Flexible Forming Process Analysis for Sheet Material Curved Surface Forming (박판소재 곡면성형을 위한 가변성형공정 해석)

  • Flexible die is more efficacious than fixed die which is generally used in stretch forming process in view of production cost. Accordingly, in order to verily the validity of the flexible forming process, curved thin skin structure forming analyses using the fixed and flexible die were performed. As results, merit and demerit with regard to the fixed and flexible die were confirmed. The result of the stretch forming process analysis using the flexible die was better than that using the fixed die in view of the elastic recovery. However wrinkles were occurred on the sheet material due to die cavities between the punches in the flexible forming process, thus the solutions against these problems were presented.

The Relationship Between Father's Participation in Child Rearing and Mother's Child Rearing Stress (어머니가 지각한 아버지의 양육 참여도와 어머니의 양육 스트레스와의 관계)

  • This study examined the relationship between father's participation in child rearing and mother's schild rearing stress. Mothers of 450 4-, 5- and 6-year-old children in six different kindergartens and daycare centers in Seoul and Kyungki-do area completed the Father's Participation in Child Rearing(Kyung Soon Choi, 1993) scale and the Parenting Daily Hassles(Cmic & Greenberg, 1990) scale. Data were analyzed statistically by SPSS. Results show that higher father's participation in child rearing results in lower child rearing stress for mothers. Especially, father's participation in areas of parenting and housework is important factor influence mother's decrease child rearing stress.

  • Tongue tie is the congenital anomaly which is manifested by an abnormally short and thick lingual frenulum so that a condition outside of the range of normal anatomic or functional capability. In general, the surgical correction is the treatment of choice: release of tongue tie and closure. We compared the traditional frenotomy with laser frenotomy using Nd:YAG laser to treat 67 cases of tongue tie during a period of JAN. 1993 through Feb. 1996. The advantages of laser frenotomy were decreased blood loss and operation time. So we had a conclusion as the adequate use of laser frenotomy with suture was a good surgical procedure for correction of tongue tie.

  • Flexible forming process for sheet metal using reconfigurable die is introduced based on numerical simulation. Numerical simulation of sheet metal forming process is carried out by using flexible dies model instead of conventional matched die set. Elastic cushion which has high resilience behavior from excessive deformation are inserted between forming punches and blank material for smoothing the forming surface which has discrete due to characteristics of the flexile die. As an elastic cushion, urethane pads are utilized using hyperelastic material model in the simulation. Formability in view of surface defect such as onset of dimple is compared with regard to various punch sizes. Consequently, it is confirmed that the flexible forming process for sheet material has appropriate capability and feasibility for manufacturing of smoothly curved surface instead of conventional die forming process.

  • Electro galvanized steel is electroplated cold roller steel for improving corrosion resistance and paintability, and is widely used in automobiles and home appliances. In the electroplating line for manufacturing electro galvanized steel if plating process is carried out with impurity on conductor roll surface, the defects in manufacturing process occurs because of steel fault. For quality, polishing is always required to separate impurity on surface of conductor roll. In this study, finite element analysis of wear for polisher brush is carried out for replaced time of it.

  • Electromagnetic forming(EMF) is a high-velocity forming process which uses electromagnetic Lorentz force. Advantages of this forming technique are improved formability, reduction in wrinkling, non-contact forming and applications of various forming process. But the application of electromagnetic forming technique is still limited in industry. Thus for continuous research and development of technique based on experiments, develop the forming equipment and carry out the forming experiments for validation of forming equipment.

  • This paper deals with a usefulness verification of stretch forming process using flexible die. The stretch forming method is widely used in aircraft and high-speed train industries for manufacturing of skin structure, which is made of sheet metal. A great number of solid dies are originally used and developed for specific shapes with respect to different curvature radii of the skin structures. Accordingly, flexible stretch forming process is proposed in this study. It replaces the conventional solid dies with a set of height adjustable discrete punches. A usefulness of the flexible die is verified through extensive numerical simulations of the stretch forming process for simply curved sheet plate. The elastic recovery is considered and formability evaluations are conducted through a comparison of symmetry plane configurations.

  • 가구 분야에서는 인간공학적 원리를 가구 설계에 적용하려는 노력들이 계속되고 있으며, ISO TC159 에 맞추어 각국의 규격들도 변경하고 있다. 우리나라의 KS 규격은 1960년대 후반부터 제정되어 몇 차례 개정되어 사용되고 있다. 그러나 KS 규격은 '국민 인체 크기의 변화'와 '시장과 소비자 요구의 변화'를 제대로 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여러 국제규격의 비교 분석을 통하여, 국민 인체 크기의 변화를 쉽게 반영할 수 있는 KS 가구 규격체계를 제시하고자 하였다.

  • 최근 웹(World Wide Web)은 전자상거래, e-commerce의 눈부신 성장과 더불어 그 이용률이 급격히 증가하였고, 이와 더불어 웹 취약점을 이용한 해킹사례도 증가하고 있다. 이 해킹 사례의 대부분은 웹 어플리케이션의 취약점을 이용한 것이다. 기존의 네트워크 침입탐지 시스템에서는 침입을 탐지하기위해 시그너쳐 방법이 주로 사용되었다. 시그너쳐 방식은 시그너쳐를 기반으로 우수한 탐지율을 보인다. 그러나 웹 어플리케이션 공격은 다양한 원인과, 변형된 특성들을 가지고 있기 때문에 기존의 시그너쳐 기반의 방법으로는 특정한 패턴을 찾아내기가 곤란하다. 본 논문에서는 이를 보완할 수 있는 방법으로 프로파일 기반의 탐지방법과 한계, 그리고 이 한계를 보완할 수 있는 대책을 제시한다.
