3세대 이동 통신망인 UMTS/GPRS에서 IP 기반의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 이동단말이 IP 주소를 할당 받고 이 주소를 통하여 데이터 패킷이 전송된다. 하지만 IPv4에서 인터넷 가입자의 폭발적인 증가로 인해 IP 주소 부족 문제를 예견하고 있다. UMTS/GPRS에 IP 주소가 획기적으로 증가하는 IPv6(Internet Protocol version 6) 적용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 UMTS/GPRS 망에서의 stateless autoconfiguration 절차를 설명하고 이동단말이 DHCPv6 서버와 연동하여 IP 주소를 할당하기 위한 stateful autoconfiguration 방법을 제안한다.

한국소프트웨어진흥원은 6월23일부터 25일까지 헝가리 부다페스트에서 개최된 동유럽 전문방송프로그램 전시회인‘DISCOP 2005’에 한국관을 열어 한국의 디지털콘텐츠 홍보와 수출상담을 진행했다. DISCOP 2005는 중부유럽을 포함한 동유럽 지역의 방송 프로그램 · 필름·애니메이션 · 모바일 콘텐츠 및 포맷을 거래하는 유일한 국제 영상 콘텐츠 전시회로 평가된다. 올해 공식 참가자는 989명으로 전년대비 27% 상승했고, 배급사는 238개로 전년대비 42% 증가했다. 참가 바이어의 수도 전년대비 34% 상승한 534명으로 DISCOP가 세계적인 국제 전시회로 정착돼 가고 있다.

본 논문에서는 KT 인프라연구소에서 개발한 PMIPv4 기반 WiBro-HSDPA 이종망간 Seamless 핸드오버 기술을 소개한다. 개발된 핸드오버 기술은 WiBro-HSDPA 이종망간 Context 정보전달에 의한 빠른 핸드오버 절차와 네트워크 계층에서의 소프트핸드오버 기술을 접목하여 이종망간 핸드오버 시 패킷 손실이 없도록 설계 및 구현하으며, 상용 WCDMA/HSDPA와 WiBro 시스템으로 구성도니 KT-KTF 연동 테스트베드를 이용하여 검증하였다.

An analytical study of the Dynamic Characteristics of a Fiber Optic Gyro is presented. A mathematical model appropriate to the Fiber Optic Gyro system suffering from the system vibration of a driving motor is derived. It is shown that the analysis is directly applicable to the Gyrocompass system.

RAM(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) characteristics of weapon system is a part of Required Operational Capability, must be reasonable and achievable. In this study, we studied the criteria, important factors to establish RAM requirement and reviewed the current process. Then we propose the new process and method to establish the reasonable and achievable RAM requirement by BCS(Baseline Comparison System) model.

공적개발원조(ODA)는 개발도상국 공공부문에 제공되는 경제개발, 복지, 빈곤감소가 주요목적인 사업으로 정의된다. 아국은 원조를 받던 국가에서 원조를 하는 국가로 전환된 세계 유일의 국가이고, 국가의 경쟁력에 근거하여 ODA의 양과 질을 급격하게 확대하고 있다. 항로표지는 해양교통의 기본 인프라 시설로서 해양분야의 대표적인 공공부문이며 해양수산부는 최근 필리핀 해양교통시설 마스터플랜 수립사업 등을 제안하는 등 항로표지 분야의 ODA사업도 확대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지분야 개발도상국 ODA사업의 발굴에 대하여 연구한다.

Studies on the optimization of machining process can be divided into two different approaches: off-line feedrate scheduling and adaptive control. Each approach possesses its respective strong and weak points compared to each other. That is, each system can be complementary to the other. In this regard, a combined system, which is a feedrate control system for cutting force optimization, was proposed in this paper to make the best of each approach. Experimental results show that the proposed system could overcome the weak points of two systems.

In this study, a new concept of a flow sensor is developed using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD). Current of DBD generated between two electrodes is changed with varying flow rates. Therefore, it is possible to measure the flow rate by correlating generated DBD current with flow rates. The effects of flow rate, frequency, channel height, diameter of electrodes and distance between electrodes on the performance of the flow sensor using DBD are experimentally investigated.
