In general, AT(Auto-transformer) is used to improve voltage sag and inductive interference in power lines and communication lines in AC electrical railway feeding system. Especially, Korean AT feeding system has different composition compared to other countries like Japan or France, so that it has some special characteristics. However, relays imported from other countries have been used in Korea, and settings of these relays should be modified and reflect distinct characteristics of Korean AT feeding system. Therefore, study about fault analysis based on modeled AT feeding system is important. In this paper, we modeled a single track AT feeding system by using PSCAD and analyzed fault current flow in case of trolley-rail short circuit fault. Finally, we presented current magnitude of each branch expressed by boosting current of AT.

CALS 추진의 주요 목표는 수동적이고, 서류중심인 정보를 국제 공통표준으로 디지털화시켜 통합적이고 자동화된 기술정보 공유 및 전송과정의 전환이며, 이와 같이 자동화되고 통합된 모습은 통합 데이터베이스(IDB)가 될 것이다. 이러한 CALS추진에 대한 구조적인 접근은 하부구조 현대화, 업무과정 혁신, 디지털 자료 획득, 그리고 기업통합으로 나타낼 수 있다. CALS 전략의 실행은 산업활동의 전 순기를 통하여 크게 하부구조 현대화, 업무과정 혁신, 디지털자료획득, 기업통합 등 4가지 요소들을 설명함으로써 가능하다.

This paper is to analysis technical characteristics occured in the eletric train power conversion device passing automatic changover system in neutral section of electric railway. Power conversion devices in electric train are classified according to the current type and voltage type. The results of this study is used to ensure the stability of electric train in neutral section of electric railway.

Two-plate girder bridge and narrow steel box girder bridge are suggested for the steel wheel AGT system. For these bridge system, rail-bridge interaction analysis was carried out and dynamic behavior of these bridges was investigated. The result shows that all the estimated parameters satisfy the criteria concerned. As a result these two suggested bridge systems have enough performance to be competitive for the LRT elevated structures.

현재 방산업체 위주의 방산물자 수출 수주활동은 한계에 직면하고 있으며 우리가 향후 수출하려는 장갑차, 전차, 초등/고등 훈련기, 신형 자주포, 함정 등과 같은 고가의 시스템 장비는 방산업체의 노력만으로는 수주성공이 어려워 정부의 적극적인 지원이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 그 동안 우리 정부에서도 방산물자 수출의 중요성과 정부의 역할을 인식하고 상당한 노력을 기울여 왔음에도 불구하고 아직까지도 정부차원의 방산물자 수출전담 지원기구가 없으며, 방산물자 수출을 위한 금융지원제도의 미약, 국제 방산 협력의 미흡, 독자적인 수출전략 품목의 부족, 그리고 해외시장에 대한 정보획득 제한 등의 문제점으로 인해 정부.군.업체가 공동으로 수출 마케팅을 수행하기 어려운 상황이다.
