The necessities of a plan for the labor force in the school temporary workers are superior in education practice. In a view of government, a new paradigm and method for them such as employment stability, better treatment and fewer tasks have been sought. However, the information for them is not enough. While seeing the main issue to manage an temporary workers and the feature of the system for them in schools of Holland, Germany and Sweden, this study shows an effective plan for not only the labor force in the school temporary workers and but their skill development. Based on the result of a plan in education office, supporting office, and schools this study proposes the political and institutional method to revitalize the efficient management of an temporary workers in school.

세계 21개국 1백50여개의 주요 방산업체가 금년 3월 22일부터 25일까지 싱가포르에서 개최된 '89 아시아 방산전시회에 참가하였다. 싱가포르에서 처음 열리는 이 전시회의 전시장 면적은 9천$m^2$에 이르고 있다. 21개 참가국은 오스트리아, 캐나다, 덴마크, 프랑스, 독일, 홍콩, 헝가리, 인도, 인도네시아, 이스라엘, 이탈리아, 말레이지아, 네덜란드, 파키스탄, 싱가포르, 스페인, 스웨덴, 스위스, 대만, 영국, 미국등이다

유럽연합(EU)이 출범하게 된 이후 OECD 가이드라인 및 유럽회의 조약에 맞춰 개인정보를 보호하는 국내법을 시행해 오던 유럽 각국이 입법수준이 다른 지역 내 시장에서 개인정보의 원활한 유통을 위해 EU차원에서의 지침을 1995년 10월 제정하였다. 이후에 유럽 각 국에서는 이 지침을 반영하여 자국 내에 개인정보보호 기구를 설치하여 운영하고 있으며 관련 법제도 등을 정비하는 등 개인정보보호에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본고에서는 영국, 프랑스, 독일, 네덜란드, 스웨덴 등의 유럽 국가에서의 개인정보보호 관련 기구와 법제도 추진 현황에 대해서 분석하였다.

차이나프린트2005가 지난 5월11일부터 15일까지 북경국제전람센터와 북경농업관 등 총 92,518$m^2$ 면적의 전시 공간에서 성대히 개최됐다. 외국 업체의 부스 점유율이 40%에 달했던 이번 전시회에는 중국을 비롯해 독일, 미국, 영국, 이탈리아, 일본, 프랑스, 스웨덴, 스위스, 네덜란드, 체코, 이스라엘, 인도, 홍콩, 대만 등 30여개국 800여 업체들이 참여했으며 50여개국 12만명 이상이 방문, 신기술과 정보를 만끽했다. 특히 이번 전시회는 1만5천평 규모에서 21개국 11만여 명이 참여한 가운데 치러진 차이나프린트 2001에 비해 그 규모가 엄청나게 확대됐다.

Produktionsanlagen in der Art von Pflanzenfabriken fur Gemuse haben in Nordeuropa eine lange Tradition. Der Aufbau derartiger Anlagen begann in Norwegen bereits 1980. Er war unmittelbar mil der Entwicklung hydroponischer Verfahren zur Produktion von Gemiise, insbesondere mit der Nutrient-Film-Technology verbunden. Derzeit gibt es in Nord- und Mitteleuropa (Norwegen, Finnland, Schweden, Danemark, Holland, Belgien und Deutschland) etwa 15 Gemusefabriken fur die Produktion von Kopf-und Blattsalaten sowie Krautern. This study examines how the Netherlands and Denmark lowered the increase in income inequality, at a period in time when income inequality in the world was deepening. This study investigates the level and trend of income inequality in the Netherlands and Denmark compared to those in Korea, the United States, Germany and Sweden. Using the method of the decomposition of changes in income inequality, this study identifies which factors are associated with the changes in inequality in these countries. It also explores which labor market policies mitigated inequality in these two countries. One of the major reasons for the reduction in earned income inequality in the Netherlands is the increased participation of women in economic activity through the increase in voluntary part-time working. In particular, the policies designed to promote equal treatment between full-time and non-regular workers contributed to the active participation of women in part-time work. Using active labor market policies, Denmark improved the proficiency of low skilled and low-wage workers, thereby alleviating the wage gap between high-income and low-income workers. Based on the experiences of the Netherlands and Denmark, this study discusses policy directions to mitigate income inequality in Korea.

최근 유럽 각국에서는 가입자회선 개방에 관한 검토가 한창 진행중에 있다. 유럽위원회에 따르면, 가입자회선 세분화 의무화 결정이 이루어진 나라는 1999년 10월 1일 시점에서 덴마크, 독일, 이탈리아, 네덜란드, 오스트리아 및 핀란드의 6개국이었다. 이어 영국에서는 OFTEL이 1999년 11월 말, 가입자회선 개방에 관한 정책결정문서를 발표하였으며 노르웨이는 2000년 3월, 가입자회선 세분화를 발표하였다. 2000년 4월 현재 벨기에, 프랑스, 아일랜드, 스웨덴, 스페인에서는 정식도입을 위한 검토가 이루어지고 있는 상태이며 룩셈부르크, 포르투갈, 그리스의 3개국은 도입계획이 없다. 본 고에서는 2000년 2월에 유럽위원회가 발표한 가입자회선 세분화에 관한 작업문서 내용을 중심으로 가입자회선 세분화에 관한 유럽위원회의 정책방향을 고찰하고, 유럽 주요국의 가입자회선 세분화의 구체적 동향을 살펴본 후, 우리 나라 가입자회선 세분화 정책방향의 설정을 위한 과제를 제시하고자 한다.

Building the super broadband network is the key competence for fostering the economy. Over the super broadband network voice services have changed rapidly to be served to VoIP rather than PSTN most incumbents have used. This results in reforming the interconnection regulations. From network structures, technologies, and POI to costing methods there are many concerns to discuss between stakeholder. This paper reviewed the IP-LRIC model over NGN designed by national regulatory angencies (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden). We draw implications for developing IP-LRIC models from other IP-LRIC model studies.

Defining sustainable development as the challenge of continuously balanving economic, social and ecological values, a European research project sought lessons from experiences of a forty year period to frame criteria of appropriate scale for contextually-sensitive environmental policy. A network of case studies conducted by partner teams in Gemany, lreland, the Netherlands and Sweden examined changes of scale in the territorial, functional and socio-political contexts of life and landscape between 1950-1990. Themes central to the project included landscape transformations, tensions among area-and sector-based ways of life [genres de vie], and changing horizons of discretionary reach. With illustrations drawn mainly from the lrish case studies in Tipperary, this lecture outlines some regional differences in response to externa-policy and market-driven-influences. Implications for cross-cultural research and the framing of contextually-sensitive environmental policy are outlined, and suggestions made for their modulation through European Union, national, regional, and local levels.
