An analysis of railway noise from comparison and evaluation between A-weighted SPL and sound quality indices (A-weighted 음압레벨과 음질 지수의 평가 및 비교를 통한 철도소음의 해석)

  • In the previous studies on railway noise analysis, the main purpose of noise analysis is concerned with the reduction of A-weighted sound pressure level in order to satisfy noise regulations. However, more important facts on noise reduction are the subjective feelings of the human being on noise because people might be annoyed from the noise caused by train. In this paper, railway noise from different type of train are compared using the calculation of sound quality metrics with using strength related method that is calculation of A-weighted sound pressure level.

  • The image classification is one of the most important studies in the remote sensing. In general, the MLC(Maximum Likelihood Classification) classification that in consideration of distribution of training information is the most effective way but it produces a bad result when we apply it to actual hyperspectral image with the same classification technique. The purpose of this research is to reveal that which one is the most effective and suitable way of the classification algorithms iii the hyperspectral image classification. To confirm this matter, we apply the MLC classification algorithm which has distribution information and SAM(Spectral Angle Mapper), SFF(Spectral Feature Fitting) algorithm which use average information of the training class to both multispectral image and hyperspectral image. I conclude this result through quantitative and visual analysis using confusion matrix could confirm that SAM and SFF algorithm using of spectral pattern in vector domain is more effective way in the hyperspectral image classification than MLC which considered distribution.

  • 국내 전력소비량은 1961년 전원 개발을 본격적으로 추진한 이래 세계12위 규모로 성장하였다. 그러나 전력사용 증가에 따른 전기화재, 감전 및 설비사고 등 전기재해 역시 계속 증가하여 전체 화재 사고 중 전기로 인한 화재비율이 선진국과 비교하여 크게 높은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 전기안전에 관한 국민의식 제고를 목표로 전기안전 교육을 위한 3D애니메이션프로그램을 제작하여 전기 안전문화를 조성하는 홍보매체로 활용할 수 있도록 연구를 수행하였다.

  • Bio-Aerosol Concentrator Inlets were made to collect particles of which size was $2\mu\textrm{m}$ as aerodynamic diameter or larger. The Concentrator Inlets were designed by using virtual impactors, because the virtual impactors are known for high efficiency. In a virtual impactor, the intake air is typically divided into two streams with the major and the minor flow. In this work, several types of the acceleration nozzles and collection probes were designed. Subsequently, the results were evaluated experimentally. It was found that if controled properly, the velocity can improve substantially the aerosol concentration performance. The diameter of acceleration nozzle and type of collection probe were varied to obtain the optimum design. Subsequently, the different designs were compared respectively and the best design among them was identified. It is expected that this new finding can help improve design of future Aerosol Concentrator for high concentration rate.

  • Persistance of developmental remnants during fetal life may be attributed to congenital cysts and fistulas in the neck, which are experienced rather rarely. Recently authors have experienced three cases of progressive increased tumor mass in the lateral side of the neck and four cases of tumor mass in the suprathyroid region. We have performed surgical removal under the diagnosis of branchial cysts and thyroglossal duct cysts, respectively. The biopsy specimens were confirmed by histopathological study.

  • We have studied some effects of the SOYANGIN-HYEONGBANGPAEDOK-SAN (S.H.P.). Several empirical remarks, depending on the different treatments, are investigated through this study as follow; 1. The Analgesic effects of S.H.P. are remarked by Acetic acid method in mice, 100 and 300mg/kg (Sample II, III), 2. The Antipyretic effect of S.H.P. are remarked by yeast method in rats, 100 and 300mg/kg (Sample II, III). 3. The inhibitory effects of S.H.P. on strychnine induced convulsion in mice is remarked. However the inhibitory effects of S.H.P. on picrotoxin induced convulsion in mice is not observed. 4. The effects of S.H.P. on muscle relaxation in mice, using the Rota-Rod test, is remarked on 1,2,3 hours by 300mg/kg (Sample III).

Experimental Study on the Performance Improvement of Aluminum Grooved Heat Pipe due to increased number of Grooves (그루브수 증가에 따른 알루미늄 그루브 히트파이프의 성능향상에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • Aluminum/Freon22 grooved hat pipes which have 26 axial grooves in a cross-section were manufactured and tested. The performance test was conducted by varying filling ratio and tilt angle. Operation limit, thermal resistance, overall heat transfer coefficient were investigated. The experimental result was compared with previous study which conducted in the case of a heat pipe with combined wick. The experimental result shows that thermal resistance of this heat pipe is twice smaller than that of the heat pipe with combined wick and operation limit is increased about 75%, comparing with that of heat pipe with combined wick.

  • 인터넷 접속채널과 접속망이 다양해지고 채널활용이 다차원적으로 가능함에 따라 유무선의 다중 채널통합에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이는 유무선 인터넷 채널통합에 관한 방향이 필요하며, 유선과 무선인터넷의 채널통합 이슈에 대한 분석이 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유무선 인터넷 채널통합과 관련된 문제점 및 이슈를 분류하였으며, 유무선 채널통합을 크게 Interface 통합관점과Business Model 간의 통합관점으로 살펴보았다. 인터페이스 관점에서는 디스플레이, 입출력장치, 컨텐츠로 구분하여 채널통합 문제를 유형별로 분류하였다. 그리고 비즈니스 모델 관점에서는 무선인터넷 서비스 유형 및 특성을 분석하여 비즈니스의 채널통합 방향성을 제시하였다.

Experimental Study on the Working Characteristic of Aluminum Grooved Heat Pipe and Thermosyphon with Inner Arterial Wick (내부 아터리가 있는 알루미늄 그루브 히트파이프와 써모사이펀의 작동특성에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • The experimental study for performance improvement of aluminum/freon22 grooved heat pipe was carried out. Arterial wick was used for performance improvement of heat pipe. The experimental result was compared with screen covered grooved wick heat pipe. And also, performance test of grooved wick thermosyphon inserted straight wire in the center of grooved pipe was carried out. This result was compared with the performance test result of grooved wick thermosyphon. The operation limit of artery inserted grooved heat pipe was slightly extended, but thermal resistance of this heat pipe was twice as large as that of screen covered grooved heat pipe. In case of thermosyphon, the operation limit of grooved thermosyphon inserted straight wire in the center of grooved pipe was slightly extended, but thermal resistance was increased, comparing with that of the grooved thermosyphon.
