The purpose of this study is to analyze content of curriculum for Office Administration offered in many Secretarial Science & Office-related department at junior colleges. To analyze the curriculum Office Administration, the study focuses on IAAP's contents of Office Systems and Administration and NVQs' contents of Office Administration. which has been selected as a subject for national vocational qualifications in USA and Britain separately. The result of this study are summarized below: 1. IAAP's contents of Office Systems and Administration is divided into two main categories which are an Office Technology and an Office Administration/communication. 2. Whereas, Britain's NVQs contents of Office Administration is divided into 4 parts, which are Basics Concepts in Administrative Office Management, Managing Human Resources, Managing Administrative Services, and Managing Administrative Systems. 3. To provide indepth knowledge of Office automation in today's office environment, the curriculum of Office Administration should include both the theoretical and practical aspects of office works.

현대 사회가 점점 복잡한 정보화 사회로 변해감에 따라 개인의 자료 또한 기존의 방법으로는 효율적인 관리가 어렵게 되었다. 이러한 상황속에서 연구소 및 대학 연구원들의 늘어나는 연구실적을 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 연구원들의 연구실적을 컴퓨터에 저장하여 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 연구실적관리시스템(RAMS : Research Accomplishment Management System)을 설계, 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 연구실적을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 각 연구실적에 관한 원시자료만을 입력시킨 후 이를 이용하여 원하는 내용의 연구실적을 조회하고, 각 연구실적별 내용을 원하는 양식에 맞게 출력을 할 수 있게 해주었으며 또한 개인별 실적관리 뿐만 아니라 소규모 집단(연구소)에서의 개인별 관리를 용이하게 하기 위하여 개인화일을 코드화해서 관리해주는 기능을 가지도록 하였다.

For accurate search on information resources, it is needed to manage gradual changes in ontology efficiently. Recently, because ontology is often written using OWL, techniques that can manage changes in OWL documents are required. To meet these needs, in this paper, we classify changeable elements to detect changes in OWL ontology and propose a storage schema that can manage the changes according to the characteristics of each element. And we suggest the possibility of improving performance of query processing using views that provide information about classes or properties in each ontology version. The proposed storage schema stores changes in metadata associated with each ontology version. In addition, it can manage metadata that must be added or deleted through reasoning when ontology changes. So, the proposed storage schema can support queries about history of changes in ontology and provide accurate and valid metadata that is suitable for user-selected ontology version.

미국에서 농약을 판매하기 위해서는 먼저 해당농약을 등록하여야 하는데 등록업무는 연방 살충$\cdot$살균$\cdot$살서제법(FIFRA : Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act)에 의거, USDA(미농무성)에서 관장했으나 1970년 12월 이후부터 신설된 EPA(환경보호청)가 맡고 있다. 여기에 소개하는 내용은 Farm Chemicals Handbook 최근호(''98)의 부록(regulatory file)에 수록된 미국농약관리법중이 주요 내용이며 우리나라의 농약안전관리와 신농약개발 업무에 직$\cdot$간접으로 관계되는 모든 분들에게 참고가 되었으면 하는 바람으로 호에 걸쳐 소개한다.

선박에서의 음용수는 승무원들에게 중요한 사항이다. ILO 국제협약에 따르면 "선박에 공급되는 식량과 청수는 선박 내에 근무하는 선원의 수, 식량과 관계 된 종교적 요구사항 및 사회적 관례 그리고 항해 기간 및 특징을 고려하여 양, 영양가, 품질 및 다양성의 점에서 적절하여야 한다."라고 되어 있어 이 내용은 너무 포괄적이고 양질의 청수에 대한 구체적인 내용이 미흡하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 음용수에 대한 최소한의 기준 마련을 제시할 목적으로 음용수와 관련한 국제협약, 국내외의 법률 등을 살펴보고 음용수의 공급, 관리 등에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.
