A new partitioning algorithm has been developed to implement a large circuit by using multiple field programmable gate array (FPGA) chips. While the conventional partitioning is to minimze the number of nets cut under size constraints, partitioning for multiple FPGAs has several additional constraints so that each partitioned subcircuit can be implemented in a FPGA chip. To obtain satisfactory results under the constraints, the partitioning is performed in two steps whhich are the intial partitioning for global optimization and the iterative partitioning improvements for constraint satisfaction. Experismental results using the MCNC benchmark examples show that our partition method produces better results thatn those of other recent approaches on the average.

일반적인 기계학습 기반의 자연어처리 모듈의 개발에서 자질의 설계와 최적의 자질 조합을 구하는 작업은 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 딥 러닝 기술을 전이 기반 방식의 한국어 의존 구문 분석에 적용하여 자질 튜닝 작업에 들어가는 많은 시간과 노력을 줄일 수 있음을 보인다. 또한 딥 러닝을 적용하기 위해 필요한 다양한 단어 표현(word embedding) 모델을 적용하여 최적의 단어 표현 모델을 알아내고, 성능 향상을 위해 최근에 개발된 Drop-out 및 Rectified Linear hidden Unit(ReLU) 기술을 적용한다. 실험결과, 기존 한국어 의존 구문 분석 연구들보다 높은 UAS 90.37%의 성능을 보였다.

The histological structures of Buxus koreana were studied by cross section and compared with those of Buxus koreana var. elongata, B. koreana var. insularis, B. microphylla subsp. sinica (Taiwan) and B. liukiuensis(Okinawa). Many different points showed that B. koreana var. insularis is similar to B. microphylla subsp. sinica while B. koreana to B. liukiuensis. The extracts of Buxus koreana by three solvents are as follows: ether ext. 3.34%, dilute alcohol ext. 16.98%, water ext. 11.67%. The total alkaloid of Buxus koreana is approximately 0.01%. The general pharmacological effects of dilute alcohol ext. of Buxus koreana were studied and the following conclusions were obtained. Contraction of excised uterus of rabbit was augmented by treatment of dilute alcohol ext. Motility of excised intestine of rabbit was stopped for a moment and stimulated at once by treatment of dilute alcohol ext.

This study sets a purpose to realize what top managements in companies think as critical success factors of QM, using CSF(Critical Success Factors) method. The methodology of this study consists of literature research and empirical analysis using data collected from interviewing and questionnaire. Medium and small sized manufacturing companies are the subject of this study. Following CSFs of QM are found. (1)Management philosophy of attaching great importance to customer and customer satisfaction. (2)Creation of atmosphere that attach great importance to technology. (3)Philosophy of honesty and faithfulness. (4)Positive thinking and creation of atmosphere that help with each other. (5)Rearmament of entrepreneur spirit. (6)Need on recognition of partnership between labor and management. (7)Participation and will of top management. (8)Principle of Participation of entire members. (9)Harmony of innovation and continuous improvement. (10)Establishment of overall quality-related system. A Recognition of need on ISO-9000 series.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the balance confidence and balance ability among community-residing stroke patients. Methods: The sample for this study was a convenience sample obtained from patients who visited welfare centers for the disabled in three cities from October to December in 2009. The Activities-specific Balance Confidence Scale and Berg Balance Scale were used to measure confidence in task performance and balance ability. Results: The level of balance confidence and balance ability were low in these subjects. There was a significant relationship between balance confidence and balance ability (r=.424, p=.000). Subjects with less balance ability felt less balance confidence. Conclusion: Among community-residing stroke patients, falls are common. Falls prevention which may contribute to the incidence of fall and fall related injury should be part of stroke rehabilitation plan. Also, it is necessary that an intervention for falls prevention after stroke should take into account factors such as the balance confidence and balance ability.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the barriers faced by Korean nurses in addressing the patients' sexual health. Methods: The subjects in this study were nurses working at hospitals in Seoul and Jeonju. The data for this study were collected between November 2008 and December 2008. The subjects were assured of anonymity and confidentiality. Results: The barriers to addressing the patients' sexual health were moderate in the subjects. The nurses had moderate sexual knowledge and communication skills. In a stepwise regression analysis, the areas of work, communication skills, participation in sexual health training, and experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology accounted for 18.3% of the variance of the barrier for addressing the patients' sexual health. Conclusion: These findings emphasize the need for the development of a patient-centered sexual health-related curriculum for nurses, which has been briefly discussed in Korea. An educational program that improves the nurses' communication skills will be effective in reducing the barriers to addressing the patients' sexual health and will help the nurses become sexual health specialists.

This paper discussed actualizing cyber education at the university education. First of all, I discussed the necessity of education based on the multimedia and web according to the change of loaming environment caused by development of technology. I discussed the Cyber education that are important application at university education. Next, I proposed the important elements that are required in constructing the Cyber education. Also, we discussed the structure and platform of Cyber education. Also, I reviewed the foreign and domestic Cyber education based on the multimedia and Web. Finally, I proposed the direction of future Cyber education.

Building Energy Management System application not only helps maintain internal environment comfortable, but also maximizes energy efficiency and extends an expected life of facility system. Due to generalized computer usage, development of communication system, and bigger and more complex of building in 1990s, automation and comprehensive management system were acknowledged to be important; and these have been widely applied in domestic market. 복수구동장치를 사용하여 작업을 수행하는 시스템은 동기화를 위해 기계적인 제한조건을 두고 운용하는 경우 지속적인 유지보수가 요구되고 작업 정밀도가 떨어진다 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 개별적인 구동장치의 제어루프 외부에 동기화를 위한 제어루프를 추가하는 방법이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 CAN(Controller Area Network)으로 연결된 두 대의 서보앰프를 구동하여 주어진 작업을 수행하는 경우 외란과 내부 파라미터 변동에 강인한 $H^{\infty}$ 제어기를 설계하고 이를 이용하여 동기제어 알고리즘을 구현하고자한다.
