대국민 서비스를 제공하는 전자정부 사업에서 모바일 서비스의 구현시 가장 문제가 되는 것이 이동 통신사별로 상이한 서비스 플랫폼과 사용자 단말이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 다양한 이동통신망 환경 하에서의 효율적인 전자정부 모바일 서비스를 구현하고 기존 유선 시스템과의 원활한 연계를 위하여 필요한 전자정부의 모바일 서비스의 개념적인 시스템 아키텍처를 정의하고 아키텍처 각 구성요소에 필요한 세부 기술들을 제시한다.

미국은 이라크 전에서 운송되는 군수품의 체계적 관리 및 전장에서의 인명손실을 광범위하게 추적하기 위해 RFID 기술을 적용함으로써 세계를 놀라게 했다. 현재는 전쟁터의 적과 아군(피아)의 구분을 위해 RFID 기술을 연구하고 있는 실정이다. RFID에 대한 세계의 진행은 다음과 같다. 미국은 MIT(메사추세츠 공대)를 중심으로 북미지역코드관리기관(UCC, Uniform Code Council), 국방성, 업체 등의 협력을 통해 Auto-ID 센터를 설립(1998년)하여 기술개발 및 상용화를 적극 추진 중이며, 일본은 사카무라겐교수를 중심으로 U-ID 센터를 설립하여 일본 독자적인 노선을 밟고 있다. 유럽 역시 독일회사인 매트로(Metro)의 Future Store 프로젝트, MyGrocer 프로젝트 등 활발히 진행 중에 있다.(중략)

본 논문은 IPv6의 보급확산을 위해서 추진된 NCA의 IPv6 웹 포탈사이트 구축을 통해 정의된 시스템 아키텍처를 소개하며, S/W, 네트워크, 하드웨어의 실질적인 구축 사례를 제시한다. 그리고, 이와 같은 웹 서비스 제공을 통해 일반 이용자를 IPv4에서 IPv6로 유도할 수 있는 효과적인 서비스 정책과 시스템 구현 기술을 보여준다.

The phonemic awareness program included construction of 45 activities emphasizing various sounds in speech and letter names using a storybook. The subjects were thirty 1st and 2nd grade low-income(15 experimental and 15 control group) children attending an after-school program in Seoul. Pre- and post-tests assessed children's reading, self-concept, and learning motivation. The experimental group children had rich opportunity to deal with and discuss sounds, syllables, phonemes, and the Korean alphabet names during storybook reading, games, and play over a 12 week period, while the control group children were provided with worksheets, subject tutoring, and homework guidance. Results showed that the phonemic activities were an effective and useful way to enhance children's reading ability, self-concept, and learning motivation.

The addition of the ceramic powder as state of bare in culture medium has stimulated the growth of Achyranthes japonica in both the disorganized cell and the plantlet. The grwoth rate of Hyoscyamus niger adventitious root and Pylatycodon grandiflorum hairy root was enhanced up to 100 and 250%, respectively, even though Scopolia parviflora hairy root and Hyoscyamus albus adventitious root were not. The ceramic powder has enhanced the growth of H. niger adventitious root even in a test tube immersed into its culture medium to irradiate alone without any direct contact. The ceramic powder seems to have a significant role on both the growth and the physiological action of some plants.

In this study, we investigate the effect of social presence and affection on usage and participation in the UCC service. We have conducted a face-to-face survey along with an e-mail survey and obtained a total of 329 responses. The findings show that social presence has a significant impact on pleasure and arousal. Social presence and pleasure in turn show a positive impact on using the UCC service. However, arousal has no significant influence on the UCC service usage. Participation in the UCC service appears to be a different behavior than the UCC usage. Pleasure shows a negative effect on the UCC service participation, while arousal very strongly and positively affects the UCC service participation. The significance of this study can be found in that it empirically demonstrates the importance of social presence and affection in promoting the UCC service usage.

유비퀴터스 사회에서 정보화 대상이 사람 사물 콘텐츠 등 모든 자원으로 확대됨에 따라, 이러한 자원들을 고유하게 규명할 수 있는 다양하고 상이한 식별체계가 다수 존재하고, 자원별 또는 자원 내에서 새로운 식별체계가 많이 등장할 것이다. 이에 따라 식별체계 간 상호운영성문제가 발생할 것이며, 다수의 식별체계를 기반으로 하는 응용서비스간의 연계가 매우 비효율적으로 이루어질 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식별체계 간의 상호운영성 미비로 발생할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 정보화의 문제점을 규명하고 이를 해결하기 위한 메타식별체계인 u식별체계 개발 및 구축방안을 제시한다.
