This study investigated the image of library in our society by analyzing newspaper articles related to libraries. A total of 3065 newspaper articles reported in Kyunghyang, Hankyoreh, Chosun, and Joongang from 2000 to 2017 were analyzed using time series analysis. The results of the time series analysis showed the number of newspaper articles related to library declined to a peak in 2009. Also, there were differences in the content of newspaper articles by year except for those content related to books. There were many articles about 'information' and 'use' in early 2000, about 'library operation and opening', 'culture' from 2006, and about 'residents of the area', 'culture' after 2012. These content of newspaper articles may reflects the image of library in our society. Finally, this study dis cussed practical ways of public library promotion.

This study is a content analysis on the National Archives of Korea as reflected in tweets produced between 2014 and 2015. The study thus collected all tweets that used the key word 'National Archives of Korea' from 2014 and 2015. The contents of the tweets, including their category and issues mention, were then analyzed. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, the analysis showed that the collected archives of the National Archives had increased their volume in over two years, which have a similar type and pattern in their content. Second, the tweets produced by the public reflects more current political and social issues rather than archival service.

팬데믹 이후 처음 나온 2023년도 보고서는 인쇄업계가 유연하게 회복하는 가운데 발간된 것으로, 2019년 보고서보다도 더 긍정적인 내용을 담고 있다. 금년 보고서도 이런 기조를 이어가, 2023년의 낙관적 분위기에 이어 2024년에 대해서도 매우 긍정적인 예측을 내놓았다.

고종 원년(甲子) 1864년부터 1945년까지 발행된 한국의 역서(曆書)에 대하여 연구하였다. 이 시기에는 갑오개혁, 태양력 시행, 일제 강점기 등의 역사적 사건으로 인하여 천문현상 자료와 시각법(時刻法), 편찬 기관과 직제 등 역서의 내용에 많은 변화가 있었다. 1864년부터 1908년까지의 역서의 시각 자료는 96각법으로 표기하였고 1909년부터는 현행 시각과 동일한 방식으로 표기하였다. 1913년부터 역서의 속표지에는 역서에 사용한 시각의 기준에 대한 설명이 기술되어 있다. 또한 역서의 내용과 함께 역서를 편찬한 기관과 직제에 많은 변화가 있었는데 특히 1894년 갑오개혁이후로 급격한 변화를 겪었다. 일출입(日出入) 시각은 시기에 따라 발표일 간격이 달라졌으며 후반에는 여러 지역의 자료를 수록하였다. 그 밖에 역서에 수록된 각종 일력(日曆) 자료의 분석을 통해 그 정확도를 살펴보았으며, 일월식(日月食)과 행성 현상에 관한 자료 등을 현대 방법으로 계산하여 검토하였다. 아울러 역서의 보급과 활용에 관한 사항도 함께 살펴보았다.

일본에서 발행한 1885년부터 1945년까지의 역서를 같은 기간 동안 한국에서 발행한 역서에 대한 선행 연구 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 이 무렵 한국에서는 갑오개혁(1894), 태양력 시행(1896), 일제 강점기(1910-1945) 등의 많은 역사적 사건들로 인하여 역서 발간 업무를 담당하던 기관과 역서의 내용에 있어서도 여러 가지 변화가 있었다. 반면 일본에서는 메이지유신(1868) 이후인 1873년부터 태양력을 시행하였으며, 1888년에는 동경제국대학 부속 동경천문대가 설립되어 1890년부터 역서 자료를 편찬했었다. 특히 비교 기간 동안 일본에서는 '본력(本曆)'과 본력의 중요한 내용만을 수록한 '약본력(略本曆)'이라는 두 종류의 역서가 발행되었으며, 이 연구에서는 약본력을 주로 사용하였다. 수집한 자료를 가지고 한국과 일본에서의 역서 발행 기관, 표준자오선의 변경, 일력계산의 기준위치 등에 대한 비교 연구한 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 아울러 몇몇 연도에 대해서는 두 나라 역서에 게재된 일력자료를 상호 비교 하였고, 특히 합삭시각에 대해서는 현대 계산 결과와도 비교하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of Korean media on the topic of archives & records management based on time-series analysis. In this study, from January, 1999 to June, 2018, 4,680 news articles on archives & records management topics were extracted from BigKinds. In order to examine the characteristics of the media coverage on the archives & records management topic, this study was analyzed to the difference of the press coverage by period, subject, and type of the media. In addition, this study was conducted word-frequency based content analysis and semantic network analysis to investigate the content characteristics of media on the subject. Based on these results, this study was analyzed to the differences of media coverage by period, subject, and type of media. As a result, the news in the field of records management showed that there was a difference in the amount of news coverage and news contents by period, subject, and type of media. The amount of news coverage began to increase after the Presidential Records Management Act was enacted in 2007, and the largest amount of news was reported in 2013. Daily newspapers and financial newspapers reported the largest amount of news. As a result of analyzing news reports, during the first 10 years after 1999, news topics were formed around the issues arising from the application and diffusion process of the concept of archives & records management. However, since the enactment of the Presidential Records Management Act, archives & records management has become a major factor in political and social issues, and a large amount of political and social news has been reported.

KISA 인터넷침해사고대응지원센터가 지난 1월 '2008년 침해사고 동향 및 2009년 전망'을 발표했다. 침해사고 동향을 분석하고 향후 등장할 위협을 예측하는 이 보고서는 국내외 정보보호 분야의 기술 지형을 한눈에 보여준다는 점에서 큰 의미를 지니고 있다. 웜 바이러스와 악성 봇 분야의 주요내용을 중심으로 2008년 침해사고 동향과 2009년을 전망해 본다.

본 자료는 1989년부터 2019년 11월까지 금강산 관광 관련 주요 사건을 정리하여, 최근의 금강산 문제를 이해하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 첫 번째 장에서는 금강산관광 의정서가 체결된 1989년, 관광이 중단된 2008년, 평양공동선언이 발표된 2018년을 기준으로 각 시기별 주요 논의 및 사건을 정리하여 제공한다. 두 번째 장에서는 금강산 관광과 관련된 남북 당국간 회담 내용을 요약하고, 세 번째 장에서는 1989년부터 2019년 11월까지 금강산 관광 관련 일지를 정리하여 제공한다.
