We analyze the information asymmetry in the capital market by examining the long-term performance by the insider's trading behavior in the companies that made investment announcements for the construction of the new office building. The results are summarized as follows. On average, the long-term abnormal returns on share prices of sample firms represent a significant positive value. The regression analysis confirmed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the factor of the change in equity of large shareholders and the long-term performance. On the other hand, negative correlation was observed between change in equity of small individual investors and long-term performance. These results mean that an insider can determine the authenticity of a manager's private intention. In other words, it supports that the insider is in a position of information superiority. In addition, it is expected to provide practical usefulness to investors in that the change in equity can be used as a predictor of long-term performance.

국내 반도체, TFT-LCD, PDP 등의 제조공장 클린룸 내부의 스프링클러 소화설비는 90년대 말까지는 소화설비의 오 작동에 의한 고가 생산 장비의 물 피해가 우려 되어 면제가 되어왔으나, 1998년 대만 반도체 공장의 대형 화재사건이 발생한 이후로는 영미계 재 보험사들의 강력한 요청에 의하여 국내 관련 제조시설 내부에도 스프링클러 소화설비는 의무화 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 글에서는 반도체 제조공장의 소화설비의 특성을 중심으로 클린룸 내의 스프링클러 소화설비 시공사례를 소개하여 관련업계 관계자들의 이해를 돕고자 한다.

터미널과 상가로 구성된 서울고속버스터미널은 지난해 건물 냉방을 위한 빙축열시스템과 보일러 스케일방지를 위한 자동 블로우다운 시스템 설치공사를 ESCO사업을 통해 실시했다. 재작년에는 ESCO 고효율조명 교체사업을 마쳤다. 준공이후 설비개체를 하지 않아 노후된 시설이 많았던 터라 이곳 관계자들은 ESCO사업을 통해 에너지비용을 줄이고 훨씬 쾌적한 내부환경을 건물 이용자들에게 제공해줄 수 있게 된 결과에 매우 만족해했다.

Since quality assurance and enhancement (QAE) raises the fundamental issue of the survival of higher education institutions and national competitiveness, guides on quality assurance (QA) are popular both domestically and worldwide. Despite the focus in many countries on trying to establish and implement QA systems, no clear investigation has been conducted on what actually happens in the institutions. Therefore, the present study examines the quality control system of the UK at an institutional level by focusing on the case of Scotland QAE. As Scottish QAE especially emphasizes student engagement and quality culture, this study investigates the present QAE situation in the institution and current ideas for better future practices by analyzing the perceptions of internal stakeholders' from the University of Edinburgh, School of Education, based on the stakeholder theory and implications for other contexts. The stakeholder analysis results demonstrate the successful application of QAE with a high level of understanding and stakeholder interest. However, the current strategy is missing certain opportunities for staff and students. Therefore, further information disclosure, formative evaluation, better communication and administrational supports are required for improved practice.

국제관광도시로서의 명상을 돈독히 다지고 있는 제주도. 최근 이곳의 관광업 관계자들은 물론 지역주민들은 한껏 기대감에 부풀어 올로 있다. 바로 롯데건설(주)이 시공하는 제주시티호텔이 다음 달이면 준공될 예정이기 때문이다. 실제로 이곳은 제주도 내에서 가장 높은 건축물(90m)로 탄생하면서 랜드마크 역할을 톡톡히 할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이곳 현장은 지난 2011년 8월 구 제주일보 사옥 철거공사를 시작으로 2011년 12월부터 TOP DOWN 및 UP-UP공법을 병행하여 토공, 골조공사를 본격적으로 착수했다. 현재는 공정율 85% 수준으로 건물외부 코깅작업 및 내부 인테리어 마감작업이 진행 중이다. 이곳이 특히 주목받고 있는 이유는 롯데건설(주)의 안전관리 기술력이 집약된 또 하나의 건축물이라는 평가를 듣고 있기 때문이다. 롯데건설(주) 관계자들은 이곳에 면세점과 호텔 등 다중이용시설이 들어서기 때문에 부실시공은 곧 대형안전사고를 불러온다는 인식을 바탕으로 빈틈없는 안전시공을 해나가고 있는 것이다. 이는 물론 현장 근로자들을 대하는 안전관리에도 고스란히 나타난다. 착공부터 현재까지 무재해 100만 시간을 앞두고 있다는 점이 이를 잘 증명한다. 안전으로 제주도의 새로운 명소를 건서래 나가고 있는 롯데건설(주) 제주시티호텔 신축현장을 찾아가 봤다.

This study discusses the theoretical analysis of the concept of social memory and participatory digital archives, and argues the various problems of participatory digital archives based on the analysis of individual experiences and perceptions through interviews with stakeholders including users and operators. As a theoretical study, it analyzes related precedent studies and explores the complementary concepts of social memory and participatory digital archives. Based on the discussion, the study understands social memory as a defined and generated memory through the interaction of the social environment encompassing politics, socio-culture and the internal relations of the community. Furthermore, it understands the participatory digital archive as a digital space in which the community, the voluntary participation of users, and the support of professional groups intertwine. The memories and records of this interaction are then stored, preserved, shared, spread, and reproduced. Through stakeholder interviews, the study analyzes the perceptions of users and operators regarding participation, policy, and service, and identified the various problems with participatory digital archives.

The first purpose of this study is to find out whether internal support factors such as evaluation system, education support program, and human resources of universities are factors that influencing the motivation of technology transfer and commercialization among those engaged in technology transfer and commercialization activities. Second, verified the regulation effect of social support from the cause-and-effect relationship between motivation of technology transfer commercialization and the said internal factors. In order to analyze the above research, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the professors and employees engaged in the technology transfer and commercialization organization of 40 universities in Korea. A total of 160 surveys were distributed, of which 145 were collected. The results of analysis using SPSS Statistics 22.0 are as follows. First, all internal factors of university such as evaluation system, education support program, and human resources have significant influence on the motivation for technology transfer and commercialization. Second, as a result of analyzing the regulation effect of the social support in relation to the internal factor of the university and the motivation of technology transfer and commercialization, the quasi regulation effect can be founded in between evaluation system and motivation of technology transfer and commercialization. However, there is no regulation effect of social support between the education support program, human resources and motivation for technology transfer and commercialization. Based on the results of this study, suggestions can be founded for establishing a support policy for those who are engaged in technology transfer and commercialization in universities.

지난달 공정거래위원회(이하 공정위)는 11개 벤처기업에 대해 부당내부거래의 시정명령과 함께 총 5억 4300만원의 과징금을 부과했다. 공정위에 지적된 11개 벤처기업(지원업체)은 17개의 계열회사 및 특수관계인에 대해 총 275억원 규모의 지원성 거래를 했으며 이러한 거래를 통해 수혜업체 등이 받은 지원금액(실제거래가격-정상거래가격)은 총 36억 5200만원이다. 공정위의 관계자는 "재벌기업의 계열사 지원양상이 벤처기업에서도 그대로 나타났다"며 "벤처기업의 부당지원행위에 대해서도 엄정하게 처리할 방침"이라고 밝혔다. 하지만 이번에 지적된 대부분의 벤처기업들은 "납득할 수 없다'"고 반발하며 일부 업체들의 경우 이의 신청을 제기할 뜻을 보여 향후 처리결과가 주목된다.

본 연구는 조직관리자의 조직 내부 및 외부관리 노력과 관리경력 등 관리자의 개인적 특성이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 분석을 실시한다. 층화군집추출로 표집된 한국의 150개 중학교에 대해 3년간 학교, 교장 및 교사 조사를 통해 얻어진 다중원천 자료에 근거하여 위계적 선형모형(HLM)분석을 실시한 결과, 조직관리자인 교장의 관리경력 등 개인적 특성과 함께 교장의 내부관리 노력과 상부기관 및 학부모 등 주요 이해관계자에 대한 의견수렴 등 외부관리 노력이 모두 교사들의 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과는 선행연구에서 제시하는 개인 및 조직수준 직무만족 설명변수들인 교사의 인구통계학적 특성, 직무동기, 자기효능감, 학교유형, 조직규모, 소재지역, 학교자원 등을 모두 통제한 상태에서 나타났다는 점에서 최근 공공관리 문헌에서 주목받고 있는 관리가 중요하다(management matters)는 주장의 한국적 맥락에서의 타당성을 지지하고 있다.

Recently, as managing organization's stakeholders become important, a viewpoint of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been changed. Unlike in the past, organizations have performed CSR in their active and strategic point of view. Previous studies about the effect of social responsibility generally focused on customer response, social performance, and financial performance, and studies about the influence on business processes and organizational members are relatively not sufficient. In particular, there is few studies about the relationship among CSR, organization's innovation capability, and non-financial performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of CSR to knowledge management and organizational performance by using multiple regression analysis. Specifically, from the empirical result of this study with 256 Korean finns in diverse industries including the manufacturing, we identified that CSR has positive influence on knowledge management and organizational performance.
