도시에 집중되어 있는 지역정보센터의 산학관 협력의 모델케이스로 효율적으로 운영되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이제는 구미지역 기업체와 연구교육기관에서 핵심적인 지원기관으로 지역관련기관과의 보다 유기적인 협력을 계속 유지. 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. 지자체의 사이버 마케팅 사례인 EC-Bank는 정보서비스를 단순히 제공하는 수준인 전자상거래의 초기단계로 사이트 및 콘텐츠 관리의 소홀로 인하여 초기의 목적을 거의 이루지 못한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학관의 친밀한 협력과 e-프로세스의 대혁신을 통해서 새로운 업무활용, 웹기반의 거래처리 및 e-비즈니스 모형의 창출을 위해 계속적으로 노력해야할 것이다.

IPsec refers to a standardized set of security protocols and algorithms which can provide the integrity, the authentication and the confidentiality services for IP packets in the Internet. Between two security gateways, IPsec provides the access control, the connectionless Integrity, data origin authentication, the anti-replay, and the confidentiality services, not only to the IP layer but also to the upper layers. In this paper, we describe a VPN (Virtual Private Network) testbed configuration using the FreeS/WAN and analyze the ISAKMP messages exchanged between the linux security gateway during the IKE SA setup. Also, we describe our development of an IPSEC encryption verification tool which can be used conveniently by VPN administrators.

USN-based real-time monitoring systems, which receive raw data from sensor nodes and store the processed information in traditional servers, recently get to be replaced by IoT(Internet of Things)/WoT(Web of Things)-based ones. Especially, Social Web of Things(SWoT) paradigm can make use of cloud storage over Social Network Service(SNS) and enable the possibility of integrated access, management and sharing. This paper proposes an improved SWoT-based real-time monitoring system which makes up for weak points of existing systems, and implements monitoring service integrating a legacy sensor network and commercial SNS without requiring additional servers. Especially, the proposed system can reduce emergency propagation time by employing PUSH messages.
