언어적인 항해안전정보 지원을 위한 의미해석 모델 구축에 관한 연구 (The Design of a Meaning Interpretation Model for Supporting Linguistic Navigation Safety Information)

  • 선박의 항해사가 안전 항해를 위해 GPS, ARPA, AIS, NAVTEX, VHF 등 다수의 항해장비가 제공하는 화상, 수치, 텍스트 및 음성 정보를 숙지하여야 하나, 항해당직에 임하면서 동시에 이들 정보를 획득하여 안전 항해를 위한 판단자료로 활용하는 것은 대단히 번거롭고 어려운 작업이다. 따라서 이들 멀티미디어 항해안전정보를 이해하고 융합하여 항해사가 처한 상황을 인식하고 항해사의 의사결정에 필요한 정보를 추론하여 언어로서 제공해주는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 멀티미디어 항해안전정보를 이해하고 융합하여 언어로 제공하는데 필요한 의미해석 모델을 Semantic Network를 이용하여 구축하고자 한다.

  • The shock separation test simulates the environmental effects of the spacecraft separation from launch vehicle. The shock separation test for a structural model of KOMPSAT-Ⅱ(Korea Multi-Purpose SATellite Ⅱ) was performed in SITC(Satellite Integration & Test Center) launch environmental test hall at KARI(Korea Aerospace Research Institute) to verify the shock test requirement of the spacecraft, to predict the induced acceleration responses on the primary structures and payloads by the explosion of pyre-lock and to perform mechanical fit check. The spacecraft with S/A was mated vertically to LV(Launch Vehicle) adapter simulator via a clamp band, then hoisted and suspended above a foam test bed by four isolation springs secured to the spacecraft hoist fittings to isolate the payload platform shock wave from the sling elements. For separation process, real pyre-devices were used and the time response signals from 60 accelerometers installed on the interested points was acquired and recorded. The SRS responses for each response channels were calculated and the achieved SRS's on the separation plane was reviewed and evaluated in comparison to the ICD(Interface Control Document) value.

본초학적 접근을 통해 본 고지혈증의 최근 연구동향 (Review of Korean Medical Treatment in Hyperlipidemia - Focusing on Treatment of Korean Herbal Medicine)

  • The purpose of this study was to review the direction of Korean medicine treatment in hyperlipidemia, focusing on Korean herbal medicine and to suggest sources for drug development in treatment of hyperlipidemia. We searched 115 articles which had been published from 1997 to 2009 in journals in Korean Oriental Medical Society and its sub-societies. Those articles were selected from the search engine of web site of each journal with the key words 'hyperlipidemia'. Excluding 21 articles in no relation to herbs, we finally reviewed 94 articles. There are many studies of 'hyperlipidemia' in Korean Medicine. Analyzing the articles, we found that the medicinal effects of the herbs used in recent studies and patents coincides with treatment of hyperlipidemia in Korean medicine. Although many herbs in articles is granted patent, it doesn't proceeds to develop herbal drug. It requires to study in treatment of hyperlipidemia in Korean medicine and then to develop herbal drug.

  • A high intensity acoustic test facility is constructed at Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) by 2003. The reverberant chamber of the facility has a volume of 1,228 cubic meters and shall provide an acoustic environment of 152 dB over the frequency range of 25 Hz to 10,000 Hz. The facility consists of a large scaled reverberant chamber, acoustic power generation systems, gases nitrogen supply systems, and acoustic control systems. This paper describes how the basic parameters of a chamber and power generation systems are controlled to meet the requirement of the test. The volume of a reverberant chamber is controlled by the size of test objects and the reverberant characteristics of a chamber. The capacity of acoustic power generation systems is determined by the energy absorption of a chamber and the efficiency of acoustic modulators. Simple math is employed to calculate the required power of acoustic modulators. Moreover, the paper explains how the distribution of sound pressure level at low frequency is checked by analytical and numerical methods.

십자형 필렛 용접 이음부 의 굽힘피로 특성 에 대한 파괴역학적 고찰 (Fracture mechanics approach to bending fatigue behavior of cruciform fillet welded joint)

  • Fillet welded joints, specially in ship structure, are well known the critical part where stress concentrate or crack initiates and grows. This paper is concerned with the study of the behavior of fatigue crack growth t the root and toe of load carrying cruciform fillet welded joints under three points bending by the determination of stress intensity factor from the J-Integral, using the Finite Element Method. The stress intensity factor was investigated in accordance to the variation of the weld size (H/Tp). weld penetration (a/W) and plate thickness (2a'/Tp). As mixed mode is occurred on account of shearing force under the three points bending, Stern's reciprocal theory is applied to confirm which mode is the major one. The main results may be summarized as follows 1) The calculation formula of the stress intensity factor at the both of root and toe of the joint was obtained to estimate the stress intensity factor in the arbitrary case. 2) The change of stress field around crack tip gives much influence on each other at the roof and toe as H/Tp decreases. 3) Mode I is a major mode under the three points bending.

전분-폴리에틸렌 복합필름의 환경분해성 (The Environmental Degradability of Starch-Polyethylene Composite Film)

  • 전분-폴리에틸렌 복합필름을 활성오니시험과 토양매립시험에 의해 시험하였으며, 시험동안 전분의 분해에 의해 필름의 형태가 변함을 관찰할 수 있었다. 매트릭스로 사용한 폴리에틸렌은 첨가한 산화촉진제의 작용에 의해 산화되어 가교 및 분해가 모두 일어남을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 토양매립시험 결과로 볼 때 산화촉진제로 옥수수에서 추출한 오일을 사용하였을 경우 수평균분자량 및 중량평균분자량이 모두 감소하고 분자량 분포가 증가하는 분해반응이 우세하게 일어남을 알 수 있었다.

무전해 Ni 도금에 의한 선택적 CONTACT HOLE 충전 (Selective Contact Hole Filling by electroless Ni Plating)

  • The effect of activation and electroless nickel plating conditions on contact properties was investi-gated for selective electroless nickel plating of Si wafers in order to obtain an optimum condition of con-tact hole filling. According to RCA prosess, p-type silicon (100) surface was cleaned out and activated. The effects of temperature, DMAB concentration, time, and strirring were investigated for activation of p-type Si(100) surface. The optimal activation condition was 0.2M HF, 1mM PdCl2, 2mM EDTA,$ 70^{\circ}C$, and 90sec under ultrasonic vibration. In electroless nickel plating, the effect of temperature, DMAB concentra-tion, pH, and plating time were studied. The optimal plating condition found was 0.10M NiSO4.H2O, 0.11M Citrate, pH 6.8, $60^{\circ}C$, 30minutes. The contact resistance of films was comparatively low. It took 30minutes to obtain 1$\mu\textrm{m}$ thick film with 8mM DMAB concentration. The film surface roughness was improved with decreasing temperature and decreasing pH of the plating solution. The best quality of the film was obtained at the condition of temperature $60^{\circ}C$ and pH 6.0. The micro-vickers hardness of film was about 800Hv. Plating rate of nickel on the hole pattern was slower than that of nickel on the line pattern.

Escherichia coli O157 : H7 탐지용 면역센서스트립 제작 조건 최적화 (Optimization of Fabrication Conditions for Immunosensor Strip to Detect Escherichia coli O157 : H7)

  • 본 연구에서는 ELISA와 면역-크로마토그래피 스트립기술을 결합하여 E. coli O157 : H7을 탐지할 수 있는 면역스트립 센서를 제작하기 위한 제작조건의 최적화 연구를 수행하였다. 포획항체 농도, 탐지항체 농도, 완충용액 첨가제 조성의 면역스트립 제작 또는 운전인자들의 최적화 조건을 결정하였다. 포획항체의 농도는 1 mg/mL를 최적 조건으로 선정하였고, 탐지항체의 최적 농도도 1 mg/mL로 결정하였다. 비특이적 결합을 방지하기 위한 시료 희석용 완충용액의 첨가제 조성으로는 0.5% Tween 20와 3% BSA 혼합 사용을 선정하였다.

  • This paper deals with the surface glow discharge characteristics and some physical properties of MgO thin films prepared by RF unbalanced magnetron sputtering(UBMS) in surface discharge type AC PDP. The minimum discharge voltage is obtained for the sample of substrate holder bias voltage -10V. The main factors that improves the discharge characteristics by applied bias voltage is considered to be due to the morphology changes or crystal structure of the MgO thin film by ion bombardment during deposition process Moreover, the anti-sputtering characteristics of MgO thin film by UBMS is more excellent than that of balanced magnetron sputtering(BMS) and E-beam evaporation method.

  • 본 논문은 비정상 공동 프로펠러의 영향하에 있는 선체표면의 경계치 문제를 해석하고, 이로부터 선체표면에 유기되는 변동압력을 추정할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과정을 다루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 프로그램을 캐비티를 표현하는 쏘오스의 영향하에 있는 구 주위의 유동해석에 적용하여 Butler의 해석해와 비교한 것을 싣고 있으며, 특히 자유수면 조건을 고주파수 근사방식 또는 강체벽 근사방식으로 근사화하였을때 변동압력에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 또한 실제 RO-RO선을 대상으로 예제 계산을 수행하여, 선박설계과정에서 선체표면 기진력의 해석에 사용될 수 있음을 보였다.
