As the nail industry has grown, concerns on damages to natural nails due to nail services and interests on nail products have been increased. This study is on nail convergent strengtheners which reduce damages on natural nails, and especially focused on the use and awareness of nail strengtheners by nail technicians. First, documentary research on previous studies was conducted to define nail services, nail damages, and nail strengtheners. Preliminary survey and main survey was conducted by KSDC on-line survey tool and the result was analyzed by frequency analysis, cross analysis, and correlation analysis by KSDC advanced statistical program. As a result, nail technicians have the high level of awareness on characteristics, effects, how to use, and application process of nail strengtheners. Nail technicians are the mid level of awareness on the ingredients of nail strengtheners.

Excessive work intensity and stress from customers visiting nail salons due to the increase in the frequency of visits and treatments to nail salons of modern people are negatively affecting the job psychology of nail salons. Accordingly, according to the need to prepare realistic and specific measures to increase job efficacy and job satisfaction through nail treatment techniques of nail salons, the perceived job efficacy and job This study was conducted based on the research model and hypothesis for satisfaction. As a result of the study, it was found that the nail gradation technique induces the highest job efficacy of nail polishers, and it was found that the more gel manicure techniques were applied, the higher the job satisfaction of nail polishers was. Through this study, it is expected that the complex application between various nail techniques will be possible and the coordinates of the job psychology of nail beauticians will be presented, and at the same time, it will serve as basic data for improving the work environment and developing new nail treatment techniques.

To treat a kind of nail damage, this study proceeded with gel polish procedure oriented to 19 women in their twenties and thirties, dividing into three experimental groups, such as the A group with non-treatment (n=6), the B group taking Nutritional Convergent supplement (n=6), and the C group simultaneously taking Nutritional Convergent supplement and Nail Convergent Strengthener (n=7), and inquired into the superficial change of nails, changes of thickness, analysis of damage degree and satisfaction rate. The analysis shows that the C group simultaneously applied with dietary supplement and complex nail supplement presented the best result in all areas. As for the morphological changes of the surface of nails measured by the scanning electron microscope, there were definite changes as compared with the B group. According to the result, it is proved that complex dietary supplement helps to improve the thickness and the surface of damaged nails and it is reasoned that a higher effect can be expected when complex nail supplement is simultaneously used.

상표는 상품의 시장범위와 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문에 전 세계에 동일한 상표가 여러 개 존재할 수 있는 반면, 도메인네임은 공교롭게도 이 세상에 동일한 것이 존재하지 않는다. 그러다 보니, 타인이 어떤 상표와 동일 또는 유사한 명칭을 도메인네임으로 등록한 경우 상표권자는 그 상표를 도메인네임으로 사용할 수 없게 돼서 상표권자와 도메인네임 등록자 간에 분쟁이 빈번히 발생하곤 한다. 이하에서는 최근의 상표 분쟁사례와 도메인네임 분쟁사례를 소개하고 상표와 도메인네임을 둘러싼 법적 문제를 살펴보고자 한다.

1990년 증강현실이라는 용어가 처음 사용된 후 2000년대 중반까지는 연구개발 및 시험적용단계에 머물러 있었으나, 최근 카메라와 그래픽 처리 능력을 높인 단말기, 충분한 속도의 무선통신, GPS 등의 기능을 갖춘 스마트 폰이 등장하면서 실용화 단계에 진입을 하였다. 국내 네일 산업은 2008년 시장규모 4830억 원으로 매년 고속 성장을 하고 있으며 일본의 경우 2010년도에 약2015억 엔으로 2009년도의 약1971억 엔에 비교하여 2.2% 증가하였다. 이처럼 시장의 규모는 매년 커지고 다양해지면서 여러 번의 시행착오를 거쳐야 마음에 드는 네일 케어를 받을 수 있기 때문에 상당히 힘들고 번거롭다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하여 증강현실을 이용한 네일 샵 적용 방안을 연구하였다. 증강현실 기술을 이용하면 색을 칠하기 전 색이 자신의 손에 맞는지를 알아볼 수 있고 예상되는 결과를 알아 볼 수 있어서 다양해진 소비자들의 니즈를 충족시켜 줄 뿐만 아니라 네일 케어를 받기 전 시행착오를 겪는 소비자들에게 도움을 줄 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제시한 증강현실을 이용한 네일 샵 적용은 국내뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 네일 산업분야에 큰 발전을 도래 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study compares the safety of nail products by reviewing domestic and foreign literature for preparing a safety management plan for reduction of human body exposure to hazardous substances that occur in nail products. We analyzed the cases of exceeding the limit value of hazardous substances. In domestic artificial nail adhesive and nail tip, toluene content was 40.3 times higher than the standard value, chloroform was 22.8 times, and antimony was 15.4 times. In developed countries, it is obligatory to provide material safety data and workplace ventilation equipment through various policy researches. However, there is no safety standard in Korea. Therefore, if the regulations for safety management should be established with each characteristic of nail product, work environment, workers, and consumers, and the awareness of hazardous substance cosmetics should be improved through development and dissemination of various educational programs, it can contribute to disease prevention and health promotion.

네일(또는 락볼트)은 토사터널의 NATM 시공 시 보강재로 사용되어진다. 그러나, 네일의 적절한 설치방법이 아직까지 정립되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 네일의 길이와 위치를 변화하여, 그 효용성을 연구하였다. 그 결과, 네일이 지반보강을 위하여 토사지반에 사용될 시 경제적인 길이는 터널직경의 0.5배이다. 보강의 효용성은 네일의 위치에 따라 터널라이닝 측벽의 하부, 중부, 상부의 순서이다.

Since the first construction of soil nailing in France in 1972, the application of soil nailing has increased. However, there is currently no design method which is universally accepted or agreed upon far soil nailed wall, because each of the design methods has different assumptions and, therefore, different approaches, moreover, since the suggested optimal inclination angles of nails are different by researchers. Therefore, the effect of nail inclination with soil nailing is analyzed by FEM. In this study, Finite element program SOILSTRUCT was applied for the effect analysis of nail inclination in soil nailed wall. For this finite element analysis, CEBTP No. 1 project data were used. The analyzed nail inclination ranged from 0$^{\circ}$ to 30$^{\circ}$ with 5$^{\circ}$ intervals. The result of finite element analysis showed that the most optimal inclination was 20$^{\circ}$ Also, the tension farce in the nails increased as the nail inclination increased. However, the effect of nail inclination on the wall deformation was very little. Therefore, constructability seems to be more important than nail inclination. Also, the tension force in the nails increases as the nail depth below the top of the wall increases, except f3r the lowest nail. Therefore, appropriate nail diameter should be used to prevent breakage of nails with considering nail strength-deformation interaction.

The application of soil nailing method has increased because it provides easier construction, economic efficiency, and stability than existing support methods. The mechanical comprehension of the soil-nailing system has not been established and the resisting shear force and bending moment of the soil-nail have been disregarded for the design of soil-nailing system. The soil nail consists of cement associated with rebar and resists shear force and bending moment mobilized by applied loading or soil-self weight. In this study, the slope analysis in the consideration of the resisting shear force and bending moment of the nail has been performed using $FLAC^{2D}$, which is programed by the finite difference method.

본 기술은 암반사면 보강공법에서 철근보강재인 네일(Nail)에 원추형콘(철근 규격에 따라 기울기 $19~23^{\circ}$, 높이 40~45mm, 아랫변 65~70mm)을 일정한 간격으로 다수 장착하여 그라우트재와 원 지반까지 방사입체형으로 힘을 미치게 하는 암반사면 보강공법이다. 본 신기술 공법은 네일링 공사 시 원추형 콘을 장착, 삽입함으로서 부착력과 인발력을 증가시켜 비탈면 보강공사 시에 안전성을 높인 공법이다. 따라서 네일링공법을 사면붕괴 방지공사에 적극 활용할 수 있으므로 네일링 공법의 사용을 활성화 하며, 지진이나 지반변형 등 외력에 의한 사면붕괴를 사전에 방지할 수 있어 사면재해를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있다. 또한 현재가지 네일링공법은 인발톤수가 적고 네일에 대한 신빙성 결여로 아주 적은 인발톤수를 필요로 하는 현장이외에는 사용을 기피하는 일이 많았다. 그러나 본 원추형 콘네일 공법은 어스앙카, 록앵커, 보강토공법, 지지말뚝공법, 옹벽 등에 대한 대체공법으로 이용할 수 있는 여건이 충족됨으로 사면보강재로서의 사용 확산이 기대된다.
