TCR(Thyristor Controlled Reactor, 싸이리스터 제어 리액터)를 사용한 SVC(Static VAR Compensator, 정지형 무효전력 보상장치)의 모델링을 제시한다. 이 모델링을 전력계통의 전압 제어에 적용하며 EMTP(Electro-Magnetic Transient Program, 전자기적 과도현상 해석 프로그램)를 통하여 시뮬레이션의 결과를 도출하고 EMTP를 통한 모델링을 확인한다.

HVDC(High Voltage Direct Current) 송전 시스템은 세계 각국에서 경쟁적으로 개발하고 있으며 계통에의 연계가 점점 증가하고 있다. 전형적인 HVDC 송전 시스템에서는 낮은 고조파 함유율과 높은 전압율 등의 이유로 주로 12-펄스 사이리스터 정류기가 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 12-펄스 정류기를 EMTP(ElectroMagnetic Transient Program)를 이용하여 모델링 하였으며, 고조파 분석을 통하여 모델링의 적절성을 검증하였다.

Energy Storage System(ESS) can be used as several purposes such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS), frequency regulation, maximum load cut, and etc. This paper analyzes and simulates the reclosing operation in distribution system with ESS for frequency regulation and maximum load cut. To solve the effect from ESS, two sequences in reclosing process are added to conventional reclosing. The modelings and simulations of reclosing operation using EMTP/ATPDraw are performed.

In this study, Kalman filtering theory is applied to the estimation of symmetrical components from fault voltage and current signal when it comes to faults with the power system. An algorithm for estimating fault location accurately and quickly by calculating the symmetrical components from the extracted fundamental voltage phasor and current phasor is presented. Also, to confirm the validity of digital distance relaying techniques using Kalman filtering, the experimental results obtained by using the digital simulation of power system is shown.

최근 상용 소음 예측프로그램은 현황분석, 방음대책 수립 및 다양한 변수 변화에 따른 소음 예측 등 다양한 목적으로 활용되고 있다. 대부분의 소음 예측프로그램 사용자들은 상용 프로그램이 제공하는 초기 설정을 그대로 사용하고 있지만, 각 상용 프로그램의 초기 설정을 정확히 확인하는 사용자는 많지 않다. 본 연구는 국내에서 사용되는 상용 소음 예측프로그램의 초기 설정을 확인해 보고, 사용자의 프로젝트에 적당한 초기 설정의 변경 방법에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.
