In this study we aim to identify the core technologies that play central roles along with the peripheral technologies that contribute to the technology convergence in digital healthcare. A total of 376 korean-patents related to healthcare were gathered from 2011 to 2020, and a topic modeling technique and a network analysis were conducted on the collected data. Six major topics were derived through the topic modeling procedure which are "data collection", "signal measurement", "health management", "data transmission", "diagnostic treatment", and "measurement device". Each of the six topics were analyzed to depict relations among technologies, specify the convergence characteristics, and identify the core-technology through centrality analysis. The study illustrates the present status of digital healthcare technology development and the technological convergence in South Korea and is anticipated to help establish policies to foster healthcare industry.

Over the past few years, IoT edges have begun to emerge based on new low-latency communication protocols such as 5G. However, IoT edges, despite their enormous advantages, pose new complementary threats, requiring new security solutions to address them. In this paper, we propose a cloud environment-based IoT edge architecture model that complements IoT systems. The proposed model acts on machine learning to prevent security threats in advance with network traffic data extracted from IoT edge devices. In addition, the proposed model ensures load and security in the access network (edge) by allocating some of the security data at the local node. The proposed model further reduces the load on the access network (edge) and secures the vulnerable part by allocating some functions of data processing and management to the local node among IoT edge environments. The proposed model virtualizes various IoT functions as a name service, and deploys hardware functions and sufficient computational resources to local nodes as needed.

Internet telephony is an Internet service which supports voice telephone using VoIP technology on the IP-based Internet. It has some advantages in that voice telephone services can be accompanied with multimedia services such as video communication and messaging services. Recently, the introduction of smart phones has led to a growth in social networking services and thus, the research and development of Internet telephony has been actively progressed and has the potential to become a replacement for the telephone service that is currently being used. In this paper we designed and implemented an Internet telephony network system which is developed by using Asterisk and open source softwares. It is developed on the linux system and has some features such as VoIP telephony service between SIP phones, voice mail, and call recording. It also supports web-based functions such as SIP users and server system management that is implemented by Apache web server and PHP programs. Afterwards, this system will be applied as VoIP network base technology for small sized companies and organizations. It will paly a role for encouraging companies to use open source softwares.

Recently, the concept of PES(Personal Environment Service) is being widely discussed on various standardization organizations such as ITU-R, ETSI, 3GPP, TTA and etc. The purpose of PES is to introduce the services which can dynamically, automatically and intelligently reconfigures the electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment surrounding the user according to the user preferences included in a user's profile by using a smartphone embedding WPAN radio technologies such as bluetooth and WiFi. This research introduces an Android Platform-based PES system which consists of a PES app, PES devices and a PES server. A smartphone platform is Android 2.2(Froyo) version and 4 simulated PES devices were implemented by using Galaxy Tab. It has shown that the PES would be a killer application of M2M(Machine-to-Machine) or D2D(Device-to-Device) in the future and it would need to study how to update a user's profile based on analyzing user's behaviour for enhancing the PES user's satisfaction.

The Korean e-Navigation operating system is designed to provide various services related to marine safety. These services are not configured to be provided in one software, but are made in separate software. In order to integrate the service software installed in the e-Navigation operating system, it is necessary to define the data message which can exchange data between the service software, Depending on the operating concept of the service, many messages are expected to be transmitted over the network in a short time. There is a need for a buffer or message queue to store messages as a way to manage messages efficiently. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the types and characteristics of Advanced Message Queuing Protocol(AMQP) suitable for Korean e-Navigation operating system and shows that's result.

Smart-healthcare service is a health medical service which aims to provide an active consumer-directed service for both wellness and preventative health management upon the basis of rapid diffuse of smartphone which has been occurring recently. On this, this paper suggests a tele auscultation medicine smart-healthcare system based on digital stethoscope which is able through the use of the smart phone which is easy to approach anywhere. The suggested system consists of the digital stethoscope for patient's self auscultation and smart phone, the PC for doctor's examination, and the web server to connect those devices. A telemedicine can be performed between a doctor and a patient by the program which exchanges examine data and auscultation data among the devices. To sum up, by the system suggested in this paper, an easily and conveniently usable health medical service on an everyday basis could be provided without spatial and temporal limits.

SNS provider's biggest interest lies in enhancing user satisfaction through user request analysis and developing services to induce continuous use of those devices. In particular, setting up management directions to develop SNS at maturity is important and it is also important to identify the functions which SNS users are pursuing for and identify what's considered unsatisfiable among the services currently provided in light of user expectations. To this end, this study further presents sociality quality and personal emotional quality reflecting the characteristics of SNS to the existing quality factors and expands to Expected Confirmation Model. This study further took into account of sociality quality and personal emotional quality reflecting the characteristics of SNS and approached to them from the perspective of quality in a comprehensive way, analyzed the degree of impact on recognition factors, and presented the factors that had an impact on the satisfaction with usage and intention to use continuously.

The purpose of this study is to observe whether the specialized quality programs of senior welfare centers actually help service users and meet their needs. In order to find out, we have utilized three different research methods. First, an in-depth interview was generated among the service users of senior welfare centers. Second, the specialized quality program in senior welfare centers was analyzed. Third, a focused group interview among the senior welfare experts was conducted. Based on the results of this study, they suggest four practical proposals. First is to enhancing programs of senior welfare centers based on the service users' rights. Second is to providing high-class services by developing and transforming the 'elderly culture.' Third is to converting the existing programs to make associations with their local communities. Last is to building a network as a hub to communicate and sharing outstanding programs within senior welfare centers.

The development of the Internet of Things led to new services that did not exist before. This required a change to the existing network. This study aims to verify the service quality, satisfaction, repurchase intention relationship, and the moderating effect of online reviews of Chinese consumers using fashion shopping malls. The results of the study showed that from the perspective of consumers in their 20s and 30s in China, the type, reliability, convenience, and interaction of service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In addition, negative reviews among online reviews had a great influence on repurchase intention. Based on the results of the study, it will help improve the effect on online product reviews and in-depth understanding of the acceptance of online product reviews for online fashion shopping malls, and establish strategies for fashion companies to effectively manage online product reviews information.

As Social Welfare Service Act was revised in 2011 and its enforcement decree was revised in 2012, the function of local social welfare center was classified into 3 functions such as case control function, service supply function and local society systematization function. Therefore, from 2013, local social welfare center faces the assignment to establish its status as a core subjectivity of local social welfare while maintaining function, role, business, program, service and organization system required for local social welfare center. Currently, there are internal and external limit factors for local social welfare center to perform its original function. The external limit factors are competition with similar organization, diversification of welfare desire depending on social change, insufficient service network construction and lack of partnership between private sector and government. The internal limit factors are lack of local social organization's ability, program issue, insufficient resource, insufficient manpower, etc. In order for local social welfare center to overcome the limit factor and establish the core status for improving the life quality of resident, it should concentrate its ability on local society systematization, construct human & material support network related to local social welfare, minimize social education program and simple relief project gradually, suggest the reasonable direction for village to nurture resident organization, develop the program based on the research on local resident's desire and create the partnership between private sector and government.
