정부에서는 지난 5월말 축산농가의 경영개선 및 축산정책 수립에 필요한 기초자료로 제공하기 위해 '2022년 축산물 생산비' 조사한 내용을 발표했다. 조사대상기간은 2022. 1.1.~2022.12.31일(1년간)로 이중 양계 품목(계란, 육계)을 발췌한 내용을 소개한다.

North Korea had been reorganized its educational curriculum and new contexts were authored in 2013. In this study, mathematics contexts of North Korean secondary school's first grade in 2009 and 2013 were investigated. And the changes of content structure, content development, and content composition were analyzed. Results were as follows: First, with respect to the content structure, 1 chapter decreased, while lesson number was intact and 4 subunits increased. Second, with respect to the content development, considerable changes were presented. The tendencies that encouraged student and pursued a student friendly form were investigated. Third, with respect to the content composition, obvious changes were presented. It was investigated that the ratio of numbers and number operations, letters and expressions decreased nearly half. And new contents were supplemented in the areas of patterns, geometry, functions, probability and statics, equation of figures, set and statement. This changes suggests that differences between contexts of South and North Korea is narrowing compared to the past. In conclusion, the direction of North Korean mathematical education is changing for the general direction of South Korean mathematical education.

국내 유일의 광학전문지인「광학세계」에 많은 성원을 보내주신 독자 여러분께 감사 드리며 이번 호에서는 지난 한 해 동안 본지에 실린 내용을 한 눈에 볼 수 있는 목차색인을 정리했다. 2005년 3월호부터 2006년 1월호 까지 주요내용을 일목요연하게 파악할 수 있도록 정리했으며, 협회 소식, 회원사 동정, 광학신상품, 특허정보, 건강상식, 여행지 소개, 광학통계 등의 단신 및 정보 기사는 생략했다. 이전의 목차색인을 보려면 2005년 3월호(2004년 3월호~2005년 1월호)를 참고하기 바란다.

이 연구는 정보관리학회지에 실린 국문과 영문 초록을 중심으로 초록의 구조와 그 속성을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 학회지의 저자초록을 중심으로 편집규정, 초록의 종류, 구조, 문장분석, 내용분석, 문체분석을 하였다. 대상초록은 1997년과 2014년에 간행된 학회지 논문이다. 그 결과 1997년까지는 지시적 초록이었으며 이후 대부분 정보적 초록으로 나타났다. 초록의 내용은 1997년에는 수록 논문의 68%가 목적 범위와 연구방법으로, 2014년에는 84%가 목적 범위/연구방법/결과 결론으로 나타났다.

This study aimed to analyze the debate on the Elementary School Mathematics Contents in the new National Elementary Mathematics Curriculum developed in 2006. With this, the feature of the new National Mathematics Curriculum compared with the past 7th National Elementary Mathematics Curriculum was investigated. And the drafts on developing the new National Elementary Mathematics Curriculum were investigated as well. Three main controversies were identified. The first controversy was related to the item which had been dealt in middle school curriculum and moved to elementary school in the new National Mathematics Curriculum (e.g. equations, direct proportion and inverse proportion). The second one was related to the order of teaching fraction. The third one was related to the fact that problem solving became one of the five domains in Elementary School Mathematics Curriculum. Those controversies came from a basic belief on the ranges and depths of elementary school mathematics, didactical point of view, or thoughts on what should the content in the National Mathematics Curriculum be. The issues and suggestions that were discussed in this paper might serve to improve the National Mathematics Curriculum.

이 시리즈를 시작하면서 제3권 제2호(1993.6)에 sc27국제표준화 현황을 정리해 보고했었다. 필자와 산업연구원의 이경석 박사가 1993년 10월 파리에서 열린 SC27 국제표준 총회에 다녀와 새로 정리된 최신의 표준화현황은 11월 20일 개최되는 1993년도 한국통신정보보호학회 학술대회에서 특별보고회로 발표되며그 내용은 논문집에 포함되어 있으니 참고 바란다. 이번 호에는n비트의 입출력을 갖는 블럭암호화 알고리즘의 사용방법에 관해 1991년에 국제표준이 된 문서 IS 10116를 소개한다. 이보다 앞서 1987년 IS 8372로 거의 같은 내용의 국제표준이 n=64의 경우에 한정되어 만들어져 사용되어왔다. 1992년 정보보안 국제총회에서 IS 10116이 IS8372의 내용을 포함하며 IS 10116가 IS 8372보다 더 잘 서술되어 있으므로 IS 3872를 국제표준으로 놓아두자는 결론을 냈었다.

The 7th national mathematics curriculum was revised in 2007. According to the revision curriculum, new texts and guides are developed and will come into effect for elementary and secondary school in 2009. Some contents are shifted and also newly added at the revision curriculum. This paper analyzed the gap between the revision and the 7th national mathematics curriculum based on the shifts in contents, and investigated on the difficulties that some graders probably will undergo owing to shifting the contents between grades. As a result, several important problems were found in some graders between the revision and the 7th national mathematics curriculum. In particular, some graders could not have a chance to learn some mathematical concepts without another lesson plans. For some graders, special lesson plans and supplementations are required. The brief summary of these supplementations as follows: ⅰ) For entering students in 2005, the supplementations about equations and direct proportion and inverse proportion should be needed at the 6th grade in 2010 or at the 7th grade in 2011. ⅱ) For entering students in 2006, the supplementations about estimations and correspondence should be needed at the 4th grade in 2009 or at the 5th grade in 2010. And the supplementations about the relation of fractions and decimals and the ratio should be needed at the 5th grade in 2010. ⅲ) For entering students in 2007, the supplementations about the addition and subtraction of time using second unit and the addition and subtraction of weight should be needed at the 3th grade in 2009 or at the 4th grade in 2010.

올해 국내 전기산업의 총 수출액이 사상 최초로 150억 달러를 돌파할 전망이다. 예상대로 되면 2011년 100억 달러를 돌파한지 4년 만에 50% 급상승이라는 신기원을 기록하게 된다. 수출과 달리 내수는 상당히 힘든 한 해를 보낼 것으로 보인다. 한전의 수요 증가 등 긍정적 측면도 있지만, 조선 철강 등 관련 산업의 부진이 악영향을 미칠 가능성이 더 크다는 분석이다. 한국전기산업진흥회는 최근 이 같은 내용을 담은 '2015년 전기산업 동향 및 전망' 보고서를 발표했다. 주요 내용을 정리해봤다.

본고는 양계와 한평생을 함께 한 오봉국 교수(서울대 명예 교수)가 그 동안의 인생여정을 정리하여 출간한 '축산의 비전을 심으며 살아온 나의 인생여정' 자서전 내용 중 '양계와 함께 걸어온 나의 회고' 내용을 발췌, 게재한 것이다. 오봉국 교수는 1925년 평안남도 진남포에서 태어나 1956년 서울대학교 축산과에서 농학석사과정을 거친 후 미국 미네소타대학과 호주 시드니 대학에서 석, 박사과정을 마친후 서울대학교에서 후학양성은 물론 양계산업 발전을 위해 많은 공을 세웠다. 1969년에는 (사)한국가금협회장(대한양계협회 전신)을 역임하고 현재까지 대한양계협회 고문으로 활동하고 있다. 1991년에는 국민훈장 모란장을 수여한 바 있으며, 현대 가금학 등 16편의 주옥같은 저서를 남겼다.

2006년 10월 4일 정부는 지난 9월 8일 국회본회의를 통과한 "도서관 및 독서진흥법"을 공포하였다. 법률 제 8029호로 공포된 이번 법은 6개월 후인 2007년 4월 5일 효력을 발생하게 된다. 지난 2002년부터 개정 추진된 이후로 5년여의 노력 끝에 도서관정보정책위원회 설치 등 중요한 변화를 담은 새로운 법을 만들어 낸 것이다. 이에 이번 호에서는 그동안 법 개정 경과 및 주요 내용을 상세히 설명하여 도서관계의 이해를 돕고자 특집을 마련하였다. 새 술을 새 부대에 담는 심정으로 이번 법 개정을 환영하고 새로운 도서관 문화창출의 근거로 삼아 함께 노력해 나갈 수 있기를 희망한다. ■ 편집자 주
