Non-destructive method by tomography for safety diagnosis of civil engineering and building structures is tried. There are traveltime tomography that uses traveltime and fullwave tomography that uses the initial shock and seismic amplitude. But these methods have difficulty and weak points in accuracy and selection of initial value. In this study, corrected inversion method which is able to solve the two difficulty and this method is applied to theoretical pier model to calculate tomography.

With the popularization of smart-phone, a variety of application service user is a rising trend now. In contrast, studies concerning library application service that cast a long shadow over the life of students and citizens still lacking in many ways. This study evaluates user experience of Young-in Si public library application service, and investigates user requirements. I searched the real user reviews about Young-in Si library application both App store and Android market. As the final outcome, I found inconveniences and improvements of this service. The application is intuitive, but requires consistent design, strong identity and customizing main page. It will be suggested specific guidelines for the public library mobile services in other areas.

The study is about the process of modernization of conventional rural houses in Kyung-gi province. It alms to identify the pattern of change, particularly focusing on the changes of the site plan and plan. The site of study is Samga Village, in YongIn County, near Seoul. The study discusses the process of modernization during the three decades from 1960 to 1980. The basic information was obtained through field research and site analysis, and the study relies predominatly on observational and statistical analysis. Four developmental stages can be clearly identified which are ; (1) Traditional type, (2)Modified-traditional type, (3) Saemaul type, and (4) The type of urban houses. The analysis was done through identification of changing site plan and plan. It is interesting to note that the changes of these elements show a certain pattern of sequential steps which also can be classified according to the four developmental stages mentioned above. The pattern of site design was consistantly maintained while plan and building system became very different However, the process of modernization of Korean rural houses was the process of producing a certain type of architecture that is not universal but uniquely Korean.

본 연구는 국가중요시설의 청사 내에 근무하는 청사보안과 안전유지, 질서유지를 담당하는 방호직 공무원에게 발생하는 다양한 민원인 불량행동의 유형과 국가중요시설에서 일어나는 각 유형에 맞는 민원인 불량행동에 대한 개선방안을 효율적으로 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 인터뷰를 통해 국가중요시설에서 근무하는 방호직공무원이 느끼는 민원인 불량행동이 어떠한 유형으로 있는지 조사하였고 개별면담을 통해 나타난 대표적인 민원인 불량행동의 유형들은 첫째, 국가중요시설 내에서 큰 소리를 지르고 욕설을 하는 언어폭력형 둘째, 각 국가기관 및 지자체의 국가중요시설에서 서비스 업무수행 과정 중 다른 타 민원인이 있음에도 본인 자신의 이익과 편의를 위해 행해지는 행위를 하는 이기주의형 셋째, 각 국가중요시설의 규정 및 내규가 있음에도 규정된 규칙을 무시하고 따르지 않는 규칙위반형 등이 있다. 이에 따라 각 유형별 민원인 불량행동에 대한 개선방안 항목들로 첫째, 방호직공무원 교육의 체계화, 둘째, 민원인을 응대할 수 있는 기관의 내규 및 규칙, 셋째, 민원인에게 겪는 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 환경을 제시하였다.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 신동호)는 2월 25일 '포장인의 날'을 맞아 제19회 한용교포장인상 시상식을 개최했다. 제19회 한용교포장인상은 일반 부문과 장학생 부문에 대해 수상자를 선정하고 시상했다. 일반 부문 시상식에서는 연구개발 분야에서만 수상자를 2명 선정, (주)태방파텍 연구개발실 김남용 대리와 (주)한두패키지 디자인연구소 김현도 소장이 수상했다. 장학생으로 선정된 수상자는 ▲ 연세대학교 패키징학과 백승혜 ▲ 용인송담대학 유통과 이철 학생이다. 한용교포장인상은 한국포장협회 한용교 명예회장이 희사한 재원으로 포장인들에게 연구의욕을 높이고 자긍심을 고취, 포장산업을 발전시키고자 지난 1996년 제정됐다. 본 고에서는 제19회 한용교포장인상 수상자들의 활약상을 살펴본다.

컴퓨터 기술의 향상과 인터넷의 보급화로 인하여 가상환경의 구현에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있으며 이에 따른 여러 기술들이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문은 간단한 영상취득장치로 얻은 몇 장의 영상으로 영상 기반 환경을 자동으로 생성하는 방법에 대해 논한다. 특히, 취득한 영상간의 카메라 회전 성분에 강건한 기준 특징 벡터 필터링 방법을 제안하며 실험을 통해 그 유용성을 검증한다.

최근 들어 인간의 의지를 컴퓨터에 전달하기 위한 수단으로 컴퓨터 시각기반 방식으로 제스처를 인식하고자 하는 연구가 널리 진행되고 있다. 제스처 인식에서 가장 중요한 문제는 실시간 처리로 알고리즘의 단순화와 처리시간의 감소이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 기하학적 집합론에 근거하고 있는 수학적 형태론을 적용하였다. 형태론적 형상분해를 적용하여 얻은 손짓 형상의 원시형상 요소들의 방향성은 손짓에 관한 중요한 정보를 내포하고 있으며 이러한 특징에 근거하여 본 연구에서는 주 원시형상 요소와 부 원시형상원소의 중심점을 연결하는 직선으로부터 특징벡터를 이용한 형태론적 제스처 인식 알고리즘을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 그 유용성을 증명한다.

용인 명지대 구내에 본사와 중앙연구소가 입주해 있는 (주)씨트리는 우리나라 정밀화학의 산증인 김완주박사가 98년 설립한 정밀화학ㆍ생명과학 분야 연구 전문 벤처기업이다. 이곳에서는 카이로 기술과 컴비나토리알화학을 중심으로 한 고부가 의약품과 신약개발연구 그리고 조류를 이용한 의약품 등을 개발하고 있다. 지난해 11월에는 한국식품개발연구원과 공동으로 '황위염-십이지장염 항체 계란'을 개발하는데 성공했다.

Hamilton(1989)은 시계열 변수가 2가지 이상의 국면을 가지고 있을 때, 현재 어떤 국면이 진행되고 있고 향후 진행될 국면이 무엇일까에 대해 추론이 가능한 시계열모형을 소개하였다. Hamilton모형은 시계열이 2개의 독립적인 관찰불가능한 변수의 합으로 구성되어 있고, 이중 한 변수는 2국면 마르코프 확률과정(2-State Markov Stochastic Process)을 따른다고 가정한다. Hamilton모형은 계수의 추정이 단순하면서도 비 대칭성과 조건부 이분산 등과 같은 복잡한 동학(Dynamics)을 용인한다는 장점이 있다(Lam, 1990). 본 연구에서는 마르코프 국면전환모형에 대해 설명한후, 사례분석으로 KOSPI와 금리의 추이에 따라 국면을 정의하여 각 국면의 특징과 타국면과의 연관성 등을 분석하였다.
